Trace and the others appeared after taking Sandra from her house and then they put her in a deep sleep in the other room.

They all watch the dirty thin man, Velo, chanting with his white eyes while holding the book. But what caught their attention was Willow and their King's expression.

It's as if they just found out something dreadful.

"What is happening?" Jade asks as he walks towards Willow.

"My king..." Velo whispers as his eyes went back to normal, "Do you want to know what truly happened that night?"

Velo, a shaman who always hides in the dark away from beasts and vampires, grew curious if the rumor about the king killing the Queen was true ever since he met his elder, Oberon, who knew where is the Queen right now.

And of course, since Oberon is connected to the Queen in some way, Velo also knew who she is and even managed to befriend her without anyone knowing.

But he swore to Oberon to never tell anyone, including the King, who or where she is, not until they found out about the truth.

And this is his opportunity.

Trace faced Velo, "What do you mean?" He asked, basing from what happened, this man looks like the shaman they found.

But they can't let their guard down.

Velo massages his temples and lets himself take a seat, "Well, from what I saw, the Queen made the request for everyone to forget who she is. And I'm just wondering if you want to know why she did that."

He has to push through, or else, Velo won't be able to find out the truth as well.

He has to.

For the kingdom, for the king, for Eli.

Oberon and her Aunt are already hiding too much from her and knowing the truth will help them know what they should do next since all they've been doing was keeping her away from the beasts and vampires and erase her memories.

Taylan took a deep breath and sits down, facing Velo, "Alright." He looked at everyone and nodded for them to relax. "Tell me what you need to do."

Velo looked around, this isn't the castle but there has to be something that the Queen owned, but he specifically needs something for this spell.

"Do you have anything that she has when she died? Like her clothes or a fan, or jewelry? But it'll be better if it's a mirror or anything that shows reflection. In Leaping spell, we need something that shows reflection to get a better result."

Velo continues looking around until he saw the crown.

Taylan looks at Trace and tilted his head for him to take the crown, "She was wearing the crown, and it has diamonds. I guess that's enough." He said and took the crown from Trace's hands carefully.

Velo nodded, "And lastly, can you take me where she died?"

He tries to maintain his calm expression, but every word he says is like knives ready to stab him. He knows how much the King hated that place. He knew the story on how he wanted to destroy the garden that every plant was burnt to ash that night.

Trace threw a sharp glare at Velo, "Are you serious?" He asked with a loud voice.

Velo nodded, "I'm sorry, but it'll really help me get a clearer view. The king doesn't need to come if that--"

"I'll go, " Taylan stands up and clicked his finger, the door of the room suddenly turned to a glass where the garden can be seen on the other side, "If that is what you need, then let us go."

Taylan was the first to enter the door, he tried hard to keep his eyes out of the place where she was found and kept looking on the crown in his hands.

Everyone felt a chill run down their spine as they all remember that unpleasant scene they all tried to forget - the queen laying down in her own blood on the cold hard ground with her crown thrown away from her.

Velo stands up and followed them.

This is the first time he's been to their kingdom since the King closed it off.

The garden doesn't leave an impression of being a garden except from two broken statues of what seemed to be the King and Queen.

"Here, " Trace was then one who pointed at where the Queen was laying dead, "Do this fast, " he said in a cold tone.

No one likes the feeling they get from their King who's in an unbearable state.

Velo nodded and went to the King with his open hand, "Can I hold the crown, My king?" He asked and waited.

Taylan stares at Velo, hesitating to give the crown to someone he doesn't even know aside from his name and position.

He remembered how the Queen used to wipe her crown every single day.

She said it was the prettiest thing she ever saw.

Every time she wipes it, she loves staring at her reflection in the diamonds. As the daughter of a Marques, diamonds are nothing, but for her, receiving one from Taylan gives it a price.

Slowly, Taylan gave the crown with a frown. If Velo's spell works, he'll be able to find out what truly happened.

Velo immediately went to the exact spot Trace pointed and closed his eyes while holding the crown securely in his hands because he knew how precious this is to the King.

He started chanting, for the first minute nothing's been happening. Another minute passed but there's no sign of spells being cast.

