"Wait, I know you, you are the young man who gave me Peclo's portion of treasures. You told me you represent him since he couldn't make it." Giberson said as he recognized Hades (David). After all, whenever Emperors turn in their share of treasures to him they all came in person because of its importance. So it was unusual when Peclo sent a messenger this time, especially a young man whom they never heard of from Peclo's ranks.

"Hades right? Where is Drug Peclo, your boss?" Umit asked Hades as he wanted to get to the point. For some reason, this young man dares to interrupt the meeting while threatening their men with strange creatures. Umit feared the worst but he wanted to make sure just in case if their location and security is exposed.

"Great question." With that, Hades signals one of the Crab Khan to bring Drug Peclo's body and place it on the table. "Unfortunately, Drug Peclo had a problem staying alive when I met him. As you can see I decided to take over his position as one of the Emperor of the Underworld and came here to offer." Hades paused to see everyone's eyes before he continued.

"It's simple, officially accept me as your King of the Underworld and I will bring you all the world's riches and powers unlike ever before. If you don't, I will replace you with someone who can do your job willingly." Hades explained his offer/ultimatum to everyone clearly so he doesn't have to repeat himself or have a misunderstanding.

After hearing Hades's offer, there was silence until all five Emperors outburst with laughs and some even start to bang the table. Hades gave a small smile but remained silent as he waited while watching the reaction of the Emperors. Finally, when everyone calms and controls themself from their laughs, Stussy turns to Hades to talk.

"Dear, you mustn't joke around when you are in front of your seniors. Not only did you take that idiot's position but you also want us to accept you as our leader? Do you have any idea how funny it is for us in our point of view?" She spoke with a little cute charm in her voice but her eyes told a different story as her eyes were looking at Hades with bloodthirst. Hades realized that Stussy was showing her CP0 power in secret.

The mood of the room changed into dark and heavy as all five Emperors looked at Hades with intimidation. Realizing Hades needs to return the favor, he unleashes the presence of Mountain Demon's death magic (Just a presence). Now, with death magic released, the Five Emperors' faces turn pale as their instinct warns them of great threat in front of them. The presence they felt was equal to facing an unstoppable storm while riding a small fishing boat. The fear of death, despair of hope and finally, losing all meaning of wealth as nothing will save them from their imminent death. The release of death magic only lasted five seconds but for those who felt it, it was like five days.

"Enough with child's play. I need your answer before moving on to the next agenda. What do you say?" Hades asked as he opened his right hand to gesture for an answer. He expects it to be quick and simple as he almost destroys their will. The first to recover was Stussy as she was stronger compared to others. Her training as a Cipher Pol and reaching the position of CP0's intelligence spy wasn't something to take lightly.

"I, Stussy of the P.l.e.a.s.u.r.e District, accept your offer and officially acknowledge you as a King of the Underworld." Hearing Stussy's voice, four other Emperors quickly assessed the situation and gave their response.

"I, Morgans of the World Economy News Papers, accept your offer and officially acknowledge you as a King of the Underworld."

"I, Umit of the Shipping and Transportation, accept your offer and officially acknowledge you as a King of the Underworld."

"I, Giberson of the Warehouse, accept your offer and officially acknowledge you as a King of the Underworld."

"I… I, Du Feld of the Loan and Fortune, accept your offer and officially acknowledge you as a King of the Underworld." There was a hesitation in Du Feld's voice for a second but he managed to finish his pledge to Hades without any problem.

"Thank you for your allegiance and I promise you all that you won't be disappointed in the future. Now, we have many things to take care of as we have a short time before the world shakes in a few years. Ah, before I forget. Umit, your ship and all the content including the treasures are in the port right now. Please, accept my apologies." Hades said with an apologetic gesture to Umit as he bowed his head a little bit.

Umit didn't say anything but he nodded his head sign of acceptance and meeting continued as Hades explained his plans and potential strategies for both underworld and world business. After hearing the plan all five Emperors showed various emotions but quickly hid it as it was crazy and near impossible to accomplish it, but the reward of this plan overpower them in the end. After all, greed is the strongest motivation right after survival in the heart of humans.

The meeting lasted about two hours as Hades distributed five small red Den Den Mushi to his now vassals. Each Den Den Mushi is small enough to wear on a wrist and can be closed to disguise as a watch. "This will be your only means of communication with me from now on. Make sure to keep it with you always as I will contact you when I need something to be done. Do not use this to summon me or for your selfish interest, I will know." With that Hades stood up from his seat and left the table as Crab Khans disappeared into the shadow, leaving five Emperors and their men alone.

No one spoke or bothered to leave their seats as each and everyone tried to process what they just went through. Finally, Morgans stood up and spoke with enthusiasm.

"This is a BIG NEWS! I can't print this on the paper but our king, Hades changed the balance of the power of the Underworld. Do you know what this means? We are now united in one front and our powers now could match the Three great Powers." Morgans wasn't concerned about a new player in the Underworld but what happened after. It was indeed big newsworthy as one man single-handedly took over the entire underworld in less than a day.

No one spoke after Morgans but were in deep thoughts as to what to do next personally. Should they just accept their defeat and follow this King of the Underworld or plan to rebel? They do have reputations to keep and can't let a BOY order them around, but one thing they understand is his power. It is a completely different level and if they just attack without any plan, they would be decimated completely. With that, everyone left the warehouse and headed to the individual destination, but as they left, their shadows followed rather larger than usual as something was following them like a predator following its prey.

David's POV

'It was a long shot but I managed to convince them to accept me as their king, still, I'm not 100% sure about their loyalty as they are, after all, a criminal. That is why I attached my Shadow Khans to their shadows to mark them for eavesdropping and tracking them down.

If anyone of them decides to betray me or plan to assassinate me, I would know and I will kill them where they stand. After all, like I said before they can be replaced with someone willing to obey me.

The real problem is Stussy, aka CP0 agent and current intelligence agent in undercover. I should visit her tonight and change her perception about me before she reports to her superiors.' David thought as he teleported into his ship and processed to make a quick stop before moving into his next plan.

"Good thing I learned a new thing about sheep talisman. Now, time to get some food before visiting the Queen of P.l.e.a.s.u.r.e District tonight."

Stussy's POV

Stussy's Ship,

"Today was a complete disaster. Who could have known there is a monster watching and waiting while we were worried about some missing treasures?" I said with a stressful voice as I entered my quarter.

'That young man intrigued me at first, something about his eyes caught my attention. I don't know what kind of devil fruit he was using or what those shadow figures were but I'm certain that this 'Hades' emits a dangerous aura similar to admirals from the Navy.' I thought as I took my seat and rang the bell to summon my servants so they could remove my makeup.

Three young female servants came to my quarter and started their work quietly, I immediately relaxed as I closed my eyes and cleared my thoughts.

'I'm tired, I can report what happened today tomorrow morning.' These were my last thoughts before I realized I was standing in the white room filled with endless bookshelves from my left to right.

"What the hell? Where am I?" As I finally spoke, someone touched my shoulder from behind, I turned slowly to face who it was and a familiar face greeted me.

"We meet again Miss. Stussy or should I say Agent Stussy from CP0." Hades welcome me with big smile.
