Legacy Of Ennea

Ed and Eria left me and the other hostages behind my back, all of them looked afraid of something. I can see the young to the old has fear in their eyes. Just what did they do! And who is the mastermind behind all of this experiment.

There are a hundred guards under my spell and they can't move at all. Some of them even passed out already.

But suddenly, I hear a footsteps behind my back... I-Is that the enemy's reinforcement?! But wait, if they are the reinforcement, they should have passed the other, Ethan and everybody else.

The people behind me is frightened, and they come closer to me. But what I can see is... "Ethan!" I called his name...

More of them are coming, "Precilla, Roxane... accompany Nico..." Ethan told both of Precilla and Roxane and they nodded. "Erin... Lisa, go find and help Ed and Eria..." Ethan commanded.

Both of them nodded and run passed me, which is currently struggling to hold the soldier down... "Thank you..." Erin told me with low voice, and I nodded.

After both of them left, Ethan and Morgan come closer to me, but I face away and look at the dwarven soldier...

As they come closer...

"You should have told us..." Ethan said. "It will take some times to convince you..." I told Ethan and Morgan...

"But, this plan is risky!" Morgan said with loud voice. "But these person survive..." I told them as they looked at those survivor beside me...

They all are unarmed, and they use the same color of cloth. All of them looked pretty scared as they see both Ethan and Morgan.

"Don't worry... We are going to help you..." I told one of the person which is looked like a Dragon Race... She looked pretty young, and she nodded. She then told everybody else and now everyone looked relieved.

"Nicoo!" Morgan complained... But Ethan stopped Morgan. "What? That is another problem we got here..." Morgan said.

"Still, he is our leader..." Ethan told Morgan. Morgan looked at Ethan in confusion, and so do I. I looked back and looked at him. But he faced away, "Whenever I think about it, I think Nico is a better leader..." Ethan said

Ethan is supposed to be the captain, but... I went away and save them without telling him. T-That is... my mistake...

"I am sorry Ethan..." I told Ethan. And he let a sigh, and I can see his smile...

"I guess that is why Euclio ran away from you..." Ethan said jokingly... "R-Really?! Is that really what happened?!" I asked seriously, but Precilla and Roxane laughed.

"H-Hey! D-Do you mean it?!" I asked Precilla. "Of course no!" Roxane told me, and I let a sigh in relieved. "He will nevel leave your side... trust me!" Roxane said with her smile.

Roxane... she really put her trust on Euclio. Then I remember how close they were during our time in Auxem School. Oh! I just remembered that Euclio had a crush on her... is that still going on?

"Hey... Nico... do you actually trying hard to keep them stay on the ground?" Precilla asked me worriedly while pointing at the dwarven army. Which is I almost forgot...

"H-Hey... Can you knock them out... after I deactivate my magic?" I asked Ethan... But Ethan looked at me in confusion, "Huh? There are a hundred of them, how do we supposed to do that?" Ethan asked back at me. But now the four of us looked at Morgan.

Morgan let a sigh... "Fine, Fine... Go shrink the area of the magic, and we will hit everyone that start moving..." Morgan said. And all of us nodded...

It took almost an hour, but we successfully take over their base, and with little casualties on both side.

"Nico... I want you to lead us..." Ethan said after all of us has gathered.

"W-What?! Why?" I asked once more. "Y-You should train yourself to become a leader..." I told him, but he shook his head, "This is not a training, it is dead or alive..." Ethan said.

Erin nodded in agreement, "I think Ethan is right, this is not a plaything..." Erin said, then Precilla and Roxane agrees. "Can't argue with that..." Lisa agreed as well...

Ed looked at me with a smile... That boy...

I can only see Morgan disagree. Does he hate me? Or what... Maybe, because I do not think forward.

"Fine..." Morgan suddenly... and everyone looked at him with a smile, only I surprised. "There must be a reason why Euclio wants you to be the leader right?" Morgan asked me. But no... I don't have any idea why he choose me...

