A Villainess's Struggles

It was a typical day in school- wait not really. I will be having a math test soon, when people think of grade 1 math tests, it would usually have simple math like 1 + 4 or 4 - 1 but, this is WoodLily. A school for the rich, we must be somewhat smarter than the average population.

The teacher handed out the math test and in front of me was a lot of numbers. We were learning multiplication and division in grade 1...This stuff is okay right now but in a few years, I have to start learning about algebra all over again. The next time I reincarnate, please send me to the olden days where women didn't have to study.

I finished the test quite early and handed it in. I wasn't first though, our male lead and his sidekick handed it in first. As expected, their tiny little brains were smarter than my 20 year old brain. I kind of feel ashamed for that...

I was almost done with grade 1, time really is going by quick. This summer I will be going to an island my family owns. Last year we couldn't go because my mother was pregnant. This time, my father was able to get some time off. I can't wait until summer vacation...

There were some girls asking Henry where he was going for the summer. He simply responded with "Wherever my mom is dragging me to." He's actually quite obedient.

Obedient..Hah...Cross dressing...

I started giggling in the middle of no where and Henry was glaring at me. I immediately looked away and pretended I was doing something else.

There is this problem that continues even though I'm in grade 1. I still have no friends (unless you consider that wolf [Angelina] a friend). Why don't people want to talk to me?

Finally, it was summer. My family and I arrived at our island. I've been here when I was 4 but this time I'm here with a new family member. My younger brother is actually a genius. He's a year old but he's already starting to speak full sentences...He even said "Sister is super pretty." I feel so proud, all the hard work I did for the past year (playing/babysitting with him) is paying off!

I went inside my family's villa and put on sunscreen. Then, I headed to the sea and went swimming. It's kind of lonely on my own but when my brother grows up then I will have someone to play with.

After returning to my home after the trip, I had nothing to do for the summer. I was so bored all day long. In my past life, I read comics to pass time but my mother won't let me read them! Wait, I'm so stupid! She doesn't let me read them, but that just means I can read it if she doesn't find out! (Just like last time at Henry's house.)

I jumped off my bed and immediately rushed downstairs.

"Mother! Can I go to the library?" I asked.

"Of course, ask one of the maids to go with you" Mother smiled.

Yessss! When mother thinks about a library, she thinks of history books and many other educational books but the library I'm thinking about is the comic section! I immediately asked Jenny, one of the maids in this house to accompany me to a library.

We ended up going to one nearby. It was a big library with many books in it. I walked towards the comic section to look at the books there.

"Jenny...Keep this a secret from mother, okay?" I begged.

I used the puppy technique (aka charming them with cuteness) that my younger brother used a lot in the comic.

"Y-Yes milady..." She responded.

Wow~ Look at the collection they have here! There are even some I recognize from my past life! I picked up a few books and started reading them.

It was sunset and Jenny took me home. It was a great day. I was able to read many different comics but there was still many that I didn't read. All those books made me nostalgic, I wonder how my family from my past life is doing now. They're probably mad at their daughter for getting hit by a truck at such a young age. Sorry for not being very smart back then. I should've treasured my life more.

After that day, I kept bothering my mother about going to the library. She looked really confused about why I was so into the library. Well mother, that's a secret!
