"Wait a minute Rihan-san! This girl that you're with attacked me and took the shikon jewel fragment just a couple of hour ago. Are you sure that being all chummy with her is a good idea. We don't really know if she might turn on us and stab us in the back." Said Kagome while pointedly looking in Yura's direction.

"There's no need to worry about that anymore. I have decided that I'm gonna take this girl as one of my subordinates. I have complete confidence tha she won't try to double cross us. Especially not after a little conversation we had a bit back." I say trying to placate Kagome's mood.

"Personally, I think we should kill her. I don't need someone else trying to get their crummy little hands on the shikon jewel around me. I don't really care about anything else besides that." Inuyasha adds to the conversation.

"I'd like to see you try dog breath. I'll have you neutered faster than you can drag your a.s.s across the ground where we are currently standing on." Yura taunted Inuyasha with a smug look on her face.

"Huh, you really wanna try something with me bitch!" Inuyasha shouted while displaying his claws.

"Yeah, what the f.u.c.k are you gonna do about it!" Yura shouted back at him.

'Well, this is getting out of hand too quickly. This is a good time for some good old tension breaking. I'm gonna have to do something to rein them in before things get ugly.' I thought while looking at the situation.

"Ladies, I know you're worried that you won't get my undivided attention from now on but you should keep in mind that my heart is big enough for both of you. This uncle doesn't really have any favorites." I say in a jokingly manner.

"SHUT UP YOU A.S.SHOLE!" Both of them shout in unison and then stare at one another.

Weirdly enough after shouting at me both of them seemed to have come to an unspoken understanding.

'I'm not that bad of a person that you could bond over the fact that you hate me, am I? Not that i care though. Now, on to more Important issues.'

"Kagome-chan, where exactly are we? This looks like the bone gobbling well but it looks like it's aged a couple hundred years. There was also no shed surrounding it just a couple of minutes ago." I say while taking great care to not show that I know more that I'm supposed to.

"I don't really know how to properly explain this but... this isn't your time period. Three days ago when we all first met during the forest incident I had accidentally fallen down the well here and ended up in the past. I don't really know how or why it happened but I did and I don't really know if I really want to go back there." She say with slight discomfort on her face.

"Listening to what you're saying I am starting to get the gist of most of what's going on. It actually makes a lot of sense now that you said that. I had some thoughts regarding the matter after I saw the clothes you've been wearing this entire time. But let's set that aside for a moment and let's talk about your worries." I say making a thoughtful pose.

"What do you mean by that?" She says to me while tilting her head.

"From what you said anyone can tell you're feeling very anxious about the journey that's in front of you regarding the matter of gathering the shards of the shikon jewel. I'm not really gonna tell that it's your responsibility to gather the shards because it got fragmented in your possession or anything like that. But this is probably something only you can do as you are the only one that can detect the location of the fragments. I don't think it was a mere coincidence that you found yourself there that day. I think the shikon jewel itself guided you who was previously it's guardian priestess there for a purpose that currently eludes me. You probably have an important role to play in whatever it is that is happening in our time period." I say with a serious look on my face.

"WHAT!?! Do you really think that?" She exclaimed clearly alarmed.

"Yes, whatever it is that happened or is happening within our time is probably is probably of great importance for the future... your future."

After hearing that she somewhat calmed down and starts to seriously pay attention.

"I'm telling you all of this for a reason. I'm giving you the ability to choose what you want instead of taking it from you and chucking you into a potentially lethal scenario. You can either try to forget that all of this happened and go back to your bed and believe whatever it is that you want to believe that this last three days have been or you you decide for yourself that you want to embark on this journey that stands before you. It will probably have many hardsh.i.p.s, blood, sweat and tears but it will truly be your journey and choice." I say channeling my inner Morpheus as much as I can.

She looks down to the floor with a thoughtful look on her face.

"Well, at the very least you can jump back and forward during your time period and ours so you can relax in your own home whenever you feel it's getting too stressful and your not gonna truly be really separated from your family." I say lightening the mood once again.

Hearing that she looks way more relaxed than she did a couple of seconds ago.

"Im not gonna force an answer out of you so try to give it a good night's sleep and then tell us your answer." I say as I display a calming smile.

'From the looks of it it seems she's gonna give a satisfactory answer tomorrow. It kinda feels a little manipulative but in the original timeline she had made her "choice" with less information at hand. This time I at least wanted her to truly be able to decide for herself whether or not get involved while having a full outlook at what she might face in the future. But I can't deny that I'm somewhat leading her answer by not telling the complete truth. If you wanna make someone do something rather than lying it's better to tell half truths while conveniently omitting some facts. Although that doesn't really change the fact that I'm being full of shit right now.' I thought while looking at her face.

"Now, if I'm not mistaken those people that I sense outside of this shed should be your family right? We as guests shouldn't keep the owners of this place waiting outside now can we. I believe we should at the very least introduce ourselves."

"Ah, I completely forgot about Mama, Grandpa and Souta waiting outside." She brightens up and exclaimed as she begins to move towards the door.

[A/N: I finally feel myself energized enough to "finish" this chapter that I had left half completed two days ago. This one chapter rather short even compared to the last one because I noticed that the pacing of the progression wasn't matching the titles of the chapters and it irked me so I'm gonna have to do something drastic to fix it. In about two to three days I'm going to try to write a 5k+ word chapter so I can once again make chapters in which the title is linked to what is happening at the moment.
