The Devil stopped because of Hei Wang's intervention, but he did not glance at the human who was blocking his path. Instead his vision was chasing after the disappearing Little Fish.

Even with his spirit eyes which could see through everything, there were still some parts that Hei Wang was not able to comprehend about himself and could only see wether it was a curse or a blessing.

Due to their limited lifespan, most humans from planet Rumina chose the second method. Upgrading bloodline 'grades' naturally through suppressing the bloodline levels would allow them to skip the Bloodline Tribulation but, it was just asking for a death wish to actually follow through this method.

Hei Nu Wang had chosen the second method like all others. But with her Transcended bloodline, she did not face any troubles while upgrading her grades.
