The Legend of Min Hong

"Hon…ger…er…Ho…nger… Hong'er!!! Wake up" *slap*

"Uh, what…what happened" Min Hong woke up but this time he didn't feel any pain in his body but on his cheek.

From the stinging pain, he could tell that he was slapped. When he looked around, he saw familiar faces surrounding him with different expressions. He saw Min Rou and Min Qing were sitting beside him on the floor where he himself currently lay.

He also saw Min Jiao and Min Tian, but the three women were staring at his abdomen region while Min Tian was sitting on the edge of the bath, looking down at him. He was the one who had slapped him.

"You shameless brat, who were you dreaming about to get you so horny?" Min Tian landed a light knock on his head.

"What… are you talking about? What horny…eh" Min Hong didn't understand what Min Tian meant, until he saw all the ladies still looking very seriously towards his waist. He then traced their gaze towards his raging little monster.

"This… ah I don't know how this happened." Min Hong spoke in a very embarrassed manner whilst trying to cover it up with his hands but couldn't succeed because the little monster had gone untamed and refused to heed any Kind of command.

Although, everyone else were only shocked by this sight, Min Jiao's cheeks were so red, it seemed blood would drip out at any moment. "Well, Min Hong I'm quite curious about what you were dreaming about that even you face had a pleasant smile filled with ecstasy." Min Tian teased with a laugh.

"Oh that… I felt a surge of energy surge through me before I fainted. It followed eight unique veins in my body before it filled my entire body; truthfully, it felt so good at that time like some soft hands were delicately massaging every single part of my body."

Moreover, I can still feel those eight veins and the energy moving inside my body." Ming Hong spoke to the audience who were looking at him with face full of smiles, except for Min Jiao whose cheeks were now blood red in embarrassment but still paid attention to Min Hong's current situation.

No woman could resist what was currently on display, and if not for the fact that Min Tian was male, while Min Rou and Min Qing were blood related, they would have been just as embarrassed as the current Min Jiao who was still currently looking at a seven-year-old boy with a pleasure weapon the size of a grown man.

"Erm, Hong'er stand up and punch my hand" Min Tian voice dispersed the awkward atmosphere a little, while it seemed like he had discovered something.

"Alright grandpa, but let me wear my clothes first." Min Hong surely didn't want his little monster dangling while he attacked Min Tian, as he was extremely displeased to know that the little monster hadn't retreated.

"You can put your clothes on afterwards, I need to confirm something at the moment." "Now don't hold back and try urging that energy into your fist. Hit me with all you've got." Min Tian said while extending his palm in a blocking stance.

Min Hong sighed as he resumed an attacking pose and closed his eyes; he sensed the warm energy and that unique vein in his right arm, he then urged the energy towards his fist. Another thing was he noticed his entire being was a lot stronger than before he soaked in the bath.

Min Hong successfully guided the energy as it wrapped his entire arm before he spoke; "Grandpa, I'm ready"

"Alright then, let's have it"

"Hyah!" Min Hong turned his body with his waist as a pivot as he used all the momentum in his body to deftly deliver a simple plain fist strike.

Min Tian seriously braced for impact when Min Hong's fist arrived.

"Bam!"

Min Tian's palm or body didn't even budge an inch and neither did Min Hong's. They were both at a stalemate. Min Tian gazed at this grandson of his, before speaking while laughing.

"Haha Haha!" "Congratulations Hong'er, you have successfully unlocked your eight great meridians and are now a cultivator"

"In addition, from the amount of the Qi that I felt, you should have directly advanced to the 2 Star Qi Creation stage and that punch of yours could even rival a 3 Star Qi Creation stage cultivator. "What do you think?... Rou'er, Qing'er?" Min Tian asked Min Rou and Min Qing, but they seemed to be lost in their own thoughts with slacked jaws.

Don't just stand there staring at the boy, tell me what you think" Min Tian yelled happily as they snapped out of their stupor.

"From what I can guess, the energy that you talked about from before must be the accumulated energy you've gathered from eating all those magic beast meats. Then when you soaked in the bath, the energy from the stream water and the Qi mist stimulated those energies hidden in your body. All these energies altogether were so large that you advanced directly to the Mid Qi Creation Stage." Min Rou quickly said.

"We live in a small village in this vast world and I've once heard this saying that sometimes even the impossible can become possible. A miracle can happen and the reason for its occurrence might not be completely valid. So, we shouldn't dwell on how you became a cultivator but celebrate instead." Min Qing also added.

Min Tian laughed aloud as he patted Min Hong's shoulder before he said; "Rest here for now, since you can now create Qi, that means you have the opportunity to cultivate in both Body and Qi refining. I will go home to bring the two cultivation techniques for you, as I want you to focus on body refining for now until you balance both paths."

