(Cine continues from Nero awakening his Aura [Nero's POV])

Awakening my aura was not a big deal for me. With all the taring I did it came to me naturally and so did archiving TEN. With that out of the way I opened up my eyes and looked around myself. The sun was setting and the place was getting darker by the second.

[Nero] {Alfa how long did it took me to awaken and achieve TEN}

[Alfa] {Exactly T- 18925s sir or almost five and half hours}

[Nero] {That go to be some record right??}

[Alfa]{I would need more data on the matter to quantify that sir}

[Nero] {Don't worry about it I was just jokey}

[Alfa] {Sure sir}

[Nero] {Was that sarcasm??}

[Nero] {(-_-)}

I ignored alfas and payed more attention to my aura. It was flowing around my body in a steady stream. It felt like I was covered by a worm viscose flood, of energy. Like being cover by a worm wet blanket. It was nice feeling to say the least. My whole body was overflowing with power, at this moment I felt like I was Invincible. If this is the power I gained from just awaking my aura, I couldn't help but wonder what sort of power I will gain when I start the second part of this manual.

When I stood up my legs were a bit stiff from sitting on them all day long. I look in the direction of Genkai I saw that she was still practicing.

[Nero] "Hey Genkai!!! That is enough for today. We are going back now or we will miss the curfew again".

But my words did not seem to get to her at all. She was so focused on her training that she could not even hear what I was saying.

[Nero] {Sigh!!}

I walked up to here and flicked her on the forehead to wake her from her sprout. Sensing the incoming attack she tried to dodge but failed. Losing the balance of her stance she fell back words on her bottom.

[Genkai] "awo awo awo!!! The hell did you do that for you meanie, is that how you treat your precious disciple" she said while holding her forehead and rolling around on the ground.

[Nero] "Precious my ȧss, if you respected me that much you would have listened to me the first time I called you"

[Genkai] "Meany!!" she said that while sticking her tong out at me.

[Nero] "It seems one flick was not enough this time around do you want another one??" .

[Genkai] "NO SIR!!! SORRY SIR!!! WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN SIR!!!" she said like frightened solder

[Nero] "Yes that more like it, now get up we are going"

Honestly, I think I liked her way more in the past when she was a lot more silent and less talkative. But as her strength grow so did here confidence I guess. The more people have power the less fear and anxiety the experience (and also care about consciences)

[Genkai] "Okay sir!!!"

[Nero] "Stope it with the solder routine and let us get going already" I said annoyed.

But when she tried to get up she fell again. She had no strength left in her legs to even support herself after exhausting herself to the max like this. She tried to get up again and again but to no value. She then looked at me and said.

[Genkai] "Master I think my legs stopped working do you know why??"

[Nero] {(-_-)}

[Nero] "You think"

Nero [This Child is hopeless]

I squatted down to her and said

[Nero] "Sigh!! Just get on my back we don't have that much time, if we are late again we will get kicked out and I am not keen on sleeping outside tonight"

I mounted her on my back and we started to walk to the monastery. All things consider except for the harsh living states of the city. I kind grew to be attached to the city little. I did not know if it was the mentality of the people here robing of on to me or something else, but one thing for certain was Genkai was the main factor. The chilled in question was now fast asleep on my back from exhaustion.

In my privies life, I was also an orphan. And grew up in a foster home. I was never got attached to any one there in particular so I could not help but wonder if this was what having a family felt like. I don't know why but we became something akin to siblings. In my past life, I once asked the head of my orphanage what a family is and he said to me "family is what you make of it, as long as you have some you love and thy love you back they can be your family related by blood or not"

Back then as a ten-year-old who didn't t know any better and I didn't know what he meant by those words. But now looking back to the many ears I spent with Genkai I kind of understand what he meant by that. Looking at her grow from that timid child to this confidant warrior was the highlight of my life in this city. I had a huge sense of pride in her achievements though I may not show it I was thankful for having her in my life.

We eventually reached the monastery by the nick of time from the curfew. But to my surprise, the head nun {the one that took me from Mie/ hazmat man} was waiting at the door.

[Nun] "You ware almost late again Nero," she said looking me.

[Nero] "AH, yah I lost track of the time mam it will not happen aging I promise." I said while scratching my head.

