Enigma: Being Chased By A Sly Ghost Husband

As Shin Ryujin was on her guard the entire time, she immediately noticed it when a peddle was sent at her direction, and extending her hand backwards, she grabbed on to it.

Throwing pebbles was the usual act for that person, and by now, Ryujin believed that she had grown to become an expert at catching these.

Staring subtly at the mirror before her, Ryujin halted in her steps and watched the man standing behind her. He stopped in his steps as well and took a couple of steps backward in order to hide himself at the sharp turn.

On a count of three, Ryujin turned her head backwards and gradually walked towards that turn while her eyes stared at the ground. Her eyes caught sight of the man's hand, and her lips curved to form a smile.

Instantly, she made a run towards that man, and it seemed that the man had realized that she was after him. Seeing that, the man pulled on his hood and began to run away from her.

However, Ryujin's determination today fueled her up, and she noticed how the space between her and that man was slowly decreasing. A wide smile formed on her face as she increased her speed.

Her man turned his head back slightly to take a look at Ryujin, and even if Ryujin was incapable of seeing his face in that instant, she flashed him a victorious smile.

It was peculiar how his speed appeared to be lower than the other days, and unlike the other days, he did not appear to be able to disappear from her line of sight.

Thinking this to be one of his off days, Ryujin brushed that thought away at the back of her head, and seeing how the wall curved to the left, she extended her hand forward.

Before he was able to turn to the left, Ryujin grabbed on to his hood and pulled him back him by force. After that, she harshly pushed his back against the wall, causing a wince to escape from his mouth, and glared at him.

That man put up a fight and wanted to escape. However, Ryujin was not the one to give up that easily. Gripping on to both of the man's hand, she pinned hand at the wall and smirked at him.

"There is no way you will be able to run away from me. Now, who are you and why are you following after me? You will be directly taken to the police if you avoid answering those questions," she vocalised.

Shin Ryujin noticed how his hand gripped on to a bag— the one he had gotten from the convenience store earlier— and due to her hold on his wrist tightening, he let go of bag, causing its material to fall at the ground.

The man struggled against her grip. But it was of no use for Ryujin's strength was much more compared to his, and in midst of that, the hood on his face had fallen off, giving Ryujin a glimpse of his face.

The sight of his face caused her eyes to widen, and a gasp escaped from her mouth.
