WAR OF AGES

"Hello... Bunga" said Agus as he shows confused looks.

"Please don't be like that Agus..." said Bunga awkwardly "So erm, have you eaten yet?" as she added.

"I haven't eaten yet, wouldn't you go downstairs and ate together with them below?" said Agus a bit bewildered.

"That's... I'm a bit unwell being with the crowd today so I was planning to take some vitamin pill from Melati's room since I did ask about it with her" showing a bit pale look then ending it with a wry smile.

"Okay then," said Agus as he pulls some Key card from his pocket.

Agus then put the key onto the door key reader then a click sound was heard from the inside the room opening the door lightly pushed inward when Agus put the key inside the key holder and close it the light illuminated the room instantaneously

"So… is everything already unpacked, I forgot since it already been six-day since you arrived so not everything is out yet," said Bunga as she looks the other half of the room.

"It's okay, I could do it myself… so what is it?" said Agus a bit curious at Bunga.

"Er, I was going to ask about dinner… do you want some food delivery stuff?" asked Bunga as her eye wander from Agus then to her left.

"Dinner? Well, I could make something good but I'm not sure it would be grand or suit your tongue" said Agus as he walks near the nearby table and pulls out the grocery from his bag.

"Hm? I'm not picky about food so I wouldn't mind it" said Bunga with a wry smile "But what kind of food you're going to make?" she added.

"... It's just an egg with bread, I have some sauce for the extra flavor" said Agus as he walks to the fridge to grab some egg.

"Hm... no wonder you said that since I never tried to eat it together usually I only ate only one it" said Bunga as she watches him turn the stove on.

"You want to try it?" said Agus as he put some a pan with butter on the stove.

"Sure why not," said Bunga happily.

After a few minutes of cooking, Agus and Bunga walked to a nearby table and sat down but since there was only one chair when walks there he quickly grab a bread then put the egg inside it before lastly sat down on the bed.

Bunga noticed the reason why he did so as she slowly sat down on the chair doing the same with Agus putting the egg inside the bread when she about the grab the bottled sauce she remembers.

"Agus what sauce do you like?" ask Bunga as she turned her head toward him.

"... Chili sauce, throw it at me" said Agus as he glanced at her.

"Okay" as she grabs it then throws it at him.

The sauce which was thrown fly above Agus but he could grab it easily even without looking at where she threw it to which surprised Bunga who tried to catch flying items but never manage to do it plus he did it without even took a glance where it flies at.

"What is it?" said Agus as he turned his eye to look her in confusion.

"N-nothing, I was just surprised that's all," said Bunga as she quickly tries to munch the egg "It's good... even though it's simple" as she added with eyes goes wide in surprise.

"I ate it almost every day... if I have some free time, else someone would have made it for me," said Agus as he took another bite.

"... I see so is it someone, you love?" said Bunga with a sad look.

"Cared, not loved" as he grabs another bread but shown a bit grimaced looks.

Bunga who is listening was surprised by the word "Cared?" as she looks at him with confusion as she then ate the bread with a smaller bite as she thinks about the word.

Eating in silence the two finished the food as Agus washed the dishes and the pan he just used as she still sat on the chair while looking at him which caused him to be uncomfortable being watched by her.

"Since you played War of Ages, where did you first play on... Bunga?" said Agus as he took a glance at her.

"First... oh, I play with mother heritage which is from Kalimantan," said Bunga with a smile.

"Kalimantan? which heritage, though?" said Agus in curiosity before turning pale at the end of his word.

"It's Dayak" as she opened her phone then looks at the content.

Agus thinking and knowing her heritage is quite hard to swallow but taking more glance her, he admits she has the beauty of the Dayak people her face and eyebrow looks smaller than normal java which shows more of how seductive their eyes are.

"Dayak... I see, but where are you on anyway?" ask Agus as he grabs two can of cola.

"That's... I'm a messenger sent by my estimated uncle for diplomatic mission" said Bunga as she noticed a can in Agus hand.

"Estimate... are you part of the outer Dayak, perhaps?" he gave the can to Bunga.

"Ah, yes... I am but my mother was from the inner Dayak before she married father" said Bunga as she takes cola from Agus.

"I see," said Agus while shaking hic can for a while pondering the memory he remembers.

