Electrify

After a night of epic moments and loads of fun, Fiore and I woke up early and began our day with some good breakfast. Thank God for the Sheid's food system where all meals were made and delivered the same day. I looked into how the fuċk was that possible and came across a system that was organized to perfection. I cried at the level of organisation that was put into food prep and delivery to bases. After I tripped on that for a few hours and took a healthy amount of inspiration, Fiore and I headed to work. She went to the interior decor company she had made and I headed to the Shield HQ to deal with the new crap that had propped up. The type of crap that dealt with the parents that were calling Shield to report that their baby was glowing to mothers crying about how angelic their kid was that he had to be a mutant.

 Though, some of these claims were true and we found out thousands of low level mutations. Some of the low level mutations included the ability to read books with their eyes closed, making their eyes lashes move about 2 inches, changing the color of their teeth, someone even had the ability to grow new arms but they had to be asleep for that to happen, we even found a kid that could control pure water which was turned impure after a few moments in air. Essentially, the low level meta humans had redundant and useless mutations and they didn't require any special help. These guys were classified as E class Metas. There was another lower class called the F class and this class included unfortunate souls, where the mutations included abilities such as invisible skin, useless growths, horrible disfigurement, and many others that needed help and fast. This class also included the mutations that were harmful to others and the meta themselves  and couldn't be controlled. We even had to put down a few of the kids that were too far gone such as the girl which had the ability to detect the molecules present in a hundred meter radius. The sensory load had rendered her a vegetable from the moment she was born or may be the moment when this ability developed. The brain scans revealed a persistent migraine pattern and we had decided to euthanize her with the permission from her parents. There were many more of the cases and Shield was helping wherever we could. Xavier's team was so active that it wasn't even funny. Warren's report suggested that the school that accepted about 2000 kids and everyone was trying their best to provide. There people in the D class mutation category had a few interesting mutations such as limited X-ray vision, minor heightened senses, low level super strength, low level super speed, basically some useful abilities that didn't warrant any concern and were helpful in a few cases.

The C class was where the things got interesting. Intangibility, Invisibility, Super stats, Useful appendages like wings, tails, extra hands or feet in a few cases, telepathy, telekinesis, super intelligence etc. People like Flyn, Kitty, Toad, Raven were in this category. All the people that had useful abilities and the abilities that pushed them significantly beyond human but not out of reach were placed here. 

The B class was for a lack of a better classification just like C class but they had pushed their abilities past C class by either training, experience or further mutation. People like Wolverine, Sabertooth, Deadpool, Warren, All teleporters, etc were in this category. These people either have the experience, or training to be lethal to nearly anyone, but their abilities were not their only source of strength. 

A class metas are basically all monstrously strong people, capable enough to take on an army and come out on top. Peter, Juggernaut, Pyro, Psylocke, Gambit, Blob, Rogue, Cyclops, Nega Sonic Teenage Warhead were in this category. Their threat levels were off the charts and some of them could easily end small countries. 

Then came the final class of metas, the Omega class. The people in this category were firmly placed here due their capability to end the world. Xavier, Iceman, Darwin, Jean Grey, Eric, Ororo, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and yours truly were some of the people in this category. Threat level and skill level were all off the chart and all of them had the capacity to shape the earth as they saw fit. If they weren't limited by their bodily limitations, they all would be classified as gods. 

While the people tripped over the fact that some mutants were world enders, we at shield were calming down alarmed parents all over the world. I even went ahead and established another organization for this specific purpose and to promote it, I hired a few top celebs for their endorsement. All this before the half day mark. I even delayed the meeting with the wakandan people, just to guck with them and it worked like a charm. The Dora Milaje like they were about to rip me apart. 

"So, let's begin this conversation by stating that the Wakandan King T'chaka is under diplomatic immunity but he will have to face the repercussions of his break-in into the shield facility." I said and the guardian ladies pulled a spear out of somewhere. 

"And these repercussions. What would they entail?" T'challa asked. 

"I haven't decided yet." I said and he frowned. 

"I feel that we have gotten off on the wrong foot here. Let me apologize for any of the insult and anger my father put you and many others through. I am not my father and I am willing to make amends to Wakanda and its neglect over the world." T'challa said. 

"I personally am not bothered by what just happened, but I will try to convey the feeling to my organisation. I honestly would have done the same thing as T'chaka to get into the light and onto the world stage, but the cost of such a maneuver was far too much and I didn't want to pay it." I said and T'challa looked at his bracelet. 

