A Villainess's Struggles

Chapter 31 - The Villainess's Last Day of Grade 4

Tonight is the graduation of the sixth graders. I'm not going attend as there is no need for me to. Surprisingly, Angelina came to school today probably because it's the last day of school. Many people were gathered around her asking questions about why she wasn't here for a long time. Angelina looked like she was troubled when asked those questions. I wasn't able to help her as I was busy with the graduation set up.

Just recently, I've noticed that my brother was quite popular with the older girls. I heard about how they've been calling Richard "cute" and "gentle." At home, he acts like what a normal younger brother would do. He also likes to call me "weirdo" every time we pass by each other in the hallway. I suppose his "cute and gentle" self is a big lie. Maybe the Natalie in the comic disliked him because he acted like this in the comic too. I don't hate him though, he's just young, soon he'll learn what's right from wrong (hopefully haha...).

When I walked by the former president (psycho lady) this morning, she looked like she was going to faint any second. The amount of work she had to do for graduation is a lot for a sixth grader. She had to prepare a speech, organize the events during the graduation, talk to the teachers, and so much more. Thinking about it, Henry's going to have to do that next year and since I'm in the student council now, I'm also involved in it...Well the funny thing is, she wasn't glaring at me this time. Every time we see each other, psycho lady would always look at me like I was a pest. She really did hate me a lot this year and I don't think she'll stop any time soon. I'm so glad she's graduating. The problem is, I don't know what middle school she's going to. I'm going to bring out my luck charms and beg God to make sure she doesn't attend the middle school I'm going to...

...WAIT. I'm so stupid. I forgot that she's two years older than me! Middle school in this world is only grade 7-8 meaning I won't see her until high school! GREAT! THESE USELESS LUCK CHARMS ARE FINALLY WORKING! I GUESS BUYING THEM WAS A RIGHT CHOICE! No. I'm just kidding. This isn't luck rather it's just...how it's supposed to be? Yep, after all, these stupid luck charms are a waste of money.

Honestly, I feel so bad for the character Natalie. She had such a horrible personality, on top of that she has horrible luck, and her end is to be arrested. This is what she gets from talking to main characters...

I decided to go home in Angelina's car. I wanted to have a proper talk with her before she goes to Paris.

"How was your day?" I asked.

"I had fun..." Angelina smiled.

"Today was your last day at this school right?" I said.

"Yup that's right. I'll be leaving tomorrow. My mother already has everything packed up. We're ready to go..." Angelina slightly frowned.

"Will you...ever come back?" I asked.

"Hopefully" Angelina replied.

"I see" I answered.

The car ride was just in silence after our short talk.

The next day, I woke up and the first news I heard was that Angelina had already left for Paris.

It's unfortunate but that's just how life is...Well, can I really consider this "life" as a proper life...? I'm pretty much a character in a comic...

The first day of summer vacation always made me happy. Back in my previous life, I always felt as if summer vacation was 2 seconds long. And before I knew it, summer would end.

This year, my family didn't plan anything for the summer. My father is too busy to be able to take time off. I'm sure when Richard grows up, we would be able to go on trips more often since Richard would be able to help out with father's work. Sadly, it seems like I have to spend summer vacation alone at home. There's literally nothing to do!

When I walked downstairs for breakfast, I noticed a pink gift-like box placed in the area of where I sat in the dining room. On the gift box, there was a note taped onto it that said "To: Natalie". I looked at mother confused. When I tried asking her what this was, she just told me to open it. I nodded and opened the box. Inside the box was a beautiful rose gold phone. I felt so happy and I was excited to turn on the phone. Mother told me that it was a gift from my father as an apology for not being able to go on a trip with me this year. This phone is also the latest brand. I remember using an old phone from 2014 back in my previous life. This device is like an extreme upgrade!

Although I wasn't able to spend much time with my father, I'm very happy that he gave me this gift. I guess I'm able to pass time more easily now...