"Okay! Let's head and find that room!" I told everybody...

"Okay!!" Everyone shouted... but...

"Excuse me..." an ocean race old man come closer... All of us faced him, "Nicolas-sama?" He called me, "Y-Yes??" I am now nervous...

"Can you help us to leave the dungeon? This dungeon is... haunted you see..." the ocean race old man said.

And I can only face at Morgan... he let another sigh while I give him a smile...

"Fine, but all of you should wait here... until we finish our mission and we will return to the surface together..." Morgan said

The old man's face turn to be a smile, "T-Thank you..." he said. He then left us and tell everybody else, and I can see their joy on their face...

"Nico... I suggest we divide our team for now" Ethan told me, and Morgan nodded...

"One will accompany these person, and also interrogate the soldier, and the other party will be looking for the secret room..." Morgan said.

Splitting isn't the best idea, but for now, I guess we don't have any other choice... "Morgan, Erin, Lisa... the three of you stay here... Morgan and Erin, find out about the man behind all of this mad experiment, and Lisa, you stay and protect the other..." I told them. The three of them nodded.

"Ed, Ethan, Precilla, Roxane and Eria... come with me..." I told them and they nodded, "Sorry Morgan, I have to bring more people sin-" Before I finish my word, Morgan cut it... "I understand, and I agree with you..." Morgan said as he looked at me with a smile...

"Just... don't forget to tell everyone first before you do something stupid!" Morgan remind me, I nodded with weird face...

"Precilla, Roxane... bring June back to the floor above us, with the carriage..." I told them and they nodded. We left our carriage in the resting area a floor above us...

After the two of them gone, Eria and Ed tell everything... Ed said that there are some people here which is becoming a subject to test the capability of weapon. Such as, they will be hit by a sword made from the Sword City... or even hammer from Hammer City.

But somehow, everyone of them were given an armor, which is made by the City of Armor, Amber... Now, it seems like this place become a small Coloseum...

"So, every lord in Dwarven Kingdom are related?" I asked Morgan, but he still looked confused. "I don't know, I need to question the soldier and also the subject... you can leave it to me..." Morgan told me with a very convincing way.

I nodded in agreement, better leave this kind of stuff to Morgan.

After a few minutes, both Precilla and Roxane return with June and the carriage. They stop right in front of us, and June licked me like she is a dog! "H-Hey!" I said annoyed but everybody do not help, they even laugh at me...

"Let's get going! Doctor Frans and the other are waiting for us in Dunok!" Ethan said, I nodded...

After all of us get on the carriage, we leave them and head to the next floor. And on our way, we pass the camp of the army... This place is pretty huge.

"Nisan... how did you accidentally kill some of the soldier?" Ed asked me out of a sudden. I then remember when the soldier aimed me with their musket, and somehow that scares me more than sword under my neck.

"Yes, I thought you don't want to kill them..." Eria said. I nodded, "I don't want to... but the musket shot me with bullet..." I said. "Musket? Oh... the soldier with that weird weapon..." Eria said.

"I never see that kind of weapon..." Precilla said. Roxane nodded as well... "That seems dangerous thou..." she said.

Wait... so they do not know what weapon is that?! That is dangerous! "That weapon is a real deal! It shoot a small bullet, and could pierce your body instantly..." I explain it to them.

"Really? That small weapon?" Ethan asked. He sounds like he do not believe it. "Yes, and one more thing... you will not be able to dodge it, since it move more than twice faster than arrows from a crossbow..." I explained. They all now looked pretty surprised.

"Nisan..." Ed called my name... "Yes?" I responded... "H-How do you know about those thing?" Ed asked me. How? Well... in my previous world, it is a common weapon... but of course I can't answer with those word...

"Book... I read it from a book..." I told Ed, and now he looked at me in understanding. "I see..." he said, that is close!

"Which is why you use your full power to block the bullet?" Eria asked me and I nodded.

