“And, what you just did was amazing! How did you manage to make those twinkling stars jump out from your fingers? Is that magical art? Are you able to turn stone into gold?”

Before King of the Netherworld could answer anything, the boy had already asked a bunch of questions without a break. However, if observing carefully, it was easy to find that the boy’s eyes had been fixed on the silver gem on the king’s forehead as if they were glued to the gem.

“You want to learn magical arts?” King of the Netherworld asked again with aloofness in his eyes.

“Yes, yes. Better be the kind which could turn stone into gold. Ah, it’ll be better if you can teach me how to move subject from a distance!” The boy said smilingly with his two eyes curved like the bright crescent moon and his white teeth glistening.

“You don’t have to learn the low-level arts like those. I can teach you how to break the space.”

The king mentioned that lightly as if it was merely a piece of cake while staring at the young boy seriously.

“Break the space?” The boy was confused, “What’s that for?”

“That art can make you wander through all the spaces in the Three Worlds. If you can control the space, even people who have stronger spiritual power than you would never be able to block your retreat.” King of the Netherworld explained.

What he meant was that the boy would be able to escape from any kind of danger by learning that art. After all, the number of the people in the Three Worlds who could employ the high-level art like Space Art was less than ten.

“So it’s better than moving subject from a distance?” The boy didn’t know how powerful the Space Art was, so he had to compare it with other arts.

After all, he had only been a little scholar before he died.

And also a little thief who robbed the rich to feed the poor and pull the prank from time to time.

He never realized that he would run into a man with a silver gem on his forehead who wanted to teach him how to break the space. King of the Netherworld fell into silence for a short while, then nodded under the expectant gaze of the boy.

As the boy put on a beaming smile, the flowers started to sway even more drastically… A few of the beautiful flowers began to die away…

“Fine, I want to learn!” The boy’s heroic utterance echoed in the flower sea.

The immense flower sea seemed like a whole independent world. There was even a bright sun in the sky.

“You need to have a strong determination to start learning. Over millions of years, there were only a few people who managed to master the Space Art. Since you have already had the grace from the Way of Heaven, which means you are qualified to study the art with me, I believe you can definitely succeed as long as you are willing to work hard on it!” While the king was talking, there were suddenly rays of light shining behind his back.

The boy squinted his eyes to face the dazzling light and asked, “Then how long it will take to learn that? Better be a few months. Because I won’t be able to keep on going if it takes longer than that.”

“Ten years at least, thousands of years at most.”

The voice of King of Netherworld rang by the boy’s years, sounding ethereal and distant as if it came from the ancient times.

The smile on the boy’s face froze right away. His head was filled with the words ‘Thousands of years’…