"I understand and apologize again on my father's behalf. I would like to use my nation's resources in an effort to better the world and wash away the sins of my father and forefathers. I am here to discuss the details of that." T'challa said and pulled up details of a few properties he owned around the world. "These are a few properties that I own and have spent some time providing free living space and education to the local communities, but it was by my own effort and the money used was from my company. It is not much but it was my own way to help the world from behind the scenes." He pressed one of the beads and the tablet in my hand flashed as a good chunk of data was transferred. "That is the properties, ȧssets and the technologies wakanda is willing to share with the world." He said.

I looked through the properties and there were quite a few around the world. The ȧssets ranged from medical facilities to some monitoring software written in a higher coding language. I was impressed and immediately handed the language to TACT for simulations. The hard technology being offered were new propulsion systems, shielding systems, 2 types of nanotechnology and a new form of energy source. These sneaky bastards didn't offer Vibranium and I can honestly see why. 

"This is a good start but after the previous fiasco, a lot of metas would be apprehensive and even violent with any of your efforts to help. I am actually surprised that magneto hasn't attacked you guys yet." I said and he was surprised. 

"I am well aware of the negative impact we had but over time I would like Wakanda to be known as one of the pillars of the new world." He said and pressed another bead. 

It was a video of Pyro, Magneto and Avalanche trying to break into Wakanda with little success. They gave up and left after the Energy shield began to shoot energy beams at the 'would be' invaders. 

"Impressive defense. Not many can claim to have outlasted Magneto." I said and he got a prideful glint in his eye. 

"The shield technology used Vibranium as a base. It is very hard to penetrate any vibranium defense, even more so if the energy is being directed elsewhere. Enough about that. What do you think of the proposal?" He asked. 

"It is good. I would add Vibranium to the equation as well." He looked like he was about to deny but I raised my hand. "Not give us free access to Vibranium but the efforts in the flying City would greatly be improved with vibranium tech there. It will be used for shielding and interstellar travel research." 

"That I cannot promise. I will need to take this matter to my father and the council of elders." He said with a frown. .

"Also, since your identity has been put in question and many people have already figured it out. I would suggest you to be absolutely alert in guarding your nation and Vibranium." I said and pulled up a holographic keyboard and began to type out the area where the new tech and ȧssets would work. 

In a few minutes, I was done with the resource management and integrated the properties into the Shield's efforts throughout the world. The hard tech was sent straight to the flying city and the new language was being implemented into many of the systems. TACT will update himself and all his affiliated systems by the end of the day. The new language was 10 times more efficient and versatile than C++ but in turn, it was ridiculously hard to learn. C++ has about 80 or so special characters or logic words, but the new language has about 1200 of the logic words and character sets. Some infinite sets are bigger than other infinite sets. C++ due to its versatility is a very useful and largely used language to this day. Due to its versatility and efficiency, the language is said to have infinite applications. The new language was 15 times more complex and unimaginably more versatile, making it a groundbreaking development in the history of humanity. The wakandans called it Unothi which translated to zero. I learned it in under a minute. Well, I had used my powers to stretch that minute into a long time but it was still great. 

"That sorts out the resource management. I have sent you a program which will notify you of any expenditure of your resources." I said and he looked at the program in confusion. 

"This is written in Unothi." He said in a dry tone. 

"Yes, I just learned it. Good language, very versatile." I said and stood up. "You can try to venture out and help some people on your own but I would advise caution. Or you can get Shield involved and we will run buffers. Either way, this is a start and I would want to see how this evolves."

I left the room and heard Shuri claim that I was a monster. I chuckled at the insult or compliment and went along to do other stuff. I reached the office and was greeted by Tony and Pepper. They looked angry with me and I could guess why. Tony was angry because I simply denied his need for justice and Pepper angry because I hurt her lover. 

"Nice weather. Don't you think?" I opened the conversation and felt them both get furious. 

"The fuċk kid. Those accords were there to keep our team in check. If there were these accords then the entire Sokovia situation could have been avoided." Tony glared. 

"No, the scepter would have been experimented on somewhere else. No guarantees about a rogue AI not propping up." I said and he slammed the desk. 

"No, that wouldn't have happened because none of the other fuċks have my tech. I thought we were saving the world but that was just us cleaning up our mess." He said. 

"Correction. That was us cleaning up your mess. What part of infinite power did you not understand? JARVIS even warned you but you in your infinite wisdom decided to play God and create another sentient AI from a known item that was used by Loki and then experimented on by Hydra. What part of doing that was a good idea?" I asked and glared at him. 

