WAR OF AGES

"So it's was uncle, I thought it was someone else," said Agus as he laughs while looking at the man.

"You brat, I thought I would never see you again after all those years," said the man as he laughs.

The man in front of Agus was the uncle he once saved before as he about to fall from the stairway thinking he was the same as any normal person, after a few conversations and understand each other when the uncle quickly grab Agus and brought him to drink but Agus politely refuse it for several times but due to circ.u.mstance he slowly disappeared never again meeting each other until they meet once more today.

The uncle himself look for him until the day he miraculously has seen his picture from Agus's father who was his friend and seen his picture and was so surprised by it that he quickly told his daughter to go and meet him and invite him to come, The name of the uncle is Bambang and his full name is Bambang Sanjaya the main director of the Sanjaya corporation.

"... wait, so Melati is your daughter?!" as Agus asked with a bit surprised look.

"Yeah, she is... never thought my daughter is beautiful, right?" as he continues to laugh but this time a bit louder.

"Eh... okay I guess, so uncle what is your business calling me here anyway?" said Agus wanting to get away from whatever this uncle going to do.

The two youngsters were staggered as they looked at the uncle with surprised looks while Melati looks at his father and Agus in turn.

"Father isn't this corporation is yours begin with!!! why did you have to give it to him?!" said Melati as she was shocked by the news.

"Ah?! why me, I just meet you during that time only so I don't have the right to take the company as the main director even if I don't have much money but I can still take care of myself," said Agus as he opens his arms wide to pursue him.

"That's... it's because of your father, he told me to give it to you. I was also once saved by him and I owe him... now I wish to return the thing I owed back to by developing this company until you're old enough to take over" said the uncle with a wry smile.

"Father... so does mean that corporation was for him?" said Melati with shock.

"Yes, Melati... to say it's for him, a bit too much it was originally his as it was supposed to be. His father entrusted it to me during that time if it wasn't for his father and his son... I may no be alive this day" said uncle with stern looks.

"I..." unable to look anywhere else she quickly looks downward.

At first, both of them were in silence before later they looked at each other after hearing from her father directly.

"Hah!!!" both of them exclaimed in surprise but this time much louder than the previous one.

"Say what?!" as Melati looked from the uncle and back to Agus "Even I admit he is handsome and smart but that is not enough for him to be my fiance Father," said to his father as she looks at him furiously.

"It's a joke right uncle, I appreciate what you trying to do but this is a bit too far for a joke uncle," said his brows go upward.

"Well, at first i just playing around joking around on him saying if he has son while I has a daughter let's engage them together, okay i said" said the uncle as he was crossing his hand while looking downward thinking it "instead of refusing or anything, he just said sure why not that if you have the it" said the uncle with a smile.

"... Father" said Melati with a grim face.

"Yes, dear," said the uncle with a smile.

"I Hate You!!!" shouted Melati as she ran away from the CEO room to the elevator then closing it.

"Yes, I love you too dear," said the uncle as he ignored her word.

With only the two of them in the office, Agus and the uncle look at each other in the eye before Agus opened his mouth first.

"Is what you're saying is true?" said Agus with cautious eyes.

"Yes, indeed but there something more..." as the uncle walk to his chair then pulling a drawer from the desk.

Looking at the thing pulled by the uncle was a piece of paper which later not only shown to Agus but given to him.

"Is this the letter in? what's is it all about?" said Agus curiously.

"Just look inside and you will understand it" he slowly walks back to his chair and read the next doc.u.ments "... Okay then" as Agus read the letter carefully.

After finishing reading the letter he put it back to the desk but with his eyes still wide open as the content was beyond what he expects it, unable to say anything Agus started to turn pale after looking at the content of it.

"Well, are you convinced enough if you have the company it should be enough to approve you as his chosen son and by this company in your hands" as the uncle pull a pen nearby signed the doc.u.ment.

"This is... too much... am I his son, I mean I know my father supposed to be very rich and wealthy but this is too much," said Agus as he finds a chair nearby then sat down while putting both of his hand on his forehead with frustration.

"I know this is merely one of the inheritance given to you, but I was also surprise after looking at it myself," said the uncle "Don't come back to your home today get some rest and let my daughter escort you to your new home" as he pushes the secretary button nearby.

"Yes, sir?" said the secretary through the speaker.

"Please quickly tell my daughter, she needs to escort our guest to his new house" as he continues to sign another doc.u.ment.

"Guest? ah, understood right away sir" said the secretary a bit surprised but quickly calmed down.

After few minutes, Melati comes to the room but when Agus and her father look at her there was a trace of tears on her face but she let it on her face as she hurriedly comes to the room.

"I'll talk to you later Melati and Agus take care of her, okay" as he continues signing off doc.u.ments.

"... Yes... Father" said Melati as she lowered her head and walk slowly to the elevator.

"..." Agus unable to talk or do anything as he was dragged by Melati.

After the door is closed Melati quickly wiped her tears off with her hand but due to Agus being kind and reminding her of his deceased mother he pulls out his handkerchief and gave it to Melati, usually he used it after cleaning and closing the shop before returning home luckly he just washed it yesterday and dried it up with hair dryers.

