In fact, in software technology, as long as you are determined and someone has the money, there is nothing impossible to replace it with localization.

If you look at the situation of commercial software, you can basically find a problem, that is, "referencing" in this industry has become a common practice.

Because of software patents, it is difficult not to be imitated, and it is also difficult to sue the other party for patent infringement because of the other party's imitation.

For example, suppose company A develops a software to implement a functional APP through AB+BB programming. On the other hand, company B sees that this software is good, so it asks programmers to use B+B+A+B. The APP has implemented almost the same functions.

Did Company B violate the patent law in this process?

The answer is: no.

Because functions cannot be patented, the part that can be patented is the way to realize the function, that is, technological innovation.

Software programming, unlike chemical materials, is not difficult to circumvent patents.

Perhaps industrial software patents have some patent problems, but they are only a little troublesome, not to the point of difficulty.

The real problem that restricts domestic industrial software is not a technical problem, but the software market and ecology.

Industrial software is different from commercial software. Industrial software is very closed, and developing industrial software requires considerable industrial design experience.

In this regard, Western countries have obvious first-mover advantages. By occupying the market and establishing a solid ecology, it is difficult for latecomers to intervene in this market.