Dayak itself can be called an ancient native of southeast Asia as they lived in Kalimantan soil long before Majapahit started its expansion and they are one of the Native where the Majapahit respected them and wouldn't dare to harm them like the other kingdom either they afraid of casualties what would happen if they do or they already fought with them and caused many casualties which unmentioned in history.

Dayak even though they are small they are a very powerful but flexible society with a strict rule within the clan unlike the Javanese people, the Dayak still held their clan tradition firmly within the inner family as they honored the rule and respected its existence as it is mentioned that the family would only have and must only have a hundred families within the inner family and still upheld by both of the inner and outer family of the Dayak clan and the rules may have existed as it stretches beyond before the rise of Majapahit.

"Okay, I'm going to my room now," said Bunga as she stands from the chair.

"Careful along the way," said Agus indifferently

"... Sure" said Bunga as she ends it with a smile.

Bunga who just stands from her chair quickly walks out of the room where she then closed the door as Agus wave his hand indifferently while Agus who stands then goes to the bathroom taking a minute taking a shower.

After being refreshed taking a shower he then takes casual clothes and heads downstairs finding the people before still taking party but much lesser people participating it leaving only girls left as they noticed him walking downstairs most of them ran towards him surrounding him from all side.

"We thought you would stay up therein room?" said one of the girls a bit surprised.

"Yeah, I also thought you liked to stay in your room" as Melati interjected with surprise.

"Well as I wanted to stay in the room, its a bit inappropriate if there is some party nearby," said Agus as he sighs tiresomely in the end.

"That's true... well since you re here how about having some drink" as another girl quickly grabs some yellowish drink and gave it at him.

"This is?" said Agus while noticing the drink.

"Its sweet lemon tea, my mother once made it for me as she teaches me how to make one "I'm not sure you would like it or not," said the girl with her shyness.

Agus who taken the drinks looks at the glass once more as she takes a small sip tasting it which surprised him the taste is simple but good not like he has never tasted other but it would be considered good enough for him to drink it all without a problem after finishing the drink Agus return it to the girl who gave it to him before suddenly someone cutting her off when he was about to ask her about the drink.

"Is it true that you did get in trouble because of Melati?" said the girl as she barge between Agus and the girl.

"Melati?" said Agus in confusion.

"Wait, wait for just a minute," said Melati as she interjected herself into the conversation "That did not happen but not because of me, it's a misunderstanding between you girls" as she continues.

"Then it is true," said the first girl in conclusion.

"No, it's not!!!" as she said in frustration.

"Then how come you tried to interfere with our talk with him then if there was nothing," said the second girl as she smiles behind the third girl before hiding behind her again as she finishes.

"Ah... um..." as Melati started to turn red in embarrassment.

Agus who is watching and was the intended person being asked sighed as he was a bit tired to answer the question well enough.

"Girls as much you want it to be true but sadly its is not as she mentioned before but not as you all think thus its a misunderstanding and even the fight was because of such misunderstanding," said Agus indifferently while looking at the girl one by one.

Hearing of it the girls went silent not knowing what to say before changed after someone within the girl's group opened her mouth refuting Agus's claim

"Then even so that meeting could turn into love if let alone because of some trial," said someone in the group.

The girl who opened her mouth was the girl who just gave a drink to Agus before which surprised him a bit off guard as he never expected her wit to be that sharp.

"I read in the novel and books of hero and heroine sometimes starts from a bad start and arguing with each other before love sprouted and both of them fall in love," as the girl before she goes into her dream world.

"... That's true" as most of the group except Melati follows suit joining in their dream world.

Because of it, the girls misunderstand the action by the two supposed couple thought by the others who still stayed in the dorm would naturally spread to the other girls but would never reach the ear of the boys until another similar incident occur changed the usual gossip related to the two which would occur in the future.

"Now I felt sudden overwhelming tiredness because of you girls," said Melati with tired looks "Jasmine, Fitri, Amelia, Anna" before closing her eyes for merely a moment.

"Ah... Okay then were going to leave then" said Amelia as she closes her mouth with her hand.

"Yes, we will take our leave then Anna come on," said Jasmine as she spearheads the first running out.

"As she said, I will also be taking my leave miss Melati," said Anna as she bowed to her before following Jasmine fleeting figure.

