Death: Beginning Of A Beautiful Love Story

The hall was full of joy; people chatting together while drinking the wine in their hands and making acquaintance with others.....it was a hard to see moment at such a time of bloodshed, not everyone remembered the happiness they used to feel few years back but at this very moment the long gone laughter was back on their faces. The different sounds of people interacting with each other, children playing all around the hall and all the beautiful noises came to a close when the people notices the heavenly pair descending together. The hall became so silent that the sound their shoes made was heard throughout the hall.

After they ascended down the stairs Lu Xiang rested his right hand on XiaoAi's shoulder and announced " Everyone I would like you all to meet my wife", this sudden introduction left everyone dumbstruck but soon everything became lively again.

XiaoAi didn't knew anyone so she sat alone on a couch in a corner slowly observing her husband.

Lu Xiang was greeted by many of the opposite s.e.x but the one that caught XiaoAi's attention the most was Mi An, she was Lu Xiang's ex-girlfriend who cheated on him but right now was clinging onto Lu Xiang's arm and giggling softly while they conversed with others.

Mi An caught the stare on her back and slowly in an elegant manner approached XiaoAi. At this time the party was almost over and only the extremely close friends remained. Seeing Mi An approaching her XiaoAi felt that something bad was going to happen which made her body stiff.

"Hello Ms. Li, it has been so long since we last met", said Mi An

XiaoAi replied in a polite but cold tone, "Yes it has been, how are you?"

Seeing XiaoAi smile made Mi An extremely furious and so with a sly movement she went near XiaoAi which made her dress stained with the wine XiaoAi was drinking. Then without allowing someone to find out what she was trying to do she fell to the ground and in an extremely pitiful voice she added," Ouch!, XiaoAi I know that you forced Lu Xiang to marry you but its not my fault that he does not love you", she emphasized the words forced and love and continued with her evil plot," Do you really have to make me fall so badly, I clearly told you right now that my back has a wound ".

The scream caught the attention of everyone including Lu Xiang who dashed towards the familiar voice.

When he heard what Mi An stated anger surged through him.

Before XiaoAi could say anything in her defense a hard slap landed on her face which drifted her off to the hard cold floor. This huge blow made XiaoAi clutch the fabric near her wound as pain flowed through her body. This made XiaoAi furious as she saw the man who had humiliated her in this manner. The handsome face of her husband in front of her made her feel lonely and she covered her cheek ignoring the pain in her abdomen and tears started flowing from her eyes.

She stood up slowly trying to hide her pain and refuted back in a low voice ," Lu Xiang, What are you doing?".

This immediate question made Lu Xiang laugh mockingly as he said, " Li Ai, you should remember your place....How dare you touch the woman I love".The slap made everyone grasp as Lu Xiang was known to be a calm person who liked to keep a low profile and everyone understood who the real mistress was.

Lu Xiang's reply made her realize what was happening and what was going to happen from now on. Trying to hide her tears she silently turned around and made her was towards her room without fighting back to any of the injustice.

As she entered the room unable to control anymore pain she broke into sobs as she swiftly changed into a night gown and went to sleep in an attempt to ignore the pain. Before she knew it she drifted off to sleep.

Late at night a tall figure entered the room and made its way to the bed as it gently sat down next to the sleeping girl.

Lu Xiang after seeing the sleeping innocent looking girl in front of him who was breaking into cold sweat from the pain could not help but c.a.r.e.s.s her small face.

The unexpected touch made XiaoAi turn to the other side which made her swollen cheek with the hand print clearly visible to the eyes staring at her cute face.

Seeing the swollen cheek made Lu Xiang filled with guilt and remorse and he silently cursed himself for being a hot head with her again.

But still the amount the girl was moving from the pain was not justified as it should not hurt this much.

As Lu Xiang was busy in his thoughts XiaoAi opened her eyes and seeing the familiar face made her remember everything that happened and so she turned her back towards the man.

This made her back visible to Lu Xiang who was shocked to see the stains of blood on the white gown.
