Nero and the rest of the applicants were now back on the airship waiting to know what the final phase will be. Nero was sitting in the dining area eating a nice meal when an announcement was broadcasted trough out the airship.

Mr. Biins " attention to all applicants the chairman of the hunter ȧssociation wishes to interview you, we will call you by the uber of your bag when you are called please head to the reception room on the second floor, we will start with number 44 Mr. Hisoka. Thank you for your corporations".

Nero did not care and just continued eating his meal, he may not remember what the interview was about, but he knew it was not the final phase. the chief on the ship was the personal chef of the Netero. the food he was serving was godly to say the list, Nero was on his tenth plate. he and the chef were in a personal challenge.

the challenge was if Nero could finish his fortune hells dish challenge he would tell him where Mechie was on the ship, and if he loses he would have to give up a considerable sum of the rear herbs he had on him. Menchi told him about the herbs Nero used in the second phase of the challenge. As a world-class chef, he was not going to miss this chance to get some of them. {even if this my course some problems with Mechi and him, and he was confident in his dishes. not even the old man Netaro who loves spicy food could get past the tenth dish}

But contrary to his expectation Nero had reached the benchmark of Mr. Netero. but it was obvious he was struggling, his eyes and skin were red, he was setting from every pore in his body, he was panting, and his body shaking. It was a look of a man in pure spicy hell,

Chef " you have far exceeded my expectation young man, but I think you should stop now. you look like you are about to pass out, even the cream n can't get past this dish"

Nero "hells no, I can do this so just shut up and keep them coming!!" he said with tears in his yeas

Chef {man I feel sorry for his stomach}

Chef "well whatever you say the next dish is called the devil's tung it is two times the spicey than the one you just ate are you sure"

Alfa {sir, sir if you continue o this course, 7 huers later you will experience the same paint from a different whole}

Nero " (-_-) .... yes," he said a bute hesitant

The confidence of Nero was coming from his unique body and his training for pain tolerance. but as the dishes went on to increase in number his confidence started to descend. at this point what was driving him was the genuine need of not wanting to lose the bet.

Mr. Biins " Applicant 24 Mr, Nero please come to the reception room for the interview" came the broadcast of trough out the airship.

Though he did not want to admit it he was genuinely happy at finding an excuse to back out of the bet. he looked at the chef and said.

Nero "they are calling me would we postpone the Bet for later after my interview with the chairman"

chef "ya sure"

Nero {suker by that time I would have recovered, and I could eat the three remaining dishes with no apparent problem}

Chef "but you will have to start over again from the first dish"

Nero " {(-_-)}..... but that is not fair"

alfa {he got you, good sir}

Chef "SHA SHA SHA SHA SHA, that is my deal, either tack it or leave it" .

Nero " {(-_-)}..... but that is not fair"

Chef "then we have no deal"

Nero " {(-_-)}..... but that is not fair!!"

In the end, Nero ended up agreeing with the head chef, and he was now in front of the door of the reception room.

Nero opened the sliding door of the Orientation room, there he saw old man Netero stinting on a pillow waiting for him. He gestured for him to sit down and Nero complied.

Netero "so then Mr. Nero why is it that you want to become a hunter"

Nero "is choosing not to answer a plausible replay," he said looking at him.

Netero "it depends?"

Nero "on what?"

Netero "if you want the next phase to be easier for you or harder for you"

Nero {this sly old fox is trying to blackmail me!!}

Alfa {he is quite the shroud one sir}

Nero "….. Sigh, I have two reasons actual, one is out of necessity the other one is for personal reasons"

Netero "then why is being a hunter necessary for you?"

Nero "you see I like traveling, seeing what this world has to offer is my dream I want to go and explore the world, but here in there lays my dilemma. I have not identification peepers and I am not a citizen of any country. With the hunter license, this problem will be no more. I can go anywhere I want when I want without dealing with the fuss of the social system."

Netero "oh I see, that is admirable I guess, and for the personal one"

Nero "I would prefer not to say"

Netero "ok, next question out of the other nine applicants which one are you keeping a close eye on?"

Nero ��well I wouldn't say I was keeping a close eye on them but there are some in the bunches who stand out to me like 45, 404, 99 and 405, but if I had to choose one of them it will be 45 Hisoka,"

Netero "and why is that?"

Nero "it is just my instincts"

Netero "ok one last question, which of the remaining nine applicants would you least like to confront I a fight?"

Nero "I would have to say 405, he is the last person I want to fight because of a promise I made to someone".

Netero "in that case that will be all then, you are free to go," he said writing with his brush.

Nero gazed at him for some time, the image of Netero's image started to overlap with someone from his memories, he smiled and got up for the door, but before he went out he said one last thing.

Nero "thanks for the help back at ravine" and he walked out.

Netero "HAHAHA, young people"

Alfa {sir dose being a fanboy count as personal reasons, I see no reason for you to hide this fact sir"
