Mayor who was selected is a mid-aged woman who is refined but at the same time, she has a wild aura on her.

"I leave you to the town improvement, I will wait for the report in one month from now I hope will the town to prosper in your hand," said Agus.

"Thank you for the compliment, I hope that my work will be satisfying my lord," as she bows in respect.

Agus nods as he heard an honest answer from his chosen as the Governor of the city.

"All right, men let's return to the Castle now," as he rode to the front.

"Yes, Sir" answered by his men.

As Agus left the town the General dead body was stripped n.a.k.e.d with an only covering of fabric on his lower half were seen on the outer wall of the gate as they left the town's wall and move closer to the castle in his arrival the fort celebrated his return with many official and soldier gathered at the courtyard as they attempted to curry his favor but none of them were listened by Agus.

Agus wishing to recruit vassal, opened his menu option which shown their status menu on top the nearby official but unexpectedly their skill was lower then he expected while there is few of them had high skill but most of them only gazing at him at far glanced toward them he was surprised by a limited number of high skilled noble, Agus noted their name for future reference as he slowly rides to the front of the castle's courtyard then dismount as he enters the building.

Many of the noble that did not go outside tried to welcome him at the building entrance as they bow and curt to his arrival, most of the noble who has low skilled then ignored by him but the skilled were remembered him.

As Agus has seen the ability every figure, he stops midway at the stairway as he turns his head toward the people down the stair without knowing what just happen most of the servant, weak noble, and other officials kneel instantly while only the powerful figure amongst them still stand but they kneel second after.

The person's weaker ability quickly pour out their sweat as they kneeled unconsciously while some of them tried to stand but his/her body refuses to budge, Agus saw those powerful figures before spoke in front of them.

"Stand, you may return to your post. those who still stand as I just saw, please come to my office later on" said Agus as he glances to where the powerful figure was before turning his body.

Agus walk through the upper corridor while letting all the people downstairs to stand but due to their weak stat some of them drop instead unable to stand as the powerful figure and some knight followed behind them escorting them to Agus's office.

"Hm... Where the mark? oh, there it is," as Agus grab stamp of his insignia on the coffee table.

As the knock was heard.

"Lord Albertrus, Lady Silvania, Lord Papy, and few other ladies and lord sire," said by a soldier outside. "Let them in Soldier," as Agus stand in front of the table.

A moment of silence before the door was opened revealing eleven lord and ladies before the door was closed once more.

"It's an honor to see you in good health, my lord," said the old lord.

"mm, its also honor to meet you, my lord," said the mid-aged lady.

"An honor," said by a mischievous-looking young lord.

Other lord and lady also greet Agus with deep respect.

"I summon all of you hereby grant you all to command two hundred men and to follow me into the next campaign," as he looks once more into each lord's status.

"But my lord each one of us never been to a battlefield before," said by one of the lords.

"That right my lord and also I'm also a young lady so there's no need for us," as she insists on the problem.

"That's true but you can't lie to me of your ability" with a sinister smile being revealed.

"That's?!" noble were shocked by the smile. "?!" as the lady cover her mouth.

"Can't be helped you found out about it," said the old man.

"Same as me, I was planning to invite most of you ladies and lord to join the next campaign with a prize of land and title but such a shame indeed" as he shook his head in disappointment.

Piqued by the prize they were staggered to the surprise, land, and title is no small prize it was a treasure for this landless noble as the lord and the ladies were excited but fear for his anger so they retract a little from their earlier statement.

"I want to join your campaign, my lord," said one of the young lords.

"Hm? Your name," as he looks at the young lord.

"I'm Fiery of the Cledemont" answered back.

Agus who saw him a little bit surprised in the young lord he has good martial skills and leadership.

"You may join me on the next campaign... ah, pardon I'm a little thirsty," as he grabs nearby water and sips from it. "As I said you shall have any land you wish for after the campaign" he continued.

"Indeed I also wish to participate in it, please pardon me, my lord. My name is Lyon from Sayden Families" said Another lord.

Lyon has abilities in Leadership and Ambush.

"My name Patricia of the Nursberg Family, if I may join the campaign, my lord," said the youngest looking lady in the room.

Silvana has Excellent Martial and Charisma.

"Dear please stay at home and let your father follow our Lord during his campaign, while you stay at home. My lord, let myself Albertus follow you" said the old men as he lowered his head.

Albertus has good martial, leadership, and charisma.

"If I were to let her join or not, depend on her ability to do so, Albertus," said with a bit of heavy voice. "Ehm... Pardon me for ruining your mood, my lord" as Albertus lowered his head You are pardoned" as Agus waves his hand

"And Lady Silvana?" said in question as he glances the lady in question.

"Yes my lord" spoke by the mid-aged lady.

Lady Maia has good charisma and martial.

"Hm, I heard you were... eccentric when you are young, correct?" said Agus. "Hm, What do you hear about? My lord" said in a joking manner.

"I heard when you are young you made even my father in shame because of your expertise," said in a little bit of heavy tone.

"Ehm, In the past when we were young, she managed to make myself unconscious in a mere second" coughing as he fixes his tie.

"Wonderful, I need your expertise in training new elite for the next campaign" as he glances in astonishment. "As you wish, sire" As she curt her skirt

"Okay, no more volunteer? hmm... no more?" said as he glances at the crowd.

"Yes my lord we shall stay in the castle and wait for your return," said another noble.

"So five of eleven people wish to join the campaign, even though less noble wish to join but you may do as you wish," as he glances once more to the crowd.

"You all may leave the room," said Agus as he grabs the nearby paper.

As everyone leaves the room the only one remaining in the room is only Patricia and Agus while he grabs a piece of paper and sits down. Patricia stands in front of his desk waiting Agus sit down on his desk and read the report of the income this year and possible expenditure for next year.

"My lord your drink is ready," said another woman's voice.

What appears were his supposed to be maid as she put down his drink and standing in the corner without breaking his eye focus Agus sips his drink in calmness before noticing Patricia's presence.

"What is it, Silvana? is there anything you would like to ask?" he grabs another paper relating to casualties.

"Hmmm... Is it possible for me could join the campaign? I'm still young and not sure I can manage that," as she looks at Agus anxiously.

Raising his hand to tell the maid not to interfere, Agus stands from his chair and walks to the windows outside then looks at the soldier training on the front.

"How about them, the recruit is the same as you who are still imm.a.t.u.r.e even though I already told them how terrifying the war is for them still they choose to march forth to the horror itself," as Agus said in sorrowful voice before turning his head.

"War is always a terrible thing but it will happen again and again if someone were to say the disease is something horrible then war itself is a nightmare incarnate, it will never stop. When you stop preparing against it then you will be consumed by it" as he looks at Silvana.

"That's," said in shock as she covered her mouth.

"Even if war does stop it will come in another form that even deadlier than before after each passing day gave a new form for it as always," said Agus watch over the recruit once more.