Finally, we enter to the dark and long corridor... "Nico, light please..." Eria said, and I nodded...

We don't know when we will arrive, so we should make a shift. It is Ed, Ethan, Eria, Precilla, Roxane and I... So we should divide it to two groups...

"Ed, Ethan and Eria will take the second shift... Precilla, Roxane and I will do our shift now..." I told everyone, and everyone has no objection.

"Well, let's take a rest..." Ethan told Eria and Ed... both of them nodded and get down.

Precilla and Roxane looked at each other in confusion, "What's wrong?" I asked both, but they smiled. "Nothing..." Precilla said with a smile... Something is wrong...

"It's been a while since we are in the same team with you..." Roxane said, and Precilla nodded. I smiled, "Yeah, it is... Roxane, you watch left, Precilla, you watch right..." I commanded. "Sure!" Roxane said casually, and Precilla just give me a smile and nodded.

After an hour of journey, we defeated tens of monster already, but we haven't see any sign of the special floor. Until June suddenly stop...

"W-What's wrong June?" I asked June... June is staring at something in front of us... I can feel the chill through my body. "What is this eerie aura..." Precilla said as she stood up in front of me with her shield.

Roxane also facing forward, I can't hear any footstep but... I can't feel the bloodl.u.s.t. Until a shiny dagger is thrown from the carriage to something on the front...

Then suddenly, a giant shade appear... "Shade!?" I shouted... but then the shade vanished... like it evaporated. But the scythe he brought is still there and fall to the ground...

"Another shade..." Ed said with annoyed voice... while everyone are still in shock... That Ed is on another level... none of us are able to sense it...

It is always Ed...

Even Eria can't feel the presence... Ed get out from the carriage and took his dagger back from the ground. He then put it in a special scabbard, made for dagger. The dagger shine but, when it is put back inside the scabbard, we can't see it.

"Let's go!" Ed said as he smiled. T-That boy really don't know how powerful he is! Even Eria is still amazed.

We then continue our journey, and it too around 4 hours, before finally we change the shift. "Nisan... it is our turn..." Ed said as he sees me almost falling asleep. "Ah... sure..." I said without doubting. I am too sleepy, using the power to make the dwarven soldiers to fall to the ground, and hold them for almost an hour, is a mana wasting.

=== Ed's Point of View ===

"[IGNITE]" I said and the room become bright from my magic. June is still walking as we change our shift. "Hoamm" Ethan m.o.a.n.e.d as he is still sleepy. I believe a monster is needed to wake him up.

A monster suddenly appears in front of Ethan and Ethan immediately uses his shield and block it from advancing further.

Now I can see his focus face...

Suddenly, I feel a scary aura... a similar aura like before, and when it come closer, I can see a shade... but June moves so much faster and we left the shade in no time. But...

How!? How can I see a shade?! Shade should be invisible... "Ed!" Ethan called my name... "Huh?" I responded...

"Your eyes..." Eria said in confusion, What's with my eyes?

"There is a weird sign in your eyes..." Ethan said while looking at me, but he did not realize that there is a wyvern behind him.

"[WINDSHOT]" I said as I use it to protect Ethan from the wyvern, by shooting a high pressure of wind to the wyvern's head.

Ethan looks back, and see a dead body of the wyvern... "Thanks..." Ethan said, "Let's focus with this first..." Eria said and both Ethan and I nodded...

=== Ethan's Point of View ===

I am pretty sure that I see something weird on Ed's eye... it shines, but with black color... and there is a sign on it...

Maybe I will talk with him later...

After an hour has passed... "Hey... this is..." Ed said as he is the one that in charge to guard the front part of the carriage...

What we are looking is sapphire... there are a lot of sapphire, blue and red...

"Pretty..." Eria said, I nodded...it shines beautifully in this dark floor.

After another hour, "Wood?!" Ed said as he pointed out at a branch of tree... there is nothing but branches of tree...

"I think your Dad's prediction is on point..." Eria told Ed, and Ed smiled.