[Nun] "You've awakened your NEN but how did you do it without someone guiding you?"

[Nero] {Well she is as sharp as all ways, whatever it is you could never deceive this woman}

The reason why I was thinking that was because when it came to her it was as if she had a sixth sense. She could always tell whenever someone was lying or hiding something.

[Nero] "I am prodigy I guess" I side vaguely.

[Nun] "You don't say" she said looking at me

I surmised that the only way to avoid this ability of hers was to never give her a straight answer and keep it as vague as possible. Neither true nor a lie at the same time. But even then she would still find out eventually. This prospect of mine made me look like a smug bastard and she heated this side of me very much.

[Nun]"just get in already or do you want to be late".

She knew it was a waste of time to try gating a striate answer from me so she just shouted at us to get in already. When I was walking past her she asked me one last thing

[Nun] "Nero have you decided what you are going to do when you leave the monastery next month?"

[Nero] "I guess we will find out when that time comes," I said

[Nun] "Smart bustard just harry on" she said with a little smirk

[Nero] "Right on mam!!" I said with a smirk also.

When we went inside I stooped close to the dormitory room where Genkai was staying at and I said

[Nero] "You can stop pretending now we are at your dorm room" to Genkai

She did not answer me and just kept on pretending to be sleep.

Nero "don't be a brat now Genkai just get off" is said to here.

She did not respond.

Nero "if you don't let go I will flick you gain"

After I said that she jumped off my back as a freighted child. She put her guard up to protect her head from my attack. She then looked at me with sad eyes. It was so funny that I couldn't help but laugh out loud at her response.

Genkai "master are you going to leave in the coming month?" she said. But from here voice I could tell she was a little sad about it.

[Nero] {So that that is was she flinched when the nun asked me that?}

[Nero] "What are you getting attached to me or something? Are afraid that I will leave and forget about you?" I said with a smirk

She pouted and tried to kick me multiple times which I dodged easily. To tell you the truth I did not expect that kind of question to come from her. I all way thought of our relationship somewhat symbiotic. I was in desperate need of some one I could call a family member and I only realized that after spending all that time with her.

Well as for her I could never fully grasp her view of me. Form one prospect I was her master that is thatching here and helping her get stronger. And from another prospect, I was also the mince to achieve her goal of revenge. Though with her current strength if her opponent is not NEN user here victory is pretty much 100% ȧssured. Even then she could have a chance fighting or running away if they did not have some crazy HATSU.

So I finally asked her seriously without joking around

[Nero] "Why do you want to know this Genkai?"

She scratched the back of her head and said

[Genkai] "It's just that, it will be lonely here without you around" she said looking down.

[Nero] "Then I will tell you, the answer is yes I will be leaving the city"

[Nero] "I have stayed here long enough it is time to lengthen my horizon"

[Genkai] "But you said you make me strong were you lying to me then?" she said with sad eyes.

[Nero] "Listen here Genkai you already have all the training manual by heart [only the mortal volume], and I have thought you all the skill I have. When you awaken NEN I am pretty sure you would be one of the strongest people living in this world if not the strongest and achieving your goal whatever may they be"

[Genkai]"… but I…" but I caught her mouth my hand and said

[Nero] "Listen Genkai you all ways knew that this day will come. A student can't stay under his master forever. You must learn how to flay on own from now one. You are a smart girl so I'm sure you will do grate"

[Nero] "You have your own goals and so do I. I know how much you want to achieve them jut from your eyes alone"

[Nero] "Even if I do not approve of it I can't decide your life for you, that beige said as your master and big brother you will all ways have a place in my heart. This is not a farewell Genkai. I am sure we will meet again someday "I said.

Genkai "….."

She wanted to say something but she did not have any words to contradict me. I guess I could understand where she coming for. Ever since she was four years old she spent all of that time with me. I was the only one she could pretty much be herself around. And relisting that I would be going away within the next month must be hard for her. But being dependent on me that much for moral support all the time is nothing good for her. She needs to walk out of her shell on her own. As much as I hate to see her sad as her master I can't let her stay in my nest all the time she has to also learn how to fly on her own

Nero "how about this let's make a promise here today what do you say"

Genkai "what sort of promise?" she asked still sad, with her head down.
