Trials Of Love: The Romantic Goddess

After getting discharged from the hospital and going home, Mina had directly gone to bed as she woke up in the morning the very next day.

And right now, she was sitting behind her laptop as she went through many job interview opportunities over the internet.

Honestly, now, she was searching for whatever that was available for her as a job. Of course, jobs related to modeling and something similar was still on top of her list. But, she was looking for other jobs too now. This was mostly due to her great disappointment toward both herself and the modeling career which had greatly failed her.

Now, she thought that she shouldn't be fooled by her previous childish dreams like becoming a known supermodel in the country and even the whole world through her hard work alone.

'Hmm, there are two job interviews which I can apply for… the first choice is the 'Upgrade S' company's, and the second one is a branch of the gigantic 'Constantine Corporation'… let's just apply for both since they are held one after another… I'll do both.' As this notion went through her head, she immediately applied for both as she sent her CV and resume to both of them.

Then, getting ready, she left the house in a hurry, as if she was running away from there.

"Tell me your strongest point." Currently, Mina was sitting inside a room as three people started to ask her some questions.

"I believe my strongest point is my perseverance, my determination to never give…" She was just about to say 'my determination to never give up' when she remembered she had just given up on something. And that made her incapable of completing her sentence.

Seeing her stop talking in the middle of her sentence, a frown showed up on the interviewers' foreheads until one of them asked almost impatiently, "What makes you believe you deserve to work in our company 'Upgrade S'?"

Ten minutes later, dispirited, Mina was walking out of the company's entrance. Seeing how sorry she looked, it was clear that the result of the interview wasn't going to be any good.

'In any case… I should hurry to my other interview for now… I'll do it better this time! I can't believe how close they are though…' She wondered to herself while looking at another building within her range of sight. That was the building owned by the 'Constantine Corporation'.

"Number 23, Mina Love… it's your turn… where are you? Mina Love!"

"It's me! I'm here!" Running in the direction of the person who had called her up, Mina voiced.

"It's your turn… enter the room." Uttered the other person.

"Alright." Nodding her head, she touched her hair before pushing the door before her open as she entered with no hesitation whatsoever.

Afterward, the moment she was within the room, she spotted three faces respectively. The first one was a middle-aged man, the second one was a young man, and the last one was a m.a.t.u.r.e handsome man who had such charming eyes which transmitted the feeling as if you were staring at the very ocean itself, simply endless, to the point you could get lost within them at any time.

'Hmm… I think I've seen him somewhere…' For some reason, however, she had this extreme sense of familiarity toward the m.a.t.u.r.e man. It was as if she was having a déjà vu. Mina knew she had seen him before, but she just couldn't put her finger on his exact identity immediately.

It took her a few moments of hard contemplation when finally, with a yelp, she remembered, "It's you!" At the same time, she was pointing in his direction as she cried in surprise.