And it took another hour for us to finally reach the Yggdrasil. "Hey, Hey, Hey!" I said. This place is... I can see a waterfall on the left side of the entrance, along with the forest, also deers... while on the right is a plain, some of the deers are there.

The middle of the floor is a Yggdrasil stand on a lake, and created a small island from its root.

"This is exactly... the same..." Ed said, "As Neku's!" Ed said happily.

Is this a coincidence? No, it seems it is not nature that created this, there must be someone manipulated this place.

"Hey look!" Eria said as she pointed out on a man sitting on the roots of the Yggdrasil. "T-That is!" Ed said

He has a sword on his right hand and he seems to be sleeping... a man with white hair, and a legendary sword. Maxim Maxwell... What is he doing?!

June stop in front of the lake, as usual...

"Ed, wake the other up....." I told Ed as I jump to the first floor. When I jumped to the first floor, Maxim stood up from his seat and he walk through the lake. The lake is shallow, and so Maxim could walk easily through the lake.

"How did you know about this place?" Maxim asked me and Eria. "Hmmm, Jeremiel asked us to investigate this place..." I said with proud, Maxim looked pretty proud as well.

"I see, that man has the talent..." Maxim said with smile, "Why did you not tell us about this place?" Eria asked Maxim with annoyed face, but Maxim stares Eria with bloodthrist.

"This place is sacred for Maxwells only, and I am kind enough to allow you people to stay here..." Maxim said.

"More importantly..." I hide Eria behind my back to change the topic, Maxim changed his view to me now... "Do you know about the human experiment happening in this labyrinth?" I asked Maxim.

He then give a thought. It took quite a time, and makes it kinda suspicious... But he finally answer, "No..." He said. "So you never left the labyrinth?" I interrogated him. He nodded. "I never had any business in this small continent" Maxim said and he look someone behind my back...

I looked behind my back and see Nicolas...

"Maxim!!" Nico shouted... "Yo little boy..." Maxim greeted with a smile, it seems that both of them are really close now. Wait... Little boy?! Eria laughed hearing that, and so does Roxane.

"I-I am not a kid anymore..." Nico told Maxim, but Maxim lowered his body, "Not about that, I mean your height..." Maxim said with annoying smile. Now, that is hillarious... even Ed laughed. I can see Nico's red face.

"Hey! I want to fight you once more!" Nico said out of a sudden, and everyone become silent...

"HUHH?!?" Everyone in unison, but Maxim smiled evilly... "H-Hey! Are you out of your mind?!" I told Nico and try to stop him. But Nico look at me and say, "I have to train against stronger person to be stronger... or else I won't improve!" Nico said with determination.

"Hey... But that guy is too strong..." Roxane said with low voice, but I can hear it, and I believe Maxim can hear that too...

"That's fine... I want to go all out in a while..." Nico said with a smile. N-Nico... he is insane!! He is indeed Maxim's descendant...

"But not here..." Maxim suddenly say... "Huh? Why?" Nico asked, and everyone is still looking at Maxim. "This labyrinth isn't suitable for earth element, it could colapse the labyrinth..." Maxim said. I see, so this is not a really special labyrinth, not like the labyrinth in Neku.

"Then, let's go to Neku..." Maxim said. "Heh??" Nicolas sounds confuse... "I-It took months!" Roxane said, but Maxim looked annoyed, "You never use the Teleportation Circle do you?" Maxim asked Nico...

Everyone remain silent... Maxim hit his head with his palm, he looks disappointed. "If you enter the Teleportation Circle, you will be teleported to the next labyrinth..." Maxim said, "What is-" before I finish my word he continue "Next labyrinth means, Dragon Continent... then Elven Continent... then Beastman Continent... and Human Continent, afterwards it will repeat back to Dwarven Continent" Maxim explained.

"T-That is very convinient! You should tell me where are all of the labyrinth are!" Nico said. But Maxim shook his head. "Hehh?!" Nico looked disappointed, "Find it by yourself, it is great already that you found the second one..." Maxim said.

