The Little Calamity

The man had blond hair and blue eyes, his face was a mix of cuteness and handsomeness. He looked a little young with big, pure eyes. He was smaller than Rayne but he was still tall with a strong body, overall he gave off the feeling of a hero.

He stretched his hand towards Rayne who looked inside, as if he was shown something. There was a bit of an awkward scene while the man was thinking that he was being mocked.

" It's called an handshake, it's a greeting when people meet for the first time. You put your hand in his and shake it firmly."

Arisa explaining gently, causing her father to realize his mistake. He knew a lot about him but he completely forgot that Rayne had zero social experience. Still, he had a small, sly smile as he saw Rayne walk towards him.

' He doesn't have any cultivation so I will seal my own and test his power. He can't be that strong.'

He was an emperor, at that point the quality of his body was different from that of a normal human so he was sure that he could surprise the boy.

" Simply mimic what my father does."

Arisa gave him one last advice as Rayne grabbed the man's hand.

" I am Luther the head of the ascalon clan, nice to meet you."

He immediately used all of his strength to grip Rayne's hand only to be met with blank eyes. Rayne used exactly the same amount of strength as the guy before introducing himself.

" I am Rayne, what is a father and a daughter?"

The man nearly fell when he heard the question, causing him to lost all of his strength. Rayne, who was simply using the same strength as him crushed his hand. Luther was forced to use his cultivation to stop him from breaking a bone. Rayne quickly noticed that something was wrong so he let go of him.

" Are you fine sir?"

His eyes that had no emotion slowly caused Luther to think that he was a monster. A bit of fear appeared deep in his heart.

' What are you fearing, you are an emperor he can't beat you no matter how strong he is.'

Arisa simply laughed at this scene, she could see through her father scheme but she didn't expect Rayne to 'trick' him like that.

" Huh, basically when a woman and a man love each other they will make a child, if the child is a woman then it's a daughter, if it's a boy then it's a son. The man become the child father while the woman become the mother."

She explained again, trying not to laugh at her father too much. Hearing this Rayne turned around to stare at Arisa.

" What is love?"

Only now did Arisa realize how much she forgot to teach him.

" I will explain this once we reach the clan. Come on dad, stop staring at him like this."

Luther sighed become putting his hand on both of their shoulders. He used his ki to fly with the three of them at high speed, the clan wasn't that far from here but Arisa still had the time to tell him about Rayne killing three emperor.

They arrived inside of the clan which felt more like a town, all of the building were made out of white materials, giving the place a holy aura. There was flowers blooming everywhere and people were training in peace.

" You mean to say that he protected you from three emperor at the same time with no hesitation and even won?"

The fear in Luther's heart grew again while he imagined a scenario where his power was sealed against Rayne. He could see Rayne's red eyes staring at his soul, as if a monster was waiting to pounce on him.

' He is just a kid, but what if something like this happened? Maybe I should do something before it's too late.'

Rayne immediately felt his intention but his body told him there was no way he could win against Luther, his first reaction was grabbing Arisa before jumping backward at full speed, not daring to let him out of his sight.

" What are you doing?"

Arisa didn't resist in any way, enjoying the princess carry while getting drunk on his smell.

" Danger, we have to run."

Luther saw this scene and immediately tried to catch up to them only to be stopped by blood l.u.s.t. Arisa made Rayne stop and stood only to glare at her father.

" Dad, if you dare touch even a single hair on him I will kill you."

Her usually gentle eyes were now sharp. Such a bloody aura caught him by surprise, he could see that she didn't say that lightly. Even if she was weaker he knew that she would fight until the end if he dared to do anything to him.

' My daughter changed so much but with this she might be able to reach the king realm.'

He immediately calmed down, Rayne protected his daughter for 3 years now, he had no reason to doubt him.

" I am sorry, I was just testing him. As expected he immediately knew that he had no chance to win yet he still tried to protect you. He passed."

He could feel the pressure around him disappear when he said this but Arisa was still staring daggers at him. She immediately grabbed Rayne and walked further inside of the clan. She was going to show him his room.

Even after three years her room was still the same, she gave Rayne the room beside hers, it was a luxury room that was usually for elders but it was kept empty because Arisa lived next door. The bed was gigantic, covering more than half of the room, it was also right in front of the door, the furniture around were all made of exotic materials.

The most curious thing for Rayne was the mirror, he was a little started when he saw his own reflection but he quickly though that it was like water. He tried to touch it to see if it was wet however it was completely solid.

" Is this ice? But it's not that cold."

Once again Arisa explained it to Rayne, not bothered by his lack of knowledge. She showed the few things in the room and at the end she explained to him how to use the computer that was here. Seeing that he started to play with it she went to change, a leather armor wasn't s.e.xy enough for her plans.
