Yawning, Shin Ryujin sat upon her bed. Her hair currently resembled a bird's nest, and wrinkles were upon the clothes she wore. Ryujin brushed her hand through her hair, and feeling the tangles, she g.r.o.a.n.e.d.

She did not want to deal with such messy hair so early in the morning!

Shin Ryujin's eyes fell on the clock that hung on the room, and noticing the time, Ryujin's eyes widened. A gasp left her mouth, and she immediately stepped out of the bedroom.

Today was her day for interview at AJI, and being late was not something Ryujin could afford. Other interviewees were going to be much better than her, and Ryujin had to try to be best in what was possible for her.

Shin Ryujin then recalled on she had fallen asleep on the roof yesterday and wondered on who brought her back to her room. Ryujin did not consider herself to be someone light. Therefore, a lot of effort must be used by the one who brought her here.

"Aera must have done it," Ryujin mumbled to herself.

Opening the door to her room, Shin Ryujin rushed out of the room. A black suit was worn by her, and her black hair was tied into a neat ponytail. Her bangs laid on her face messily.

Walking over to the shoes' shelf, Shin Ryujin opened the door and searched for appropriate shoes to wear. When she found the black heels with straps, a smile formed on her face, and sitting down, Ryujin put them on.

Dressed in a white shirt and velvet skirt, Aera was seated around the dining table. Her hand held onto a piece of toast while her eyes stared over at Ryujin.

"Ryujin, have some breakfast before you go. It's better to have a full stomach than an empty one," Aera vocalised.

Turning back, Ryujin vocalised, "No time, Aera. I'll buy something on the way."

"Make sure you do that. You wouldn't want to have your stomach grumbling," Aera said.

Shin Ryujin let out a chuckle, and as she was done wearing her shoes, Ryujin stood up. Carrying her bag, Ryujin walked towards the direction of the door.

Opening the door, Ryujin turned back and said, "I am going now, Aera-ah!"

Aera nodded and voiced out, "Go on, and good luck! I know you can do it! Hwaiting!"

Shin Ryujin exclaimed, "Yes! This time might be the charm! Shin Ryujin, you can do it!"

As Shin Ryujin got into the bus, she held a piece of bread into her hand, and after finding an empty seat, Ryujin sat down upon it. As Ryujin was about to take a bite out of her bread, a notification arrived at her phone, and it vibrated.

Taking out her phone, Ryujin noticed that she had received a message from an unknown number, and cl.i.c.k.i.n.g on the message, Ryujin read the contents of the message.

"CEO of AJI had been under accident, and that's why, the interview will be postponed," Ryujin mumbled.

Shin Ryujin let out a sigh. All that nervousness and excitement was for nothing. Closing her phone, Ryujin placed it inside her bag.

Feeling slightly warm, Shin Ryujin opened her suit and folded the sleeves of her shirt into her arm's length. The warm breeze flew in through the open window beside her.

As the bus stopped, Shin Ryujin was about to get down when an excited nine year old rushed towards her. The loud sound of her footsteps could be heard throughout the bus. Before Ryujin could turn back, the nine year old lost his balance and crashed against Ryujin.

Unable to gain back her stability, Shin Ryujin fell down the bus, and her kid touched the ground beside her. The loud sound from their impact attracted the attention of the other passengers.

The nine year old girl let out a loud cry whilst a groan left Ryujin's mouth. Pushing her hand against the ground, Ryujin was about to sit up when a sharp pain went through her hand.

Sitting on the ground, Ryujin noticed that she had scr.a.p.ed her arms and palm. Blood flew down her hand, and her back ached. Today definitely was not her day. Other than the pain, this was absolutely embarrassing to Shin Ryujin.

Holding in her urge to scold the girl for running around in the bus, Ryujin turned to look at the crying girl. It seemed that the girl was injured like her as well.

Being awkward on what to do, Ryujin vocalised, "It's alright, little girl. Don't cry."

However, Ryujin's words did not calm down the girl. That's when, the girl's mother got down the bus. An worried expression sat upon her face whilst she kneeled down in front of the girl.

"Eunha, how many times have I told you to not run around in the bus?" The mother scolded as she helped the girl stand up.

"Look how you have injured yourself and someone else now," The mother added.

Turning towards Shin Ryujin, the mother bowed and said, "I am sorry, Miss. This is all because of my daughter."

Ryujin shook her head and awkwardly vocalised, "It's alright."