Maxim, he could be very friendly, but he can be very annoying sometimes...

"Hey! If we return to Neku's labyrinth!" Precilla reminded.

Everyone went silent...

"What's wrong?" Maxim asked me... He looked at me with his sharp eyes, "Ummm, you see... Clement Maxwell is dead..." I told Maxim...

Maxim looked at me with blank eyes...

"That brother of Jeremiel?" Maxim asked, and I nodded... "He is a good lord..." Precilla said, "Yeah, he is the person I want to serve the most..." Roxane said.

I let a sigh, "And he is a great Archduke..." I said. Nico is looking away, "He is... the best dad I ever had..." Nico said while still staring at the floor.

Ed looked pretty sad either, everyone becomes reminded of him.

"HAHAHAHA" Maxim laughed. And now, all of us stare at him in confusion... "T-That is not funny!" Eria said annoyedly, "Aw... little girl... why are you so mad??" Maxim said as he teased Eria. Her face looks red...

T-There is someone that is brave enough to mock Eria?! T-That is the first one...

"He is alive!" Maxim said... and now everyone looked at him... "What?" Precilla is the first person who ask Maxim about that.

"Hey! That is not funny if you are joking!" I said to remind him... "That is the fact... I saved him, along side with his friend..." Maxim said with a smile on his face...

"Show me!" Nico said to Maxim without any hesitation... "In a price..." Maxim said. T-That is not funny! He wants something back from us?! I thought he is on our side?!

"What is it?! I'll pay you anything!" Nico said. Maxim nodded, "Then... help me to kill someone..." Maxim said. Someone?? Who is it... "Who?" I asked Maxim.

Maxim smiled...

"Vaeril Naerel..." He said, "What?!" Everyone in surprised... That is the sixth right?... but... "Who??" Nico looked confused...

Everyone disappointed... "Nisan, he is the sixth..." Ed reminded Nico... "Oh!" Nico said. And really, only Oh?

"You are the third right? I thought you can take care of the sixth easily..." I said to Maxim, Maxim nodded... "In one on one I can win, but we are talking about Elven Kingdom..." Maxim said.

"Hey!" Nico stopped our conversation... and everyone looked at him. "I want to see Tousan..." Nico said to Maxim seriously, and I can't ignore his face. He looked very serious about it.

Even Maxim seems to understand about that. "Fine, but we need to wait for the cooldown of the Teleportation Circle"

"Cooldown?" Roxane asked. "Yes, there is a day cooldown for each usage..." Maxim explained. I can see Nico's disappointed face...

"So, we will be arriving there in 4 days?" Ed asked. Maxim nodded, "Yes, but then I need your help..." Maxim told Nicolas.

Nico nodded, "Fine... that is for saving my father..." Nicolas said. Maxim smiled, "Then, can you release that horse..." Maxim said as he pointed out at June, "She seems wanting to fly so badly..." Maxim said

"A-Ah! June!" Nico shouted looks like he forget about June, and June seems pretty mad... all of us laughed...

After almost 24 hours...

"Are you sure?" Ed asked me, "Sure of what?" I asked...

"Leaving Morgan and everybody else?" Ed asked. "That's fine... Morgan will be thinking that the labyrinth is huge... I believe he is expecting that this will be days or even weeks mission..." I explained.

"That's a nice thought..." Precilla said... "But how about if the enemy sends a reinforcement daily to the camp? They might be in trouble..." Eria said...

T-That is... "I never give that thought..." I said... Eria is pretty sharp!

"Then... Roxane and I will return along with June... Do you mind?" Roxane asked Nico... Nico nodded, "Sorry for not giving you the chance to meet him..." Nico told both Roxane and Precilla. "That's fine... just tell Clement-sama... that we are waiting for him..." Roxane said. Nico nodded happily, "I will!" He said

After both of them left with June, we decided to move to the Teleportation Circle

Maxim, Nico, Ed, Erin and I are inside the circle... and we are waiting for Maxim... "What are we waiting now?" Maxim asked...