Willow wrinkled his brows, ready to ask what is happening, but a bright blinding white light appears, making everyone close their eyes.

"It's done." Velo opened his eyes and the garden looked exactly as before.

Red roses, white roses, sunflowers, lilies, and other plants are seen around the garden.

And Velo's right, the statue was Taylan and Eli. He smiled the moment he saw her, although, it seems like the vampires aren't able to see her face as they all stare at the statue with a bitter face.

A few moments later, a lady wearing a red gown came humming.

Velo called Eli in his thoughts, she looked different with a silver hair and gold eyes, but there's no denying it is her. But still, everyone, especially Taylan can't see her face, they are all staring at a blurred image of a lady in a red gown.

"We are only watching what happened that night, no matter what we do or say, we cannot change what happened, " Velo said with a heavy voice.

He already knew what they might do once they watch how she died. It is painful, but they all need to know what truly happened.

"During this time, we were having dinner, " Willow said as he remembered this exact moment when they were at the beast's mansion. They never knew what was going to happen.

Nobody knew.

"Ah~" The Queen sighed as she sits by a bench and stared at the stars, "I'm going to be a mother!" She exclaimed and a blush slowly covered her face and smiled, "I'm so excited to tell Taylan!"

Willow looked at Taylan, who's eyes are sorrowful and full of longing.

Taylan walks towards the Queen and kneeled, "I'm so sorry, " he whispered while glancing at the blurred image, "I'm sorry I wasn't able to save you."

"France! Have you heard?" The Queen stands up and runs to her best friend who's walking towards her.

"When did he came here?" Trace asked.

"He just appeared like a ghost, " Dane answered as he was staring at the direction where France suddenly popped.

Taylan stared at France, he clenches his fist as his eyes grew sharp and fatal. He stands up, ready to punch th hell out of this image.

France smiled and patted the Queen's head, "Yes, congratulations, xxx."

Everyone looked confused, they heard him say a name but none of them understood him. It was like he just blurted put jumbled letters.

"I'm so happy, France, " The Queen turned around and stared at the starry sky, "I can't wait to meet a little Taylan running around on his little feet." She giggled as her fingers mimicked feet running.

France smirked, "Taylan's here," His face slowly grew into a terrifying shaped and slowly, he's already using Taylan's appearance, "Good evening, xxx. I'm home."

The Queen turned around and was shocked to see Taylan standing before her, and searched for France.

"Oh, where's France?" She asked as she walks toward the imposter, "You came home early! I have news!" The Queen went to embrace her king and took a deep breath, but her smile slowly vanished as a piercing cold knife went inside her stomach. She looked down and saw Taylan's hand, pushing the dagger deeper. Then, with sadness and confusion in her eyes, she looked up to his golden, angered, and displeased eyes.

"I don't need a human Queen who will soon die, along with the energy you're supposed to give me. I'll find someone better," the imposter said.

Taylan runs towards the image with red vengeful eyes, and clenched fist, as his fangs grew larger, "No!!" He shouted and launched a punch that only went through.

Trace and the others run towards the king and helped him stand.

It's never good for him to give in to his emotions. His powers get uncontrollable when this happens.

As they are all busy to keep him at bay, Velo, who can clearly see Eli's face, stands shocked, her fearful expression turned into a smirk which slowly grew wide, which terrified Velo and even pushed herself to get stabbed deeper.

"I'll meet you in my next life, and I'll avenge my death and your son's, Taylan." She said as slowly she fall down on the ground.

Velo froze, among humans during their time, it has been a rumor that the King truly didn't love the Queen and just use her for her blood.

In this case, she might be holding on that rumor, and now that he said it himself, her emotions against him grew dark.

A shaman appeared as the imposter slowly vanished into thin air. He looks like the one who casts spells on the Queen's garden to give her plants majestic bloom during the day and run to her as she gasps for her life.

The Queen held the Shaman and whispered, with bitterness and resentment, "Make them forget about me. They don't need me, they will kill me again. Erase their memory of me."

Not only did she cursed Taylan to avenge her death, she even made them forget about her.
