Chapter 576: Voyage

Luther is dead.

Vito looked at the falling head, Ryan put down his sword, and stood beside Luthor's body in silence for a long time.

Azrael and Lancelot looked at each other. They wanted to remind Ryan that today's affairs were not over, but in the end they didn't say anything, and everyone remained silent.

After a long time, Ryan finally spoke, "Bury Luther's body in Caliban's tomb."

"I obey, my lord." Azrael responded, "The remaining fallen angels are waiting to be executed, my lord, if you agree, we can do it for you."

Ryan turned and glanced at the fallen angels. They paid a silent tribute to Luther's body, then raised their heads, waiting for their fate.

Ryan looked at them, and turned to Vito after a moment of silence, "Marshal, if you allow me, can I propose a modification to the execution?"

"What?" Vito asked.

"The leader of the rebellion has already deserved what he deserved. The remaining traitors, for the sake of their being bewitched and committed, I suggest not to kill more."

Ryan said, looking at those fallen angels seriously, "Exile instead, all traitors must leave the territory of the empire within one day, they will be exiled, and they will not be allowed to step into the empire again in this life."

Asmodai made a dissatisfied voice, and he made no secret of his disdain for the proposal, "My lord, all traitors must be punished."

"They can't escape punishment." Ryan said solemnly, "They will be expelled from the empire and driven to the abyss outside the system."

All the fallen angels will be expelled from the Empire, but since the Empire spans the entire galaxy, they will actually be expelled from the galaxy, where the astronomical torch shines, into the darkness outside the system.

That is no different from death, and even the power of evil gods cannot affect it anywhere.

"If the Emperor still thinks they deserve to pay, then they too will die."

After Ryan finished speaking, Asmodai was also silent for a moment, and then stepped back. Azrael looked at Vito, waiting for his decision, which was his judgment.

The emperor's sword-bearer stood aside holding the flaming sword. He didn't activate the halo behind him, nor did he wear too many decorations on his body, but he still exuded an unquestionable sense of authority wordlessly, which made people wonder. Doubt who is the one here to make the decisions.

Azrael, Asmodeus, and Cypher looked at him, the Dark Angels looked at him, and the Fallen waited silently.

"What's your decision?" Ryan asked.

But Vito remained silent and did not answer.

"My lord?" Cypher asked cautiously. "Your verdict."

"I agree."

After a short, but seemingly extraordinarily long silence, Vito finally spoke, making Lancelot think that he would veto Ryan's proposal.

But in the end he agreed with a regal silence.

After Vito replied, Ryan nodded and ordered the fallen angels to take off their instruments of torture. The iron chains slammed on the ground with a clanging sound, and they regained their freedom.

The Lion King looked at them seriously, "You will be exiled. From now on, I officially declare that you will no longer be a member of the Dark Angels, and you will no longer be a member of human beings."

"By the divine mercy of the Emperor, by the mercy of his Marshal, you will be given a ship, after which you must leave the Empire by tomorrow, and there will be no more mercy if we meet again."

The fallen angels nodded, and then left, they left under the watchful eyes of the dark angels.

Vito stood with Lane, watching their figures fade into the darkness, most of them would kill themselves tonight.

They would rather die here, Caliban, than have nowhere to go.

Or rather, they came back to Caliban in order to die, to go home, Caliban in life and Caliban in death.

Only a small number of people finally boarded the ship and sailed far away to the boundless world of stars.

And those who died, although many people in the Dark Angels objected afterwards, Ryan still ordered their remains to be sparked in Caliban, and then sprinkled on the stars.

Under the giant rock, sparks flew all over the sky, turning into a long bridge to the distance.

"Marshal, the Lion King." Celestine walked over, and Vito saw the raven flying into the night sky, and it disappeared without a sound.

"The Emperor summons, summons you." Celestine said to Lion, "I will take you there."

Ryan heard the nod, "I will call accordingly, Marshal."

He said to Vito again, and the two looked at each other, "Thank you, but now, it's time to part. I will lead the dark angels and follow the living saint. You should go back too."

"The Empire needs you."

"I know, is there anything I can bring to Guilliman and the others?"

"do not let me down."

"I'll tell him."

Ryan nodded and turned to Lancelot, who immediately came forward to wait for the order.

"Follow the Marshal, obey and assist him instead of me." Ryan said simply, but every word was sonorous and powerful, and Lancelot immediately knelt down on one knee, "I swear on my glory."

Vito noticed that Ryan looked at Lancelot with some hesitation. He didn't seem to believe him. Although this is not surprising, Ryan doesn't believe most people now, but he looked at Lancelot. Take precautions.

"Then, I wish you success." Ryan said goodbye to Vito, and then left. He left with Azrael, Asmodeus and others behind him.

Cypher was the last one to leave. Before he left, he exchanged glances with Vito, then nodded to Vito and left. Celestine smiled at Vito, "That's my farewell."

"Goodbye," Vito replied, and Celestine kissed him on the cheek.

"Don't die," she said softly.

Celestine also left, and as Luther's body was taken away by the priests, the entire square was soon deserted, leaving only Lancelot and his original cast space warriors still here .

"Take your men back to the ship, and tell Ragnar, get ready to sail, I'll be there later."

"As ordered."

Lancelot also left, and his Primordial Warriors disappeared, and soon only Vito was left in the empty square. He stood here and activated the communicator.

"Helen."

"The Supreme Ether agrees not to cross Damocles Bay in the future." Helen responded.

"Very well, fire a solar detonator in their star, detonate at my command, and annihilate the Tau system."

"clear."

"Send the blade back to the solar system and defend it."

Vito turned off the communicator, he walked into the rock, and returned to the battleship along the dark corridor, but on the way he encountered a chapter servitor, he came over and handed Vito a letter.

After he opened it, a scent came out of it, and it was written in beautiful fonts in his heart.

"The gift has been received and we like it very much."

Vito smiled and continued to watch.

"Also, the new toys are good, I will take good care of them, don't worry about the Tau anymore, ps: tell Helen, she won this time."

"What are they comparing to?" Vito questioned, but quickly shrugged his shoulders and read on indifferently. The last line was a postcard, from the Tau tribe, with the home planet of the Tau tribe printed on it.

"In ps: the scenery here is good."

There are two hickey marks on the signature, exuding purple light.

"Whose? Forget it, you don't need to know."

Vito lit the letter and threw it on the ground. In the flames, he stepped over the burning letter and walked to the distant road.