"That is exactly why we need the accords." He tried to continue but I stood up and made my eyes glow to shut him up. 

"We don't need to be controlled by anyone else. If you feel the need to be controlled by someone as your supervisor then join the Shield and I will keep you in all the checks you will ever need." I yelled and pointed to the door. "Next time you experiment with AI and other stuff, do it on an isolated space station because if you cause another problem like this, I will put you on my shit list. Just for this stunt you pulled, I am putting on a watch and if I find out you did something to evade it or tamper with it. You will be treated as hostile and will be dealt with."

"You can't do that. He is a hero and part of the Avengers. He has saved thousands if not millions before." Pepper said, trying to placate me. 

"And? Does that put him above the law?" She opened her mouth but I raised my hand. "JARVIS." 

"Yes, Mr. Dillon. How can I be of ȧssistance?" Jarvis projected from Tony's watch. 

"Pull up all the crimes Tony has committed that will put him in a lifetime sentence or be executed." I said and Jarvis went quiet. 

"That would require express permission from Mr. Stark." He said and I glared at Tony. 

"Now, give him permission or get out. The only reason why you are not in jail is because earth needs you to be the inventor you are. Especially now because we are soon to become a space faring race. Heck, if you want to freely go nuts then Shield will provide you with a space on the flying city. But you need to stop doing dangerous stuff on earth." I said and took a seat again. 

"Hello Maxwell. How are you?" He asked. 

"Professor, I am fine and I need a mind reader." I said and heard him sigh. 

"And why do you need a mind reader?" He said.

"I have some ninjas that are impossible to break via torture." I said.

"And you want one of my students to mind walk a ninja?" He asked getting angry.

"Well, I didn't say who. I just need a mind reader fast. Can you come over or can I come over?" I asked and he sighed again. 

"Fine, I will be there in an hour. I don't want to expose my student to this." He said.

"Fine. Just hurry up." I said and kept a close eye on the ninjas. 

They woke up after a while but immediately tried to kill themselves. I was surprised when they all stopped breathing and 5 of them stopped their heart. Thank God for my speed because I had them all on life support in no time. I had a bit of resistance with the five that could stop their heart due to them using their chi. I had to damage their spinal cord to stop them from trying something like this again. Thankfully, Xavier was here and mind rȧpėd every bit of information. After a good 2 hours, I had a list of the Hand's safehouses and to my luck, I stumbled onto Madame Gao in the third safe house. 

"Electro, here to see an old lady." She said as she walked to me. 

"Old lady indeed. I would have put my guard down but I can see the Chi you have built up. Quite terrifying to see someone have that much chi and not be the Iron fist." I said and she smiled. 

"Such cheek from a youngster that has more Chi than the previous Iron fist. Kids nowadays don't have much respect for their elders." She said and let go of her cane. 

What happened next was a bit of a miracle. She got into a strange state and performed a few moments and her chi became erratic and began to disperse along her body. The change started from her sternum and spread outwards. The atrophied muscles were strengthened beyond peak athlete level, the skin smoothened and became young and rosy. In mere moments, gone was the old lady and in front of me was a beauty that rivaled Fiore. I had memorized the Chi pattern and all the detail to a molecular level. Need to research this quite a lot before trying it and Kamartaj would be of great help. 

"Like what you see." She said seductively. 

"I would but my girlfriend has ruined me for any other woman." I said with a chuckle.

"Now, you face a master from KunLun, keeper of scroll." She said and aimed a palm at me at supersonic speeds. 

She released a wave of chi that was strong enough to be seen by nȧkėd eyes and I ȧssume it had enough power to destroy a good 20 story building into oblivion. As much as I wanted to test that attack, I sighed and moved out of the way. As I walked towards her I felt a serious build up of chi at her core and I saw her eyes trained on me. I slowed down just a bit to see her smirk. I knew how chi works and that was definitely a suicide move if I ever saw one. I backed away and flew out of the building. It was just a 3 story building but that attack exploded like a ton of TNT. I caught all the debris that flew off and used a containment ward to stop the sonic wave from spreading. I flew back into the building and saw that all the people in the blast range had exploded to bits and those bits were charred black. I sighed and called in another Shield squad to take care of business and flew off the other safe houses. I don't know how they did it but the other safe houses were empty.. I sighed and flew back to the Shield HQ.
