Azreal couldn't help but feel like a failure, and Cameron wasn't helping. After their little squabble Cameron and Lucia have been shooting her nasty looks the whole time it took the rest of her thirteen to pack up and scavenge for food. They decided to meet up at the Northern outskirts of town after gathering whatever they needed. Azreal had tried to insist that everyone stay together and that they would be able to grow enough food on the road, but the others were determined to gather their own supplies.

"So, What are you thinking about?" Belial asked, his head c.o.c.ked to the side and his arms crossed over his c.h.e.s.t. It was a funny pose for such a large and intimidating man.

"Good to know you think I'm 'large and intimidating'." The jerk smiled with all his shiny white teeth.

"Ugh!" Azreal exclaimed, "Would you stop doing that? I'm not in your mind!" Azreal snapped out, she was near her breaking point, 'and if this insufferable demon didnt leave her alone she was going to throttle him!' Azreal Thought as loudly as she could while making eye contact with him.

"Oh, she like's it rough." Belial purred.

Minx coughed loudly as Azreal launched herself at Belial, smacking at his arms and c.h.e.s.t, "You dirty bird! STAY OUT OF MY HEAD!"

Belial's chuckle was a deep rumble as he tossed his head back to laugh, "Watch who you go calling a bird, atleast my wings don't have feathers!"

Azreal stopped and put her hands on her h.i.p.s "Fine, but If we're both birds, I would still be an Angel and you would just be a peac.o.c.k."

Minx burst out laughing and slapped his brother on the shoulder, "oh, I like this one."

Belial swiped his hand off grumbling, "Great, now ill have two annoyances to deal with"

Azreal and Minx made eye contact over Belial's shoulder and gave each other a wide mischievous grin.

The others started filtering into the spot they had all agreed on meeting at, but when Nadie showed up she brought more than a few people with her.

Azreal marched right up to the old women and demanded "What's going on?!"

Nadie just looked Azreal over calmly and simply replied. "Well, I ran into some nice people who had their homes destroyed by fire and a hellish looking Angel, who ripped chucks out of the sides of their businesses, and seeing as your mates twin killed the Disciple in charge, the city is in sheer chaos and pandemonium. Not exactly a safe places for a family, so I told them the least you could do is see that they make it to the gardens safely.." and with that she turned on her heel and continued marching with the other families.

Azreal was shocked to say the least 'Does Nadie blame the destruction of the town on me? I didn't raise those dead carcasses and make them attack these people and set their homes on fire! I was trying to help! There would still be dead massacring the living if she handn't risked exposing herself and attacking the Necromancer.' Azreal could feel the depression and darkness push at her, but a feather light touch on her shoulder brought her out of it.

Bea, Eros, and Tarquin had walked over to stand next to Azreal.

"What's going on Az? Who are all these people?" Bea meekly asked. Even on this dreary cloud covered morning Bea seemed to shine. Her beauty seemed so out of place amongst the ruin.

Azreal released a long breath and said "The villagers need a new place to live, the city has been over run, now that there is no one in charge." Azreal looked at the ground in shame, assuming everyone was thinking the same as Nadie.

Eros and Tarquin exchanged looks and Eros deep booming voice asked somberly, "Your not blaming yourself for this are you? The Necromancer destroyed this city." His ice white eyebrows scrunched together on his pockmarked face.

Bea chipped in "Yeah! And those Demon twins killed the Disciple, not you."

Azreal looked up at Tarquin, "And you? What do you think?"

Tarquin's molten amber eyes beamed down at Azreal, his posture stern with his arms crossed across his broad c.h.e.s.t. "You should have been more careful with your magic, you completely lost yourself to its pull,"

Azreal's cheeks burned with embarrassment, but she made herself hold his gaze.

'I did what I had to..' she thought.

"but,", he continued, "It's a rookies mistake, as long as you know you made an error, and will do better next time, I will always follow you."

Now Azreals cheeks were burning for another reason. "I am trying" she almost pleaded, palms out.

Belial was suddenly beside her, concern written all over his face. "What's wrong? Is he bothering you?" He asked as he muscled his way between Eros, Tarquin and Azreal.

Azreal almost tripped over her own feet trying to back up fast enough so Belial wouldn't step on her in his haste to show his annoying male dominance.

"What's wrong with you?!" Azreal exclaimed back, as she shoved him to the side so she could see the others around his hulking form.

Belial turned facing her, he was so close her nose almost grazed his c.h.e.s.t.

Azreal looked up at him stunned, about to shove his him back when he leaned down and cupped her chin, bringing their lips a hairs breath apart as he whispered, "I can feel your emotions through the bond, you really should learn to control yourself.", and winked. Azreal scowled up into his face about to snap at him when he abruptly pulled away to stand at her side.

Azreal was really getting sick of this man.

She c.o.c.ked her head to the side and said "This is a private conversation, not for strangers."

To which Belial simply replied "Ah, yes! Introductions are in order! How rude of me, or should I say, how rude of her." And he looked pointedly down at Azreal as he threw an arm around her shoulders.

Azreal was exasperated and her mouth just hung open in disbelief of this insane mans words.

Bea politely responded "I am Bea of tribe Yu." Dipping her head in respect. Eros' large form had backed up, a bit intimidated with Belials confrontation, "Eros" was all he said.

Belial nodded to him and looked to Tarquin to finish, "Tarquin." He made sure to elongate his name as he said it, almost as if he wasn't sure he wanted to tell Belial and might stop at any moment.

Belial smiled broadly at them and announced "It it very nice to meet all of you. My name is Belial Akuma," at this Tarquin eyebrows flicked up, "and my twin that is running around here somewhere is Minx." He hugged Azreal a little tighter as he said "And now that I've found my mate I don't intend on being far from her, and if you try to keep me away..." Azreal knew where this was going to go and before he could continue she shoved him back. "Come on! Seriously! Calm down!" Azreal shook her head. If every time she talked to someone he was going to come in and interrupt, nothing would ever get done.
