My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 47 - 47 : First, Sweet Kiss

A beautiful bride was shown behind those white, thick curtains. The wedding dress was simple yet filled with elegance and purity.

The beads, the embroidery were literally jaw-dropping. The ordinary, nobody girl became a goddess when she wore it off with confidence and kindness.

Her roundish–almond brown eyes matched perfectly to the style of her ginger–red hair. Her pointy tipped nose and angelic lips fitted to the shape of her entire face.

"H– Halora!" spoke a young man who arrived at the place. He was almost late but he did everything to stop her from marrying the groom.

A beautiful, classical wedding song played while the bride walked to the aisle. She looked nervous but she reminisced every good memory and laughter with the young man who stood at the altar.

It was what made her heart fluttered. The sight of him from a distance with his friends behind.

"Wow! I think she will be beautiful without eyeglasses!" A freshman student exclaimed.

He gulped, furrowed his brow when someone bumped his shoulders. He called the young man but it walked straight closer to the arcade. "What a crazy man!"

While the crowd felt touched by the sweetness they had brought, Sandra wanted to shroud the smile on their faces.

"Calm down, Sandra! Even you scream, break your arms, or even your legs, Sebastian will never come and rush you to the hospital!"

"Lou is right. The best thing you can do is to wait for Roy, for sure he won't bear to see you in pain."

Among her friends, Sunny is the mature, understanding one. She knew when to strike the enemy and when to stop and just walk away.

Heavy breaths, howling wind touched everyone's skin. But they screamed, cheered for the groom and bride when Halora stopped right before the groom.

She gasped, bit her lower lip when she met his deep, alluring gaze. "D–don't look at me that way! I... I know I am ugly with this beautiful dress!"

He shook his head, stepped closer to her, and replied, "No, you are not."

The music continued to play while the crowd held their breaths, shut their mouths as they listened to the sweetest couple of the year.

But not everyone was literally happy for the two of them. Sebastian titled his head. A playful smile form on his lips when he reached her cold, shivering hands.

His phoenix-like eyes stuck to her eyes, "I like every sliver of you, Halora. I knew you are a hiding gem who has been concealing yourself for a long time. Y– you... y– you are beyond beautiful and I want you to remember that, always and forever."

"I was really hesitant to trust your friends b– but, but I want to tell you something! T–that is why I am here, wearing a wedding dress in front of you."

A normal, peaceful conversation took place while the groom earned enough courage to take the bride to the altar. His brow furrowed, but he looked handsome still.

"Take the bride to the altar, now!"

Zenith stooped, whispered to his ears. She gave Halora a genuine smile when their eyes met. "Go Halora! You look so beautiful!"

Halora nodded her head, thanked her for her support. Until Sebastian offered his arms and waited for his bride. His heart replenished with joy and happiness he had never felt before.

"Shall we?"

"Y– yes!"

Doves suddenly soared high to the air. It became one of the centers of attraction. when they formed into a heart shape.

(Background music played)

"Promise me you'll always be

Happy by my side

I promise to sing to you

When all the music dies"

The music paused. Students were amazed by once in the blue moon phenomenon that had happened. They screamed, giggled, and clapped their hands when Sebastian and Halora stood in front of the altar.

As a common wedding ceremony, the student who pretended to be the priest opened a book in his hands. He lifted his head, stared at Sebastian for a second.

"Sebastian Woo, do you take Halora Chui as your beloved wife from this day until eternity, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish?"

"Yes, I do." He replied shortly.

"And you Halora Chui, do you take Sebastian Woo as your beloved husband from this day until eternity, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish?"

A long, deafening silence filled around the place. The chirping birds stopped and fled from the branches of trees so suddenly. The crowd stopped from making noise as they patiently waiting for her answer.

"D– don't tell me you are not going to keep your promises again!" A short distance from the students, Sandra narrowed her close set of eyes. She chased her breaths, gripped tightly the cellular phone in her hands.

Her friends tried to calm her down but she was patiently waiting for Roy's next move. She called his number for how times but he always rejected it.

The crowd hissed, told her to say yes but Halora suddenly felt nervous and pressured. She never knew that hundreds of people were watching her while yelling so loud.

(Background music continued playing)

"And marry me

Today and everyday

Marry me"

"Say yes, Halora before I pull your hair until you become bald!"

"Say yes! Say yes!"

Halora blinked her eyes, listening to the crowd's requests. Her pulse pounded too fast until she saw a young man walked closer to her.

"R– Roy?"

Sebastian faced him with his glinting eyes, "Why are you here, huh?"

Daniel quickly stopped him from punching his rival's face for the second time around. He tapped his shoulders and tried to calm him down.

"I've been searching for you, Halora. I was too worried as I thought something bad happened to you again." Sincerity filled his eyes.

Closed fists, deep gaze, and heavy breaths made the tension bigger than ever before. His words reflected the way he looked at her brown, weary eyes.

She wanted to explain but the next thing she heard made her shocked.

"I am grateful that she's happy with you, Sebastian. I came here to know if she's doing fine and now that I've witnessed everything, I am humbly letting you be my best friend's husband."

Sandra stood behind him, surprised and her world fell apart. She thought he will kidnap Halora and hide her away from the campus bad boy but he betrayed her once again.

"Noooo! They can't do this to me, never!"

"Come on, San! It's time to go home and prepare for tonight's competition." Sunny pulled her arms, trying to get her trust.

Despite her cruelty, her friends cared for her still. Sunny embraced her tightly, she leaned her head to her shoulders as they walked away from the crowd, from Halora and Sebastian, and most of all, away from pain and agony.

The priest cleared his throat which brought Halora and everyone to reality. He took a deep breath until he said, "I repeat, do you take Sebastian Woo as your beloved husband from this day until eternity, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish?"

Halora gulped, looked at Roy who was nowhere to be seen anymore.

"If I ever get the nerve to say hello in this cafe

Say you will

Say you will

Marry me"

(End of the background music)

"Y– y– yes, I do."

"YES!"

Together with the crowds, Robbe and Yong were lauded when she said yes after a long, long wait.

Despite all the challenges, tests, and enemies, finally, they tasted the fruit of joy and love.

The priest smiled, looked at each other for a second. "You are now officially married, and the best part we've been waiting for is yet to come."

Zenith covered her mouth in her surprise. She never thought that finally, she saw how Sebastion looked at Halora's eyes.

"You may kiss the bride."

"W– what? I– is it really needed?"

The priest laughed suddenly and replied, "Of course! Hurry up, kiss your bride before you regret letting the chance slipped away."

And then on, Sebastian held Halora's cold, wet hands. His fresh, minty breath made her knees weak and trembled.

She stepped back, stuttered to say a single word until she felt his warm, soft lips on the side of her angelic face.

"S– S– Sebastian!"

Halora's eyes widened like a small hole in the ground. Her pulse had stopped pounding, her body halted from functioning when one of the things on her bucket list had ultimately come to reality– to savored her first, sweet kiss.
