My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 78 - 78: Infatuation Or True Love

The sun shone too bright up above the sky that kept them inside of the cottage for a while. It was unbearable to stay under the fervor, disturbing heat of the sun.

Sandra stayed beside Sebastian. She was too clingy yet, he didn't want to cause any trouble again. She smiled, picked slices of watermelon, and handed it to him.

"Here, it is too sweet. Why don't you taste it?" She said, turned her head, and looked at Halora for a while. Her hands rested on his shoulder, caressed it gently as her heart filled with joy and ambitions. "Right Halora?"

She smirked, waited for her answer.

"Yes, you should try it," Halora replied shortly. She bowed, clasped her hands before them. "Excuse me, I'll just go to the washroom." She added.

By then, Halora took her black bag with her. She remembered the fancy dress he had brought for her.

She gasped, smiled secretly when she made a promise to herself. After the trip, she won't get along with him anymore but she will still be his tutor.

"One last time," She murmured along the way to the washroom.

Roy cleared his throat, looked at Sebastian who took a deep sigh. He looked worried and at the same time frightened of the things he didn't know all about.

He tried to divert the awkward feeling between them but Sebastian remained silent. He couldnt understand why Halora suddenly changed, the way she looked at him, the way she spoke to him.

Everything– everything had almost changed yet, he never wanted to know the reasons behind it as it will only get him into confusion.

Until his mother's voice flashed back to his head that night he spoke to her at the rooftop.

(Flashback)

"Can you do me a favor?" Sarah Woo took a deep breath. She was alone in her office with a cup of tea on her table. "You should give her a chance to prove herself to you, my beloved son. That girl– that girl is what I like to be my daughter-in-law in the future."

"I can't do that, mother! I've been saying this to you– I don't like that girl!" His voice raised, turned deep and chaotic. He thought they won't step into his way of finding a courageous, humbled girl as his wife.

But now, it confused him yet he has no other option but to have an agreement with her.

"Say yes Sebastian and that girl will remain as your tutor. She's quite intelligent to teach you about two major subjects."

"Mother!"

But Sarah Woo didn't stop. She smiled, waited for her son's final decision. She knew his answer yet, she hoped it would change.

"I... I will do what you just told me but keep your promises. Don't manipulate Halora or I will break that girl's heart!"

Anger had provoked him and even spoke with his mother that way. He never meant to be a bad son but when he felt that they have planned over Halora, he didn't hesitate to protect her.

(End of the flashback)

"Huh, stay here with him for a moment. I will get the sunblock by myself." Her voice was too sweet and gentle like he talked to a fine, fragile glass.

Roy saw it with his naked eyes. His brow furrowed, held back his breath, and smirked. He knew it was only a game but he couldn't bear to see Sandra in pain again.

"Don't worry, I'll protect her the way I protect Hauora." He told him bravely.

Sebastian stood, bowed his head, and walked into the resort's exclusive facility room.

He then took out the key from his pocket. Opened the sealed door until the grandiose entrance welcomed him. It's been a while since the last time he visited the place.

Every year they visited the resort as they sorted things out and sought peace of mind.

However, the moment he pushed the door, someone appeared from behind. The resort's facility room was quite wide and secluded from the guests.

It was built only for the authorized persons who worked in the hotel. "Who are you?" Sebastian slowly turned around, closed his fists angrily.

He could sense that man behind him was a werewolf and belongs to the omega. The man clapped his hands, smiled awfully, and replied, "I– it's been a while, Y– young Master. B– but, aren't you going to greet me?"

The man was covered with a mask and hid his real identity. He stood firm before the Alpha who remained calm yet frantically wanted to slay the enemy quickly.

"I repeat, what brought you here at this hours? Are you planning to assassinate one of us or abducting anyone from here?" He thought for a better plan but the danger would always chase him.

The man took something from his chest, threw it into the ground. He expected that the young man would pick it by himself, but, he stepped into it and ruined the letter sent by someone for him.

He gritted his teeth, breathed deeply before he spoke to the stranger. "I am warning you, pack your things, leave this place, and never disturb our family again. If you will keep on showing me along my way, I will never hesitate to end your life."

"Be happy until the right time comes. A sudden revelation is about to happen, so you better prepare yourself and hide your family from me!"

"I will wait that moment, and I will make sure that you will beg for mercy at any co–"

"Sebastian?"

"Where are you?"

Halora called for his name as he quickly looked around the entire place. The stranger had escaped before he could make a move.

"Sebastian, are you there? I... I've heard your voice nearby!"

Halo had reached the main entrance of the facility room. She gasped, walked inside, and searched for the young master.

But the moment she turned around, Sebastian appeared and stood behind her. His eyes were stuck in her scarlet face, down to her crimson lips and breathtaking beach outfit.

His lips shivered, his knees became weak and he suddenly felt something voracious inside of his chest.

"I– is it only an i– in– infatuation or true l– love?" He slowly whispered into the wind, open-mouthed and startled by her profound beauty.
