A Villainess's Struggles

Today was the day of the meet up. It was in the backyard of a girl in my class. I think her name is Anna. To be honest, her backyard was basically a big park. There was a fountain and many chairs and tables set up. There were also many beautiful flowers, it was a really pretty place.

I arrived with my mother and my younger brother. My father is always busy with the company so he couldn't make time off for this meet up. My mother greeted the other parents while I looked around. I believe that Henry and Blake aren't here yet that's why its so peaceful right now.

"Na~talie!!!" yelled Angelina.

No, please get away from me. I was about to run away until I met eyes with my mother. Her eyes clearly told me: "You better be good to her."

"Natalie, Angelina is sorry about last time. Angelina thinks that Henry isn't good for her so she wants to go for Blake instead." smiled Angelina.

As one of the antagonists, she was of course, cute and lovely. Her puffy, curly brown hair and her beautiful green eyes made her look really innocent.

But she ain't! A wolf in sheep's clothing!

"Angelina, how about going for some other boys? They're not the only ones..." I fake laughed.

"No, Angelina wants those two!" My cousin pouted.

I was this close to slapping her until Henry and Blake arrived.

Within a second, all the girls gathered around them. Come on girls, we're still in grade 1! I feel bad for the other boys right now since no one wants them.

Speaking of boys, recently girls have started to call Henry and Blake the "Knight squad." Apparently the girls felt like they were knights from fairy tales.

When I first heard it, I laughed for an entire day and my mother was so close to sending me to the hospital.

The "Knight squad" existed in the comic too but hearing it in 'real life' made it funnier. Knight squad also had another member, he joins the squad in middle school so I don't know much. He also competes with the male lead for the female lead. Imagine having to fight over a girl with your best friend....

Angelina who was next to me was also in that crowd of girls.

Behind Henry, I saw my goddess. She smiled at me and it felt like all the worries that gathered up in me faded away...

I wish her son was like her...But that would ruin the whole comic.

Suddenly I saw Anna, the host of this meet up stand on a chair. All the a.d.u.l.ts were trying to tell her to get down, she was only 6 after all.

"GUYS! TODAY WE WILL BE DOING SOMETHING REALLY FUN!" yelled Anna.

This doesn't sound good...

"LET'S PLAY TAG!"

Tag? What the hell??? Yes I'm 6 but y'know on the inside I'm a woman in her 20s!

I could hear the boys celebrate with the girls feeling down.

"ANYWAYS, HENRY IS 'IT'!" yelled Anna.

W-Wait, don't make Henry 'it'! All the girls are going to let him catch them!

The boys started running around the backyard. I feel like I might get lost here, this whole place is a maze. I decided to follow Angelina around, just doing what she usually does to me.

I didn't think a game of tag between kids can be so intense. I could hear boys screaming, just what is Henry doing?

Ahhh...I'm so tired from running. When is this game ending? I've already lost sight of Angelina so I'm all alone now. I sat down on a rock and waited until the game ended.

Suddenly I heard footsteps. I'm too tired to run, tag me if you want whoever it is!

It was Blake that was running here. He's alone though, sidekicks should be by their boss's side.

"Natalie, what are you doing?" asked Blake.

"Just resting" I replied.

"Is that so?" He smiled.

This guy always gives me the shivers. For some reason, he sat next to me.

"I'm resting too, don't mind me~" said Blake.

Oh yes I do mind you, there's another rock across from me so why aren't you sitting there??

It was awkward silence until I heard another person run here. I noticed it was Anna running here. She had a big smile on her face. Sigh, she's probably 'it'.

I got up from the rock and started to run, Blake was also running next to me.

Dude, you of course can sprint faster than a frail girl like me, why?

"That's because being with you is fun~" said Blake.

Is he a mind reader?

Anna gave up chasing us and I stopped running. This is more exercise than everything I did in my last life.

Soon, the parents called us back to go home. In the end, Angelina was the final 'it' and she was being super annoying about it. She would continuously go on about how it wasn't her fault that she tripped and ended up getting caught. It's just a game!

When I got home, I took a shower and laid on my bed. I don't remember what happened but I think I ended up falling asleep. I also had a weird dream about Henry chasing after me with handcuffs in his hands. What a long day it was...
