I went to the bathroom first before going to bed. Still thinking about Tang Wulin and his damn stomach, I promise myself to never feed him in my lifetime. Sorry, even if we're brothers now, no. I am never feeding you.

Leaving the toilet, I see him sleeping. I then decide to check if my things were done right. I then meditate and realize that in my spiritual sea, there are three sealed figures. A majestic sleeping dragon, a giant crystalline eyeball and the other, an indescribable cosmic-like entity.

I turn around to find a library, gate and pagoda but before I can take another step forward, I get blasted with another set of information…through a massive headache! Outwardly, I am screaming in my spirit sea as loud as possible but Inwardly, I curse that god but also thank him for at least getting the wishes done.

After recovering from the pain, I enter the pagoda where time slowed down. Instinctively, I call out the name Aura.

Immediately, a proctor of sorts comes to me and I say, "Set up a copy of me to train against."

"Yes Master," she says before doing out what I instructed her to do.

Looking at my copy, I chuckle to myself and then proceed to try to use my newfound knowledge and techniques to fight. We kept going at it for about what would amount to about 1 hour in the real world.

My skills went beyond monstrous. I could probably even defeat Tang San in skill only. I decided to absorb my other spirit soul while I was at it.

Exiting my Spirit Sea, I take out my Starlight Orb and "Leo" out, I Absorb Leo. Well, it was supposed to be normal, until Leo suddenly burst into tiny fragments, then reassembled as a moving constellation before imprinting itself on my orb.

After that ruckus, I brought out my spirits. The Emperor's Set had a new green hue glowing out every so often and scales adorned the armor. The orb didn't change much except that a lion symbol (Leo) was ingrained in the middle. I looked down at my rings, and shock filled my eyes!

"Holy Shit! My spirit rings already aged and I didn't do anything!" (TX)

Yes, my spirit rings that were white had already turned yellow and had a faint purplish hue. It took me a while to settle down. I took out my spirit souls and gave me the surprise of my life!

My snake, as said earlier, had absorbed all of my bloodlines and emanated a regal and bloodthirsty aura while my lion who I shall now officially call Leo exited my spirit ring shrouded in blue and yellow thunder looking like a moving 3d "connect the dot picture". When it landed, it released another bout of lightning before settling down as a crystalline, celestial lion. Sparks flew off of it every few seconds and it gave off an oppressive aura.

I checked my spirit skills and boy were they powerful. I got two from each and both of them increased my spirits themselves! (Author being nice here, I'll list them down for u)

Myriad Formation Emperor's Arms (Emperor's Set): Added Flexibility. Scales for extra defensive or offensive ability.

Spirit Ring: 7 ??? Snake --> Imperial 8-Segmented Draco-Cosmic Ghoulish Poison-Vampire Snake God

Spirit Ability 1: Poison - Adds a poisonous attribute to armor and weaponry. The poison is corrosive.

Spirit Ability 2: Scale Release - Scales are released and can be controlled and shaped for 5 seconds before said scales shoot out in targeted direction(s). Scales are only poisonous if Spirit Ability "Poison" is used beforehand.

Starlight Thunder Orb: New lightning attribute. Can now be used internally as well to power-up the user

Spirit Ring: Cosmic-Maned Thunder Lion (Leo) --> Constellation Leo

Spirit Ability 1: Lightning Release - Allows user to emit and control own lightning in a 20-meter radius (can be increased)

Spirit Ability 2: Cosmic Thunder Lion Form - User's strength increases by five for 30 minutes max. All attacks are automatically warded off or defended against by cosmic/ astral energy and all attacks are infused with the lightning element. All movement is supported by both. The user's hair will temporarily grow longer and turn akin to that of a galaxy. All fingers will also turn into claws and blue-gold lightning will be released every few seconds.

Numb to the shock, I recall my spirits and go to sleep.

A few days later, Tang Wulin brought back a girl! She had fair skin, looked like a porcelain doll, silver hair, beautiful purple eyes, was cute but most importantly, she was Na'er!

I tried to reach out to her, but she shyly backed away. 'Ugh, I forgot how shy she was'. Well, I just left her alone.

Confirming with my brother that night, it seemed his power was twice that of what it previously was in the novel. His grass's veins also seemed to be more prominent than in the novel and it seemed that the grass was sharper and stronger.

The next day, we went to Mang Tian's Workshop because we noticed the amount of money we were using to drain the family. We didn't know anything on how to blacksmith so we were both brought to what I like to call, "The Hammer Smacking Test". The goal of the test is to swing 1000 times as fast as possible, then call for the tester.

When Tang Wulin finished, he brought Mang Tian inside.

"Fine! Let's see what you did, brat. You aren't even sweaty yet! … What the hell!" (MT)

If you're wondering why he's acting like that, it's because he saw me hammering away at the machine so fast that no part of my hands could even be seen clearly. If one were to look at the number on the screen, it would show the number 5, 6, then a blur for the next 4 digits. Yes. I was hammering at the machine more than a hundred times a second.

(TW) "Bro--" "Stop! Stop! You've both proven yourselves enough!" Mang Tian said whilst holding his had up and facepalming himself.

Looking at our results, he thinks to himself, 'God, what the hell is wrong with these kids. The first one walks up to me sweatless 5 minutes after I give them the test and gives me an absurd 50,000, and the second one didn't even stop and gave me a f***ing 600,000. Damn Tang Ziran, what the hell is wrong with your kids.'

"Alright! You're going to apprentice under me. Get ready for overload." (MT)

Holding Na'er's farewell letter my brother and I both slump on the bed. Holding each other and looking at our respective embroidered quilts, we cry. To be honest, even in my last life, I never felt loss like this. In none of my 16 years of life as a student track athlete and part-time mechanic have I ever felt such sadness. Even I never expected this moment to be so saddening.

After tearfully packing our things, we went to Mang Tian's place and each made our own blood refined hammers. My brother had the Stacking effect on his Heavy Silver except that it was a 5 times stack.

Making mine, I instead choose what called out to me the most.

"Huh? Why are you choosing Cosmic Hailite!? That's too Brittle!" (MT)

He tried to stop me from starting but it was too late. I struck the metal.

Boom! The impact spread across the room. Mang Tian and my brother seemed to be making faces, but I didn't listen. I was too focused on forging. The metal seemed to be continuously disassembling and reassembling upon my strikes, each one sapping my energy.

I unconsciously released my spirits and spirit rings making it so no one could enter within a 5-meter radius. My Spirit Souls circled the altar upon which I was forging. My Starlight Orb already fused with me. The hammers broke by then and were replaced with my Emperor's Set Hammers and I already transformed. My right hand releasing a golden glow and my left, a silver, 7-colored one. My left eye already turned into something similar to a crystal and my right eye turned into my ghoul eye without the cracks. Fangs grew from my teeth, my hair lengthened and whitened while my muscles started to strain. My energy was being s.u.c.k.e.d even drier.

After some time, I felt the metal release something powerful and instinctively slammed my hammers on it releasing a shockwave that dispelled my powers.

My vision was blurry and I saw a floating, multi-colored shifting set of metal shards. After a while, as if it were trying to become this from the very start, it became a beautiful multi-colored ingot. It beamed with intelligence! It was Spirit Refined!

I wanted to touch it, but couldn't. Even with all my strength, I lost all ability to move, so before anyone else could take it, I spat blood on it, thus beginning the fusing process. It then shot at my heart and fused inside me. Within my mind, I thought, 'Hello Darkness My Old Friend'