Surprised at first but she takes it but with a bit of embarrassment, she then wipes off her tears not wanting the other to notice of her weakness especially the company staff.

"Uhm..." as she noticed that Agus gave it to wipe her tears so she takes it "Thank you" after she finished wiping her tears.

The door slowly opened and the two noticed outside were packed with visitor and client thus could make two of getting lost in the pack of the crowd.

"This way Agus, follow me," said Melati as she quickly turns left after exiting the elevator.

"Yes, right away," said Agus as he followed suit.

Upon arriving at the car Melati frequently used she noticed there were actually few paparazzi who were waiting by the car, because of her reputation she was in doubt of doing anything before Agus noticed it and gave a small piece of paper in her hands then leave to the park exit.

Seeing the young boy passing by them calmly made them to only watch him leave before noticing Melati by the door then close to her, Melati then walks to the car door as her bodyguard quickly hold the paparazzi from getting close to her.

Entering the car Melati told the driver to go out of the parking valley then turn around the neighborhood making sure the paparazzi would be tired after stalking her from the shadows, few hours after that she quickly park the car near the alleyways few meters from the ... as Agus slowly walks out from it then entered the car as both of them leave the site.

"Thank you again Agus, I never thought it would found them waiting at the Parking lots," said Melati as she did not dare to look at him in the eye.

"It's fine when I have to much free time so I know how to handle this kind of case so it's not too troubling enough for me," said Agus.

"Hm, that's the first time I heard of you play a game? what games is it?" said Melati as she was curious about it"

"War of Ages..." said Agus as he glanced a bit at her.

"Oh, that game... it is a good one I never thought you played that one, so what's your username?" said Melati as she turns her head toward him.

"Um, Two_facedkings?" said Agus with a bit drawback.

"Eh?" as Melati was a bit surprised.

"Mm?" he glanced at Melati a bit.

"Youuuu'reeee not joking, right?" she staggered knowing Agus.

"I'm not joking though," said Agus calmly.

"Hehhhhhh?!!!!" said Melati as she was surprised by the revelation.

"No need to get surprised about it since you're going to be my assumed fiancee, it's fine," said Agus jokingly as he looks out of the window.

"won't you get angry about me sharing it with others?" said Melati as she looks at his side.

"Ah, it's fine... but even if you tell it to someone it won't affect me that much, I even have something I could use if something were to arise later," said Agus as he looks outside of the window.

"Okay, since it's that then if you want to look for me, I'm in the Kingdom of Sunda.

"Sure, recently I got a quest which is related to that so when I get there I will let you know," said Agus with a bit of smile.

"Okay, when we get to the place can I have your number Agus?" said Melati with curiosity.

"Sure why not," said Agus with an indifferent tone.

Agus noticed this smile is quite different than she used to be as it was quite genuine even for him, she has shown her true smile towards him which made him felt a bit relieved as previously she did cry because of her father's sudden engagement.

Reader if you guys going to question why I did not add menu and such in the story while I add the trait is to make sure you reader wondering what the player stats are if I add stat, health, and level that would defeat the meaning of your curiosity and imagination of the player and the NPC's stats.

After a few hours they arrived at the destination when the car stopped, the two opened the door of the car and look outside.

Unlike Melati who always come to the place from time to time, Agus was a bit surprised but he nevertheless followed her around.

"Okay..." said Agus as he looks to the front "So where is my room is going to be?" said Agus thought he was going to be a storage room.

"Hm, you can have the room in front of my room since there is almost no one occupy this place for a very long time," said Melati as they walk to the second

"Hm? no one, even though it's a very good place?" said Agus as it was surprising.

"People were living in this place until they knew I was the next heir of the company they quickly left this place as quickly as they heard of it, where the next thing happen all of this place is mine" said Melati with a bit of lonely tone as they walk the corridor "but no worries the head of the dorm still live here, so don't do anything funny okay" as she continues playfully.

"There were people on this place but since they knew I was the next heir of the company so they quickly left the place letting me own the place now." said Melati as he walks through the corridor "But the head of the dorm still live here so don't do anything funny" as she continued.

Not wanting to provoke her, he stayed in silence as they walk to the front of Melati's room since the day is already noon so Agus entered his room with a heavy sigh as it was bit tiresome but upon entering the room he noticed the room was almost the same as his own home but was slightly bigger as the corner can be used as the VR room.

"This is a bit bigger than I expect it to be, but I guess this place was for someone's son or daughter with higher status... I guess" said Agus with a bit painful hearts as he knew if he has higher status would he always meet with his parents during his free time.

After few moments looking the entire place he noticed it has the same furniture of his home, it was terrifying it has the same company produced were the same as his but the room was different before suddenly a knock was heard from the door.

"Agus this is Melati, can I come in," said Melati as she entered the room.

"Ah, yeah you may... what is it?" said Agus with a bit of surprise.

Opening the door Melati entered his room but he was surprised by this innocent young lady in front of him, she was wearing her sleeping lingerie as she entered his room but with her innocent looks caused him to understand that it was only a misunderstanding from his part toward her real intention.
