The Blood Of A Witch

"Good morning Yuan'er" Aunt Shima was delighted to see the girl finally waking up.

"Morning Aunt Shima… what time is it?" AnYuan's open he foxy eyes. She still looks around the room to see if Aunt Shima is still there.

"Yes, dear common wake up… is almost time to go the market you said you want to follow dint you?" Aunt Shima pulls her bead strap to let the light in.

"I thought we can have some coffee in one of the coffee shops in town. You can find a new friend there and new things to explore." Aunt Shima was helping AnYuan to sit properly on her bed.

"Ooo… my head! What did we do last night Aunt? Why can't remember anything." AnYuan hit her head a few time to see if anything can come out or any memories.

"Oh.. Nothing dear. We just celebrate your birthday. In addition, you just drink a couple of wine and you are drunk and we have to put you in bed after that." Aunt Shima is still hiding what really happen last night. She will only tell her when the time comes.

"Ok, I'm coming… I will come… coming now.." AnYuan is still thinking, to go or not to go; or just stay in her comfortable bed or have a nice coffee in the market.

"A morning coffee is a must." She said to herself aloud.

Making up her mind, she just stood up and walk to the bathroom, take a short bath, and put her dress well and quickly went to the front courtyard. Everyone was waiting for her.

Today the entire worker has come to work. Yesterday was a holiday for all. They normally went home. Or visit a friend in town.

The house butler; Mr. Zheng Mahau. The head house cleaner Mdm. Xian Sulian and her brother the house chef Mr. Xian Weichu.

All have waited outside to greet the little Miss Li AnYuan. Everyone was bowing to her and wave goodbye.

Aunt Shima is in her car waiting for her, AnYuan was so happy to see all and quickly bow to them to greet everyone. Then she jumps into the car and sits next to Aunt Shima. She was so energetic this morning, feeling so good. She doesn't know where does the energy come from. Everything was going as fast as a lightning to her.

The market.

The market was full of people. Some are buying goods for the whole week; some are selling goods to the others. Is fun to walk around and meet newly friend, seeing a new item for sale and that was in AnYuan mind right now.

There was a fountain in the middle of the market. A small coffee shop stands next to it. Aunt Shima was there and talking to a few friends of her, more like a morning sharing and talk about the activity of the town.

Well, AnYuan is not in the mood to sit around and do nothing. She is more interested in finding a new thing to play with. Not far from the fountain, there is a flower stand.

"Ah haa.. Lovely wire flower" AnYuan pointing to the flower stands and asks permission from her Aunt to go and have a look. Aunt Shima nodded and smiled at her. Giving a signal not to go too far away. The girl smiles and quickly run to the flower stall.

She was so amazed at the flower. All are in deferent color, size, and aroma. Some of the fragrance is too unique. She loves the flower and she picks all the deferent type for each flower.

She brought a lot of it and put in in her bag pack. She does not know why but she might need it in the future. She loves the flower. She will try to make new tea with it.

She knows some tea can release the pain in one body. Remove the heat in one's body. On the other hand, it too can relax one's mind.

In school, they call her the Master of tea. Every time if they are a tea ceremony, she will be the head to prepare for the ceremony. Of cause, she loves to have tea with her friend. She indeed knows how to enjoy herself back then.

Picking the flower one by one, she comes across a beautiful flower. Is actually a picture of a flower. Red in color with tiny flower by its side, is surroundings the flower petal. More like a spider web if you turn it around.

"Please Madam, can you tell me what flower is this?' AnYuan asked the owner of the flower stand.

"It is called The Red Spider Lily my dear. Another mane for it is The Red Magic Lily. Its a very unique flower. It holds a mystery in the past. It has a thousand memories waiting to be released. A symbol of reincarnation. Only the wise ones know how to use it. And its only blooms once in every 7 years." She replies to her with a smile on her face.

"Oh.. really? A witch aaa…?" Li AnYuan doesn't believe her and looks straight into her eyes to see if the women expression shown her face. However, the women just ignore her and start to pack her thing.

"Hmmm… by the way… is lovely; I would like to have it. Where can I find it?" AnYuan looks gazed at the woman and smiles back. Hoping and answer to come out.

"Huh.." the lady sighed "That one I don't know the answer. Nobody knows where to find it. No one can find it!" She pauses a while and she gleans at the girl.

"A tourist gave this picture to me, they got lost in the deep wood for several days. Fortunately, they are safe when the police found them." The woman leans over to AnYuan, took the picture that was still in her hand. She put it in her pocket, giving a sign is not for sale. She packs her thing and moves out of the market.

"Oh.. ok" AnYuan was speechless. Then she quickly runs beside the women to ketchup with her.

"Then, madam can you tell me where is this deep wood? Maybe I can find them too" AnYuan still insisted an answer from the woman she tries to follow her.

"To the south of the town is where you find what you need….so good luck young lady!" The women shout at her and wave her hand and say goodbye to her and she just vanishes from her sight.

"Huh…" Li AnYuan was shocked, she rubs her eyes, and she cannot believe that a person can just disappear just like that in the thin air. Perhaps her eyes are still blurry this morning. However, that is not the main problem. She wants what she wants…., the mysterious flower.

Back in the house.

In her room, Li AnYuan can't sleep. She turns around and moves from side to side of the bed. She was too attracted to the flower and she d.e.s.i.r.es for it the most. She was thinking how to find the spider lily flower far in the deep wood.

She knows it. She is not allowed to go outside. Or even going to the backyard on her own. They will say its dangerous out in the wood.

Wild beast and other creature will conquer the night and look for food. However, this little thing will not stop her. She has to find a way to go out into the wood. .
