Chapter 20 - Battle Tournament (2)

Note: Just gonna speed through the second round of the fight.

"The draw from the seventh match of the first round, Kirishima and Tetsutetsu!"

"The winner of their arm wrestling match to decide who advances to the second round is..."

*Boom!*

"Winner Kirishima!"

[First Match, Second Round] Shoto Todoroki VS Izuku Midoriya

The battle was very intense while at the same time very one sided.

Whenever Todoroki unleash his ice, Midoriya would always counter with his power but the consequence for using it is very damaging.

The battle continues on with Todoroki rushing to Midoriya in close combat only to get hit.

After a few more close combat encounter, and Midoriya yelling towards Todoroki.

Todoroki unleash his fire side.

Finally they both decided to use there final attack.

Todoroki summon his fire and ice and Midoriya dash towards him.

*Boom!*

Explosion and debris from Cemetos quirk exploded everywhere and the wind pressure spread towards the whole arena.

After the smoke disperse, Midoriya is out of bounds and Todoroki advances to the third round.

[Second Match, Second Round] Alan Fox VS Tenya Lida

"Well Lida, let's get this over with."

"Very well."

"Ready...Start!"

"Recipro...burst!"

Lida immediately dash towards Alan trying to get behind him using his quirk, however to no avail as he couldn't even touch Alan at all.

Alan then grab Lida by his collar and throw him out.

"Alan Fox wins!"

[Third Match, Second Round] Fumikage Tokoyami VS Mina Ashido

Tokoyami uses dark shadow and pushed Mina out of bounds.

"Tokoyami Wins!"

[Fourth Match, Second Round] Eijiro Kirishima VS Katsuki Bakugo

The match lasted for awhile until Bakugo immobilized Kirishima.

"Bakugo Wins!"

[First Match, Semifinals] Alan Fox VS Shoto Todoroki

"Its about time we have a duel, don't you think so Todoroki?" Alan asked.

"It is indeed, and I will be the winner."

"Since, you finally stop thinking about your dad and start using your fire, I shall also use fire to go against you."

"You should know which one I'm talking about."

"What do you mean I should know?"

'Ah f.u.c.k, I totally forgot I wiped there memories about what happened during the USJ incident beside me saving them against the Nomu well whatever, might as well surprise him then.'

"Never mind forget about it, I'll show you in this fight."

"Ready...Start!" Present Mic announce.

The battle started and Todoroki immediately sent ice towards Alan trying to encase him and use his flame next to create another explosion but on a smaller scale.

When the ice completely encase him Todoroki immediately send out his flame, however before he could the ice started to melting in an extremely fast manner and within the ice black flames could be seen.

"What is that flame you are producing?" Todoroki asked.

"Oh these, they are called Heavenly Illumination or better known as 'Amaterasu'."

"Those are some dangerous fire." Todoroki said while thinking about another plan.

"They are indeed." Alan said and then his eye change to the rinnegan and cause fire to appear on Todoroki clothes.

Todoroki who was planning all of a sudden felt a strong heat on his body finding that his clothes all of a sudden caught on fire with the black flames. Todoroki immediately cut of his uniform on where the flame was and throw it away.

"Those eyes of yours, those are what causing these flames aren't they."

"Ping pong! Correct however there will be no rewards in guessing it correctly." Alan said while looking like a good host for a game show.

'All I need to do then is obscure his vision.' Todoroki thought, but he knows it will be harder than it looks.

Todoroki then unleash a huge amount of flames towards Alan, like a fire wall thinking it could buy him some time to rush towards Alan and using his ice to push Alan out.

However before he even moved, the black flames appeared the same size as the fire wall form Todoroki and engulf the whole flame like a snake eating its prey whole.

'Those flames, they even topples over mine!' Endeavor on the side looking was very astonished by the flames Alan produced.

'Tch, those flames is seriously a problem.' Todoroki thought.

Todoroki knows he's fighting a losing battle however he still wants to try. Though he haven't recover a lot of energy after the battle against Midoriya he still had enough for one final blast.

"Alan, I think it's about time we end this fiasco."

"I think your right."

Todoroki then unleash his ice and fire to the best he can with his energy and sent it all towards Alan.

The crowed looking at this believe, Alan will be sure be dead.

With the fire and ice rushing towards Alan, Alan was still non-nonchalant about thing and activate Amaterasu again, this time however, Alan didn't allow the flames to engulf the whole power instead Alan changed the flame to that of a shield and block the on coming damage.

The power of the two clash and another explosion occurred, though not as strong, it was still enough to cause another earth shattering sound and pressure.

"Aizawa your class is crazy aren't they." Present Mic said looking towards Aizawa expecting an answer.

When the cloud is cleared, people can see that Alan was still behind the shield he created with his black flames, while Todoroki is trying to get his breath after using all his energy.

"Looks like I win Todoroki."

"I know." Todoroki said while panting to get more breath.

"Get stronger and let's fight again." Alan said.

"I will"

"I surrender." Todoroki said.

"Alan wins and moves onto the final round!" Midnight said.

The crowd as usual exploded with applause.

"Hey guys wasn't his quirk lightning? Don't you guys remember what happened during the race?" Hero A said.

"That's right! During the race he was surrounded by lightning!" Hero B

"Also during the cavalry battle wasn't he using another strange quirk?" Hero C

"I think he has more than one quirk." Hero A

"But how is that possible?" Hero B