"Waiting for you to teleport us?" Nico said. But Maxim looked at Nico with annoyed face, "You go and activate the circle!" Maxim told Nico... but...

"M-Me?! How?" Nico asked. Maxim then looked surprised, "You don't know how to use it?" Maxim asked with disappointed eyes.

"What? Is that something I should know?" Nico asked Maxim, and Maxim nodded. "Do you know the power of your eyes?" Maxim asked Nico...

I guess it is not possible to be manipulated with Maxwell Eyes... Nico nodded, "Anti- manipulation..." Nico said, Maxim nodded, "And what if you activate it?" Maxim asked. "Wait! I can activate my eyes?!" Nico asked Maxim.

Maxim looked very disappointed... "You are 19 and you don't know how to activate it?! I am able to activate it since I am 5!" Maxim said

"Hey! No one teach me!" Nico told Maxim, then Maxim remain silent.

"Then... let me teach you..." Maxim said, everyone looked at Maxim seriously, "You are a mage, and you are probably able to do this..." Maxim said. He close his eyes, but then he opened his eyes and his red eyes shines...

I can see a sky in his red eyes... "W-What the?!" Nico said as he looked surprised... Not only him, but everybody else, "Watch this..." he said as he face to the Yggdrasil...

Everyone face to the Yggdrasil and found Maxim is there already.

"T-Teleportation Magic?!" Eria asked. No... Teleportation is only possible with Holy Magic, Maxim is not able to use Holy Magic, since he is a Dark Mage... Also, I don't see him activating any magic.

He then teleported back in front of us. "Teach me!" Nicolas said immediately...

Maxim close his eyes for a little longer, then open his eyes back and it returns to normal.

I then remember how Ed's eyes change... but there is a sign on it, I don't know what that is...

"You need to train that, and it will take some times before you master it..." Maxim told Nico, and Maxim decided to activate his eyes again, and...

"Teleportation, activate!" Maxim said as he looked at the ceiling above us...

And suddenly, a light beam hit us... as usual, the sign of teleportation magic...

After the beam is gone... we can still see a Yggdrasil on our side. This place is exactly the same as the Dwarven and Beastman Labyrinth...

"Hey, did we really teleport?" Nico asked Maxim casually, Maxim hit Nico's head, and Nico fall to the ground. "Did you just doubt me?!" Maxim said pretty loud. M-Maxim is scary... but Nico is pretty brave too...

"We will be staying here for a day... and I will train the four of you..." Maxim said

"Huh?" Nico said as he get up from the ground. "Are you sure?" Nico asked Maxim... Maxim nodded, "The four of you has the talent... it is a waste not to process the raw meat!" Maxim said as he left us.

"Nicolas... I want to have a conversation with you..." Maxim said without facing us. "Oh, sure..." Nico said as he moved forward to Maxim. "Ethan, you are in command..." Nico said while facing me, and I nodded...

What are they going to talk about? Well, let's just focus on the mission...

Both Eria and Ed is waiting for my command... "Let's prepare some food..." I told both of them, and they nodded...

"It seems that this place exactly the same as the other two..." Ed said... "Yes, so the deer should be..." Eria said and all of us face the forest...

"There..." The three of us in unison...

The three of us are now walking to the forest...

"Nico sure is close with Maxim..." Eria start a conversation. I let a sigh, "I hope Maxim will not accidentally kill Nico..." I said...

Eria laughed, "Of course he won't! That is a stupid mistake if he did something like that..." Eria said. "I think, Nico said that Maxim won't hurt the first bloodline of Maxwell.." Ed said

First bloodline...

"I see, then, let's hope he is going to be alright..." I said. Ed smiled, "He will, have more faith in him Ethan..." Ed told me, I nodded. "I do trust him, but sometimes he do something stupid..." I said while letting a sigh...