"... Don't worry about me, I will return when... I'm finished with this one" said Fitri as she shows a book near her.

Agus who was curious took a small look on the cover where it read "Chinese Ancient Architect" where she noticed his glance on the book cover before she smiled.

"Agus it's my class material for tomorrow," said the girl as she changes her eye gaze from agus to the book over and over again.

"I see I presume you are from the Eastern architect branch then?" said Agus while walking near the water dispenser.

"Yes, today I was note-taking the material that would appear tomorrow and I had some idea what the question will be," said Fitri while glancing at Agus for a moment.

"Then I will be taking my leave if I am that bothersome," said Agus as he takes a glass then refill it with water.

"No, you're not that bothersome," said Fitri before she noticed someone walk from her right view before turning her head at the person.

"What are you talking about?" said Melati as she is curious about what the two were talking about and serious too.

"We were talking about her book and I hope didn't bother her that much," said Agus when the end of the talk he pointed his finger at the book.

"... I if that so then, I will be leaving first then" as Melati was making sure everything is okay "Goodbye then" as she continues then leaving the two behind.

"Take care Melati," said Agus as he turns his head toward her.

"Ah, yes be careful miss Melati," said Fitri in the quick reply as she stands quickly.

Hearing Fitri said that Melati stopped for a moment to take a look at Fitri before lastly showed smiled at her then left the room where the two currently on.

Agus then walked to the front end of the kitchen taking a look from the window where he found a car was coming to stop precisely at the front of the dorm as the driver and his second driver came out to greet Melati who walked outside.

The assistant quickly walks to the car door and opened it as Melati slowly entered the car before turning his head to the assistant where she whispered to him about something as he gave a slight nod before closing the door.

The assistant then turned at Agus as he noticed him and slightly lowered his head at him where Agus also returned the nod back, The assistant then returned to the front seat as the driver entered first before him.

The car then slowly moved away as Agus looked at the leaving car as he noticed Bunga just entered the kitchen as she just walked down the stairs where she also noticed him before greeting him when she was still in mid-greeting she finds Fitri was in the corner who later greeted Bunga as she returned it back with a smile.

"Where's Melati?" said Bunga as she looks around.

"She just left, no longer tired?" said Agus.

"Yeah, just rested for a moment... I'm tired with everything related to parties these days" said Bunga as she stretched her hand to the side.

"Yeah, I guess so..." said Agus as he smiles awkwardly "If you do it few times is okay but more than that, can't say that you wouldn't get tired of it" as he continues.

"Yeah but the way you talk in the party doesn't felt like your first time," said Bunga as she looked at him curiously.

"True it may look like I'm experienced with things but it just felt like... natural to me," said Agus unfazed by her word.

"Hm, okay then... so er Fitri was it?" said Bunga as she turned her head to Fitri at the end.

"Yes!!! Miss Bunga" said Fitri as she stands rigidly toward her "Was it miss?" as she continues with her heart started beating faster.

"Okay then I'll be leaving with these water bottle," said Agus showing the bottle to her.

"Okay, go then... I'll talk with her," said Bunga as she glanced at Fitri.

Agus looked at Fitri as he worried about her since Bunga quite strict to anyone unknown came close related to Melati with the exception Agus wasn't included in such list but he always been disliking getting close to someone else, but when he started to turn his head watching Fitri's current condition where she was actually mesmerized by Bunga's presence.

At that very moment he thought "Don't tell me, shes's her idol... or is it not?" and that was actually not entirely incorrect since her hand and lag trembling in excitement as he looked at Bunga cautiously with a poker face.

Since after a moment after waiting she nodded much faster than how Bunga finish questioning her with Fitri looked sparkling as her idol was actually standing in front of her.

Agus who is worried about her since Bunga was considered cautious quickly turned into indifferent after seeing the two at them as he quickly walks to his room to grab some sleep thinking his next step in the game world.

At the moment he arrived in front of his room he suddenly felt a vibration then followed with a ringtone that came from his mobile bracelet since the most message that is either not important or spam would normally be silenced.

Since it rang it must be very important enough so he quickly entered the room and walk to a nearby chair to read the content of the message wondering what it could have been and when he opens the content.
