My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 73 - 73: Second Activity

Cold, windy night, shooting ambiance, and beautiful city lights. At the exclusive veranda of Manosa Hotel, four teenagers gathered with a bottle of juices, chips, pizza, and a piece of paper.

Sandra seated beside Sebastian while Halora took the seat next to her childhood best friend.

She crossed her legs, "So what do you think about going to the beach? It would be fun to play with the sand, listen to the sound of the waves and one of the best things is– relaxing under the heat of the sun."

"But what if it will rain tomorrow? What would be our plan b?" Roy asked each and everyone for an alternative activity for the next entire day. He looked at Sebastian who seemed to be busy and looked at the screen of his phone.

He cleared his throat, stared at his eyes, "Hmm how you about you? Do you have something in mind?"

Sebastian looked at him coldly, gulped until he put his phone on the table. "I don't think it would rain tomorrow, as far as I know, it will be a sunny, bright day." He crossed her arms, glanced at Roy, and seemed so sure.

Sandra smiled playfully when she won over their plans and ideas. "Alright, since we all agreed to the place, hmm why would we try this one!"

There were four empty glasses in the middle of the table. She picked the bottle of apple juice, opened it quickly, and poured it into their glasses.

"Okay! Why don't we taste it before going back to our business, right Halora?"

"O– of course! I would love to taste it!" She stuttered, sounded odd, and looked surprised. Halora has been quiet since the meeting began. She thought about something from the past that always haunts her in her dreams.

By then, Halora held the glass filled with juice. But she was not thirsty and so she faked a smile, smelled it, and pretended to taste and drink some of it.

"How about you Seb? Roy? Halora looked great and perhaps she enjoyed the taste of it, right Halora?" She thought she already succeeded but little did she knew, Sebastian didn't taste it as well.

"Ahh! This is great! Where did you get this juice huh?" Roy drank everything with one shot. He craved for more, reached for the bottle, and filled his glass again.

Roy looked for Halora's glass. He was about to fill it more but Sebastian blocked his arms and said, "I don't think she wants another shot."

"Come on, don't worry! There's no poison on it so you can add more to your glasses!" Sandra convinced them to drink and savored the taste of it yet it was only Roy who liked it.

"Let's go back to our plans," spoke Sebastian. He took the piece of paper from the side table, glanced at them and he added, "You can enjoy the deep, blue water without bothering me. You can do whatever you want to do but no one should dictate, deal?"

Halora stared at Sandra who looked sleepy and out of her sanity. Her head moved irregularly as if she was drunk.

She suddenly giggled, reached for the chips, and gnawed it loudly. "You know what, I don't understand your behavior! Sometimes you're sweet, caring but most of the time you're too cold, a stone-hearted man like an iceberg.

Halora gulped, played with her fingers as she felt the tension between Sandra and Sebastian. She was about to stop her when Roy stood up and faced him, "Sandra is right! Why are you doing this to my cousin? Why are you hurting her that much, huh? Tell me!"

"No, don't do this Roy! If you want to sleep, then come with me! I will help you to go back inside." Halora stopped him from arguing with Sebastian. She pulled his arms, convinced him to take a rest. "Please, listen to me." She whispered as she squeezed gently Roy's arms.

He gasped, looked away from the bad boy's gaze as he suddenly grabbed the glass of juice and drank it all angrily.

"Ahh! I guess we are done with our meeting! Thank you for your precious time but Halora is right, I need to take a rest by now!" Roy giggled, spoke to them as the medicine had devoured his entire system.

Sandra smirked, waited until Sebastian fall to sleep.

She then waved her hands to Roy with a wide smile on her lips, "Good night to you, my beloved cousin. See you tomorrow morning."

"My sincere apology for his actions and behavior. I'll scold him once he gets back to his senses as soon as the sun rises!"

"Don't worry, it's fine, and we are about to leave any moment from now," Sandra replied.

"Excuse me, but I have to leave," Sebastian told Halora.

She nodded her head, smiled bitterly at them, and helped her sleepy best friend. Her brow furrowed, pouted her lips while she walked into the bed.

Roy was too heavy to carry. Her shoulders were too painful until they reached the bedroom and she put him down.

"I don't know what happened to you and Sandra. It seemed like you had drunk dozens of alcohol earlier." She wondered why they suddenly turned sleepy, careless, and even confident with their feelings.

Halora took off the slippers, carried his legs to the bed. "Ah! Even your legs are healthy too!" She complained but she took care of him that night.

"It's too cold, you should have to wear a thick jacket." She murmured, crossed her arms for the moment, and stared at his calm face.

After long, long years, she had finally got the chance to look at him longer than ever. Halora won't deny the fact that her best childhood friend had grown up well.

Until a sweet, genuine smile flaunted on her lips as she seated on the edge of the bed. She was about to caress, touch his hair but she stopped, pulled back her hands, and controlled her emotions.

"I never thought you will be my best, best friend. I must thank you for giving me good memories and I will surely keep those until my very last breath."

Halora stooped closer to his face until her lips touched against his forehead. "Sweet dreams." She said before she went back to the hotel's veranda.