"Your mother would go and prepare your food, we couldn't bring some along because you were late and we were worried, your mother, your sister and I searched the forest around the mountain before we met Min Jiao and she brought us to your fourth uncle, who told us you were here." Min Tian spoke before he discarded everyone with a wave of his sleeves.

Min Hong watched as Min Jiao said her goodbyes as she had nothing to do here at the moment and could return to continue her cultivation. But she felt a bit reluctant to go as she kept looking back at him or more accurately, his little monster whilst leaving the room with blood red cheeks,

"Alright, hard boy rest well and… tame your little monster too." Min Qing couldn't help but tease him one last time before she left to continue her cultivation with Min Tian and Min Rou in tow.

Later that night….

Min Tian and Min Rou walked into the family head cottage and found Min Hong soaked in the bath in deep sleep, so Min Tian signaled his daughter not to disturb Min Hong's rest as they both chose a position to sit quietly and waited for Min Hong to wake.

Min Hong didn't wake up until midnight and maybe because almost everyone had left the mansion, the Qi mist in the courtyard was extra thick and dense. When he opened his eyes, what greeted him was the usual people, followed by a very familiar food scent.

After wolfing down the food as fast as possible, Min Tian stepped forward and placed two manuals before him that read [Rain Dragon Meridian] and [Jade Primal Dragon Body] before explaining to Min Hong: "You have already opened your eight great meridians, but you would also need to open your twelve principal meridians to allow thorough and effective circulations of Qi within your body."

"Every other meridian you open afterwards will still link back to these twenty meridians and they would only determine how much Qi you can absorb at once." "We will leave you here in seclusion for the next one month, while your sister will be checking on you daily and we will also be appearing occasionally as well." Min Tian spoke.

"It would be better for you to pay rapt attention as father explains the details of these two techniques to you." Min Rou added.

The door of the room was locked and a flickering oil lamp was present alongside three people in this cottage and they were; Min Tian, Min Rou and Min Hong. Moreover, Min Hong was currently holding a manual and reading through it. This was the legendary Body Refining technique that one could train to the Divine Stage: [Jade Primal Dragon Body].

Min Hong had already been taught the meridian opening technique as it wasn't too hard and he was currently reading through the body refining technique before he spoke; "It is really hard." The [Jade Primal Dragon Body] had several major obstacles.

The first was the introduction; to train this technique, it required one to be able to sense the "Golden Crow" (The Sun) and the "Moon Rabbit" (The Moon) of this world.

Many other body refining techniques needed the absorption of elemental energies, such as; Fire, Ice, or Lightning in order to build power. But, the [Jade Primal Dragon Body] required one to sense the two greatest celestial bodies. It required its user to sense the energies from the Sun and the Moon.

Many experts can't even sense these energies in all their lives, but this was the initial requirements for this special technique.

After absorbing the "Solar Flare" and the "Moon Water" energies, one would be able to form the "Crow" and "Rabbit" tattoo. These two tattoos would be formed naturally, unlike other cultivation techniques that require the user to personally carve the tattoos on their bodies.

This only shows how unique and different the "Jade Primal Dragon Body" was to other techniques.

These two tattoos would be the link between the body of the user and the celestial bodies, these can be akin to a GPS tracker; with the body of the user being the device and the two celestial bodies being the satellite.

After one absorbs the energies from these celestial bodies, the two tattoos will momentarily fuse like the image of the Taiji symbol "Yin and Yang".

The fusion of these tattoos will also lead to the fusion of the two energies, which would then birth a new energy called the "Yuan Qi". It is this new Yuan Qi that will flow through the meridians and into the body of the user for tempering.

Once this unique Qi enters the user's body, various dragon tattoos would start forming within the user's body.

The amount of dragon tattoo formed would be determined by how much the user's body can carry, and these tattoos will only appear on the user's skin when he wants to do battle. The power of each tattoo is ranked as follows;

10 Dragon Tattoos – 9 Star Warrior Stage = 1 per level

100 Dragon Tattoos – 9 Star King Stage = 10 per level

1,000 Dragon Tattoos – 9 Star Emperor Stage = 100 per level

10,000 Dragon Tattoos – 9 Star Awakening Stage = 1000 per level.

At Peak Warrior stage the user's bones and dragon tattoos will become gold in color, at Peak Ancestor stage the user's bones and dragon tattoos will become purple-gold in color, and after the user has soaked in the dragon bone transformation pool, the user's bones and dragon tattoos will become Jade in color.

"Hu!" Min Hong let out a deep breath when he finished reading the manual before he respectfully added; "Grandpa, please instruct me on the mysteries of the first level of the [Jade Primal Dragon Body].

"There's no other mystery in this technique. All you have to do is cultivate it in accordance to the depicted images and you're good. Furthermore, your mother and I will come check up on your progress from time to time." Min Tian responded.

Min Tian and Min Rou left not long after, giving Min Hong time to settle his mind before he begins his cultivation seclusion.
