The Heavens: Hogwarts Transfer Students

Chapter 99 Are you going to change your name to Malika?

The summer holidays are coming, and the train to London is walking across the fields under the clear and warm sunshine.

The little wizards at Hogwarts were rejoicing, and everyone was desperately trying to find something to say to their friends. The students who used to be quiet in school became talkative. They agreed not to lose the news during the summer vacation, they must keep in touch frequently, and share any interesting things in life with each other.

Except for the seventh graders, most of the cubicles they were in were quiet, as if they had nothing to say when they were together, and there was no need to say anything. This summer vacation is just a short separation for students of other grades. For them, there may be no such moment of reunion in the future. All the experiences of the student days can only be recalled, for the rest of my life in an ordinary afternoon, suddenly the corners of my mouth turned up.

When the train approached London, everyone changed their wizard robes into cool summer clothes.

When we got to the platform, the sky was already dark, and there was a slight chill in the atmosphere of summer evening.

Students pass through the ticket gates in twos and threes. Everyone bid farewell outside the station gate. Linde once again saw the Dursley family's bad attitude towards Harry, but the boy didn't seem to mind it at all. Instead, he smiled sincerely and thanked his uncle's family.

Everyone's family situation is different. Neville was also going back to his oppressive home. The Grangers waved to Hermione from afar. Mrs. Weasley took her youngest daughter, Ginny, and greeted the children happily as soon as she saw them.

Linde put his hands in his pockets, and there were many people saying goodbye to him. After the excitement was over, he was alone again.

"Hey! Linde!" A brisk female voice called out to him.

An unexpected acquaintance ran quickly among the crowd waiting at the station, the Finger Witch.

"How did you come?"

"I know you're out of school." The Finger Witch winked at him gently.

Linde smiled. "Thank you for picking me up. I happen to be homeless."

"Come and rest at my apartment. I made the guest room sheets yesterday."

"Do you still run a bakery?"

"Yes, business is okay."

According to the agreement, Linde will visit the Finger Witch every month. The two are old friends.

She lived alone in London. After Linde left, she lived alone in the apartment for two days, unable to figure out what job to look for. Three meals a day consisted of cheap white bread from Mother's Pride, accompanied by a bottle of lingonberry jam, bought at the supermarket half a street away. She tried to get a job as a carer in a hospital but was turned down for lack of relevant skills.

Later, she often went to the library to try to learn nursing skills.

During the days when I was studying in the library, I passed by a bread bakery every day, and the business was deserted. She was the only customer at noon. The owner of the bakery is a mean widowed old lady. Her two husbands died during World War II. Her deepest memory of the war is the sound of bombers over London. Her only child died of starvation.

The Finger Witch paid for the bakery. Although the owner is not friendly, she loves the bread.

After changing to a young and beautiful female owner, the business of the bakery improved immediately.

Linde often entrusts Jiali to take care of the Finger Witch secretly, and he will come to visit when he is not busy. The operation of a bakery is not always smooth sailing, there will be troubles of one kind or another. When business is good, people are overwhelmed, and when it is deserted, it is very unbearable. Those men who linger outside the door all day long, most of them are admiring the beauty of the Finger Witch and want to win her favor. For this reason, it caused a lot of trouble.

The Finger Witch obeyed Linde's instructions and seldom went out at night, except that one day she accidentally left the key in the bakery, and was robbed by a group of villains on the way back and forth. That time, it was the house-elf who helped her in the dark. The Finger Witch didn't take this matter to heart, and didn't mention it to anyone, but just bought a second-hand car with a loan.

After picking up Linde at the train station, she first drove to a nearby large supermarket to purchase ingredients for the next few days. As soon as she returned to the apartment, she went into the kitchen to make dinner. This capable modern woman's temperament is amazing.

The decoration in the apartment is very simple, almost no personal items can be seen, and everything is neat and tidy. Turn on the TV casually, and it happens to be playing "Mr. Bean". Linde sat on the sofa and felt that although such a life was not magical, it was also very interesting.

Finger Witch's best dish is mixed vegetable stew. She has never bought a recipe, and often buys randomly in the supermarket. Simply seasoned. She has a strong aversion to prepared dishes, and there are no canned goods in the kitchen.

She brought a pot of red soup to the table, and a basket of bread, and that was dinner. The two sat facing each other, holding bread in one hand and a long spoon in the other, and they just surrounded the soup pot and shared the food.

"Thank you for your labor."

"Is it tasty?"

Linde nodded, and brought the topic to the Finger Witch, "Did you remember anything?"

"No. However, I would like to change my name."

"The name Anne is too common, isn't it?"

"No, I like it very much, but I want to change it to a more interesting one." The Finger Witch hesitated, "I want to change my name to Malika."

Linde was startled, "Are you sure? Why?"

"I just thought the name was catchy."

Lind said, "Later, you need to be checked."

"What about the name change?"

"It's up to you to decide, I don't care about you. Speaking of which, I'm just a bum who lives here. If I don't agree, you can drive me away."

"Linde, where are you going this summer vacation?" Malika seemed to breathe a long sigh of relief, and spoke more easily, "Do you want to work in a bakery with me? Homeless people can also have a job Well."

"Sounds interesting." At this time Linde answered the phone call from Winterhold.

Briarina said on the other end of the phone: "Dragonborn is going to hold a peace conference and wants to suspend the war between the Empire and Stormcloak, so he can concentrate on dealing with Alduin."

"It's a good thing. If he needs anything, he can help."

"Dragonborn really wants to see you. He's a really fast learner, and Winterhold doesn't have much to teach him." Briarina smiled, "He almost broke your record."

"Dragonborn is unreasonable. He is a born hero, maybe he will become the emperor. I really should meet him, maybe the task of maintaining world peace will be entrusted to him in the future. A peaceful province of Skyrim is good for the development of Winterhold."

"Please come back when you are free."

Linde put down the phone and returned to the dining table. Malika had been waiting for him and asked softly, "Are you leaving?"

"How come. Sleep here at least one night."

Malika smiled warmly, "Eat quickly. The soup will be cold soon."

After dinner, they leaned on the sofa and watched TV. "Mr. Bean" is indeed a good show. Linde actually prefers to watch "Yes, Minister", but Malika doesn't like it.

It was dark outside the window.

Malika yawned, went to take a bath, and came out of the bathroom wiping her wet hair.

"Come here." Linde asked Malika to come over, and then pulled out her soul.
