Enigma: Being Chased By A Sly Ghost Husband

Even after visiting exorcist, shaman, priest, and many more experts in this field, she wasn't able to get rid of the ghost lingering over her shoulder. They wasn't even able to see him in the first place.

With a sigh, she fell back on the couch once she returned to Aera's place. There was no way she would be able to say something like this to Aera without seeming crazy.

Ahn Jaein, on the other hand, seemed smug the entire time. He did not waste any second to not rub in how useless her endeavours so far was.

Every minute, he reminded her of how she will not be able to get rid of him.

Strangely enough, Ryujin wasn't scared. Previously, when she imagined herself ever meeting a ghost, she thought that she will be getting a heart attack, and she wasn't good either when it came to horror movies.

However, with Jaein, there was no such feelings. It was as if his presence managed to soothe her in some way. The feeling she was currently was inexplicable.

But that did not imply that she did not have any intentions to get rid of him.

"Ryujin, my dear Ryujin, what are you going to do now? I feel so much pity for you," he voiced out.

As she turned her head to face the male, she was clearly able to see the smirk upon his face, and clenching her hand tightly into a fist, she extended her hand forward.

Instead of touching the male's c.h.e.s.t, it went through it, and a frustrated sigh escaped from her mouth while she pulled her hand back.

It was horrible how she wasn't able to beat the hell out of him in order to satisfy her anger.

She wondered who had she offended that badly in order to receive such kind of retribution. Although she hadn't been a good person throughout her life, she can't seem to think of the time she tried to hurt someone as well— other than the time she lost control of her temper.

A chuckle escaped from his mouth while he wiggled his eyebrows playfully, and he said, "What to do right now? It seems that your fortune is too bad."

As she was able to curse at the male before her, something clicked in her mind, and her eyes widened as she recalled about something.

"Fortune? Fortune! Fortune teller? Fortune teller!" she exclaimed while a wide grin appeared on her face.

She remembered about the fortune teller who had informed about her on how her luck will get worse in the future and she will be facing a calamity the other day. It seemed that, unfortunately, the words of that lady was true.

Nevertheless, seeing how true her words turned out to be was actually frightening.

This was the first time she had experienced the words of a fortune teller being true, and since they lady was able to predict, she believed that she would have a solution to her problem as well.

Now that fortune teller was the only option for her.
