"Ramiya, do you understand the consequences of your choice? I'm an undead, so humans won't leave me alone. If you really want to come with me, I have nothing against it, but think about it properly." said Emily.

Hearing this, Ramiya burst into laughter. "Pft-Hahaha, you're really one of a kind. For an undead to care about someone's life that much is something unheard of in this world. Don't worry about me, I will become your faithful subordinate if you'll take in me and my brother. "

"As I said, I grew up in a noble family, but becouse of other nobles' conspiracy, my whole family was killed, except for me and my brother, Robell. Thank God that we managed to find shelter in Brisa village, or we would be dead already."

"If you say so, welcome to my family. Where is your brother currently staying at?" asked Emily.

"I left him at the village. The road might be dangerous sometimes, so I didn't want to put him in danger. "

"When were you supposed to get back? I want to stay here for some more days to amass bigger troops and then I will accompany you to the village."

"No problem, we could go after 3-4 days."

"Okay, this is Bob. He will show you around and answer your questions. Bob, present yourself."

Bob came forward and slightly bent forward, then said: "I'm Bob, first kin of Emily Laryel. Nice to meet you."

"Woah, so they have intelligence too. Nice to meet you, Bob."

Four days later, before going to Brisa, something unexpected happened.

"Woah, that's a lot to choose from. I'd like a metal mage. If it will be able to make gold from stone or something like that, he will be indispensable."

Soon, the familiar black smoke appeared and disappeared again. The skeleton was wearing a silver and gold colored mage robe, with a silver staff in hand.

"You will be "Goldy". I hope you won't betray my expectations."

[A metal mage is able to sense and control nearly all metal elements. When he becomes an advanced metal mage, he will be able to change one metal element into another.]

"That's good! Now lets march forward to Brisa." said Emily in a good mood.

Brisa wasn't far at all, so they reached it in around 2 hours, trying to evade any contact with monsters and humans.

In the days before going to Brisa, Ramiya explained a little about their geographical situation.

They were currently at the western borders of Themo kingdom, near Arla kingdom. Themo is a human country, where discrimination against other races is present. Its capital is Themburg, known for its high walls, high defence capabilities and for its flourishing slave markets.

Arla, on the other hand, is mostly inhabited by Elves. Becouse elves consider the woods and nature itself sacred, Arla mostly consists of forests of enormous trees. Its capital is Arclea, and in its center is located "the world's tree", the biggest and highest tree ever seen. It's a place where different races live in harmony.

"We're here" said Ramiya. "After this slope we'll see Brisa village. Even though it's a small village, it still has some guards. We can't..."

"Don't worry, I understand. Everybody on standby. Dylan and Cain, you and your troops will have to accompany us from the shadows." said Emily, changing into a mage set of long robes and staff.

"Ramiya, do the guards know you?" asked Emily on their way to the village.

"Yes, they do. I'll try to talk with them to let us in."

When they were at the entrance of the village, they saw some soldier and knights with crests and banners of different noble houses.

"That's bad, they finally found us. Emily, please help me rescue my brother, and I will be your servant till the day I die."

"No problem. You don't have to panic. Let's first pass the guards."

When they reached the guards, Ramiya talked with them a bit and then entered Brisa.

"Seems like some nobels came not long ago. They haven't found Robell yet, or the guards would know that I'm wanted. Let's go to the tavern. I've bought a room there for Robell and me to stay at."
