My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy

Chapter 79 - 79: Story Behind The White Dress

"Wh– what brought you here, Halo–"

"Sebastian?"

"Are you still there?"

Halora widened her eyes when she heard Sandra's voice nearby the facility room. She closed her fists, looked throughout the place, and quickly searched an area to hide for the moment.

Until Sebastian turned around and saw Sandra gasped for air. He said, "Why are you here?"

She blinked her eyes, avoided his gaze, and replied, "I... I was just curious about this place so I followed you here." Her eyes met his gaze, looked behind him and she added, "Where is the sunblock?"

She opened her palm, waited for it as she knew he met someone behind her back. From now on, Sandra won't let Halora talk to him alone, she will never let a traitor, a rival stab her from behind.

Sebastian narrowed his eyes, terrified because of her sudden appearance. But he touched his pocket and he felt something else inside.

He took it out until he found out that it was the sunblock he mentioned earlier."I got it." He said shortly.

By then, Sebastian looked behind but Halora has gone. He gasped, closed his fists, and followed Sandra back to the cottage.

While they walked away from the facility room, Halora ran away too. She quickly moved yet, she saw them reached the cottage together.

"W– what was that?" She murmured, grasped the bag in her hands. "Huh, but I must pretend that I didn't witness anything."

Halora walked slowly while her eyes were on the sand. It bothered her but she closed her eyes and told herself to set it aside and enjoy every single moment at the beach with them.

From afar, Roy saw her, open-mouthed and astonished by her outfit. He tilted his head, waved his hands on her, and called her by her name.

"Halora!"

"Halora!"

He stopped right before her, blinked his eyes, and stared at her for a couple of minutes.

"H– hey, w– why are you looking at me that way?"

Suddenly, Halora hit his arms but it was nothing to him. It felt like a punch of a one-year-old baby that has no strength still.

He giggled, rubbed the back of his head before he replied, "Come on! Don't deny it anymore, Halora! Look at you, you are beautiful in that white dress, for heaven's sake!"

Roy snapped his fingers and smiled at her. He tried to control his emotions but the more he stopped it, the strong it became.

"Let me take some photographs of you! But first, give me your bag because I forgot to bring the camera with me, alright?"

Halora had no other choice left. She bowed her head as an agreement and gave him a sweet, candid smile.

"Yes! Stay here, and ill be quick!"

From then on, Roy left Halora under the palm tree. It blocked the sunlight and it was the perfect spot to be alone and cherished the breathtaking scenery.

However, as she stood from a distance. Sebastian was ensnared by her beauty. She gracefully wore the dress he gave to her last night.

He knew it will be perfect but, Roy suddenly appeared, put on Halora's bag, and hurriedly looked for the camera.

"Hey, what's with the rush?" Sandra rolled her eyes when he asked him. She smirked, crossed her arms, and saw a girl with a beautiful white dress.

"Stay here for a while, Halora and I have something important to do. And so the two of you, right Sebastian?"He waited for his answer but he remained silent.

"Don't worry, we will just be doing a mini photo shoot at the seashore. Enjoy each other companion–"

"No! We will be joining you, whether you like it or not!"

Sandra's childishness won over Roy's playful tricks. Even he wanted to be alone with his best friend, Sandra won't let him be happy even for seven days.

"What are you waiting for? Hurry up and let's start with our business!"

"I'm coming." Roy followed them as he couldn't disagree with Sandra. He blinked his eyes until Sebastian looked into his way.

But he ignored him, he knew that he was only pretending towards his cousin. Roy speculated that Sebastian was not really into Sandra because he like someone else.

"I hate her for getting everything she wanted to have. Such a spoiled brat!" He murmured until he saw Sandra stood in front of Halora.

He quickly ran closer to them when he heard Sandra talked to her.

"Ohh it's you, Halora!" She exclaimed, smiled genuinely as if she was truly happy to see her. "Wow! You didn't tell me that you brought a beautiful dress with you!"

She reached for Halora's hand, caressed it gently. Halora bit her lower lip, looked away from her gaze but Sandra was too irresistible.

"A– ah, m– mother gave this dress to me before she died. I... don't have enough money to buy a new one s– so I had brought it to the tailor and told her to make a beach outfit out of it."

Instead of telling her the truth, Halora lied to Sandra for the very first time. She knew what will be the consequences if she would tell her who truly gave that dress to her.

Roy sighed in relief when he heard Halora's answer. But he had a feeling that it was only a lie, that someone else gave her a present secretly.

"Wow! What a lovely story behind that dress, but, why are you avoiding my gaze? A– are you trying to cover up someone?"

"No! I– I mean, why would I do that thing? And who would have lost his mind to give me an expensive dress as only a present?"

Halora had finally found the courage as she glanced up and stared closely into her eyes. Her brown eyes glinted as the sun rays touched her flawless skin.

"She's right. If I were the one who will give her such valuable dress, why would I if she don't even deserve it?"

Sebastian suddenly spoke that stopped Halora from the moment. She never thought he would turn his back on her.

Roy was about to punch him but Halora quickly grabbed his arms and pulled him closer to her. "Let's go!" She said as her voice cracked because of him– Sebastian.