"Well, that's why he is unique..." Eria said... "He is a weird species..." Ed said. Hearing what he just said I laughed. "You looks like you just see a weird animal in the forest..." I said and Eria laughed too...

=== Nicolas's Point of View ===

"Hey! Concentrate your eyes!" Maxim shouted at me. I am concentrating already! It's been days... and it is the second day, before we finally reach Neku's Labyrinth...

Maxim is actually training Ethan, Ed and Eria... and I was left behind on the Yggdrasil's root! He is leaving me behind after he teleported me with his eyes.

"No magic... just your eyes!" Maxim said before he teleported me.

I let a sigh...

"Maxwell is a House where Wind Attribute is the primary Elements compared other... Just try to imagine you fly... and move to this land..." Maxim said...

I let a sigh...

Flying and Teleporting is different... I can fly using Gravity Magic... but Teleporation, I can't use it... even in magic.

"Magic is a cheat... you read the incantation, and it is activated immediately... only magic, everything beside Magic needs hard work!" Maxim said

And now I am much more depressed.

"HEY! FOCUS!!" Maxim shouted from the other side of the lake... "Y-Yess!" I shouted back. He then continue train with the other three... the other three is fighting Maxim with their best... but none of them actually could touch him.

Focus... I need to focus... Imagine that I could fly...

"Hey!! No magic!!" Maxim shouted, since out of a sudden, a light orb appears...

"W-What?! I did not summon that?!" I shouted back... "Ru! Sak!" He shouted and the yellow orbs is deactivate by forced...

I let a sigh...

This is going to be hard...

During lunch time before we left Elven Continent to Beastman Continent...

"Hoah!!" Ethan fall to the ground and drop his sword... he is very tired from the training... "I-I can't even touch him..." Ed said, "So, that is the power of God Tier of Maxim Style, he is untouchable..." Eria said as she sit down...

Ed nodded, but then he has this imagination... "What if a God Tier Maxim Style fight a God Tier Ares Style... who would win?" Ed asked...

What a stupid question...

"Of course it depends on the wielder's power... Rueger is a God Tier Ares Style User... he can use all of the technique... but he is pretty old, so his prime has passed..." I said

"It's 629..." Ed said. Maxim looked at Ed with surprised, but then he laughed...

"Maybe, I am the oldest human being here!" he said while laughing... I-If what he said is true, he born in 58, then he should be...

"You are 571 years old!" I said... and he continues laughing, but he then remember something... "Nevermind... Navroth is older than me..." Maxim suddenly said.

I let a sigh... "I know right... you are not the right person for being the oldest..." I said, he is pretty imm.a.t.u.r.e...

But I got a hit on my head and I fall to the water...

"W-What's with that?!" I said

Maxim looked annoyed but then he said, "Just want to..." He said... See! He is totally not m.a.t.u.r.e enough!

"And Alduir!!" Maxim just remembered...

"Alduir? How old is he?" Ed asked... "He was born in year 10..." Maxim said...

Everyone once more become speechless... S-So... he is...

619 years old?! He is exactly 600 years older than me!

"Nicolas..." Maxim called my name, I looked at him, "What?" I asked...

"Remember what I said..." Maxim said, and I nodded...

Maxim told me something back there, when we are still in Dunok's Labyrinth. He said that he is only can defeat Alduir, and don't have any idea how to defeat Navroth...

"Navroth is 100x stronger than all of us... especially after Zerotus's death..." Maxim said back then in Dunok's Labyrinth...

"I will give it a thought..." I told Maxim, and Maxim nodded... seeing that, Ethan and Ed looked confuse, but both of them are respecting our little talk, which is why they do not ask...

After an hour has passed, all of us gathered in the Teleportation Circle...

"Are you ready?" Maxim asked everyone...

"Of course!!" I shouted the loudest...

"Teleportation! Activate!" Maxim shouted, and a light beam hit us, as usual...
