Chapter 59 - Death of the Sorcerer

The sorcerer slowly realized something, her spell scroll was suddenly emitting sparks every time she attempted to send a wave of Mana to activate it. Due to the fact she was attempting to stabilize the unknown changes to her scrolls, she didn't notice the disturbance in elemental mana and the sudden appearance of an ogre guard Bral which stretched his towards her.

Bral had a cruel smile on his face, as he watched the sorcerer despair expression as she attempts to put up a struggle and open up a flight spell that quickly became unstable, shattering before being able fully activated.

The ogre waved his hands towards the sorcerer, sending waves of elemental Mana tendrils towards her, amidst the sudden change of world energy in the surroundings and the sudden appearance of an ogre guard.

The sorcerer was stunned and bewildered she bȧrėly had any time to think properly before turning into a pile of bones in a black robe.

A magical power slowly gathered together, as a huge fireball glowed very quickly making the pile of bones and the enchanted robe burn into ashes.

"Becker!!!!!"

Urara-a shouted at the top of his lungs, he inwardly cursed while his eyes became bloodshot, the corners of his eyes slowly brimm with tears. He felt like his heart was being compressed as he watched the gruesome scene of his beloved being murdered.

'That stupid girl, together we had a chance at survival!' Urara-a bloodshot eyes stared at ogre guard Bral, with a dark expression. He was like a mad beast, desperate enough to throw away his life for a single chance to bite back at his enemy.

His mind screamed unwillingly, no matter how cold and emotionless he might appear to be, that was only to those he bȧrėly cared about even though it was the harsh truth, however, he had also literally prioritized everyone and everything below his feelings for his family loved ones and friends.

And with the sudden untimely death of his loved one before him, there was bȧrėly anything he wanted other than revenge.

Urara-a bȧrėly thought about the crumbling of his teammates' formation, before charging straight up toward the ogres' guard Bral.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the crumbling battle formation, Tobi smiled, knowing fully well Horus would practically have nothing to blame on him since the only way he could interfere was using mental energy control to make a person a living doll, which could also live a flaw in any normal human mind. And as well, Horus was also against the use of mental mind control, whereas apart from that he was in a guise from Pride Dracula to a normal mercenary.

'Worst case scenario, I can scout for survival after this battle.' Tobi thought to himself.

Bral watched the male human in front charge towards him mindlessly, with a long fiery broad sword, but was smashed mid-air by a large black hammer which resonated with a dull clunking sound.

Urara-a warhorse staggered a few centimeters backward, due to the heavy recoil that sent a shockwave that traversed from his broad sword to his, now numbed hands.

'This bastard.' Urara-a cursed, no matter how brash he was previously, his mind instead was now dwelling on how strong the physique of the ogres' guard in front of him was.

At that moment, however, he slowly realized how Becker had died, his trembling hands held his sword tightly for the first time, as he readied himself for the second wave of attack, while pouring his Mana into his enchanted broad sword.

*Humans With the Oracle protection, we ogres shall rule you mindless animals* Bral laughed out loud'LoL.'

Urara-a was flabbergasted as he stared at the ogre guard in front of him in surprise, it features were that of a two-headed ogre who was much smaller in comparison to the usual ogres he had slain.

Its skin wasn't much different from the others, but what made him surprise was the fact it could literally talk in human language with an accent, even if it wasn't properly spoken. One of its menacing heads was a bit much fiercer looking than the other one, however, the other was larger, both heads had rows of jagged grey teeth with salivating mouths.

The ogres held a large hammer on one hand, while the other one was being coated with elemental Mana, Urara-a eyes roamed over the ogres' guard as he thought of a plan, however, his slight action made the ogres displeased.

There were loud muffled roars from both heads, as Bral became enraged, one of his hands was stretched outward as he cast an innate spell that restricted the male human in front of him, while the other hand which obviously held the black hammer was hardened by earth elemental Mana, before smashing it forward.

When the hammer descended upon Urara-a, the horrifying strength from Bral made his warhorse crash to the ground, while Bral raised his foot upward and stepped on the warhorse on the neck, which kept on hyperventilating until its death.

The warhorse neck was completely shattered under Bral's foot, like an ant but he didn't let it end at this point.

He lifted his hammer and smashed the warhorse on the head, which was completely squashed like a bug.

Urara-a felt like crying as he looked up to the ogre guard who had massacred his baby boy, with the ogre's guard killing his warhorse he managed to divert its attention for a moment.

While he stood up he did so hurriedly with a stagger backward, with the appearance of one ogre guard loud muffled roars could be heard from various corners as the earth, slightly rumble continuously.

With the sudden appearance of the four ogres guard, the human mercenaries were immediately put on the edge, the casualties immediately piled up.. Only a few successfully manage to slid through, which was also by a harsh cost as they fled.
