My Little Spirit Kitty

Finally back to our own bedroom after we ate our breakfast and got the little surprise from our parents, we start to prepare ourselves since my parents propose to go out for a picnic today, since it's quiet rare to gather everyone together. At least, it was nicer to spent time with everyone, specially that Phoebe and Yumiko rarely spent time with their father.

After everyone change their clothes and prepare their small bag with the help of Isabelle and Sakura. Linoa and I also took the wands of Yuuki and the twins and put them in our own space storage since they still haven't their own one. For a magician, a wand is as lot as important as a police officer with his gun, and always should secure it or keep close to himself or herself.

Of course, they can also give it to their respective parents as well, but since Linoa and I are always with them, they prefer to give it to us, and for some reason, Isabelle and even Sakura say nothing about it.

After that everyone was finally ready, we all started to walk to the lake toward the boat, for our little family excursion. We plan to go to a natural park to have our picnic, which can only be reach by the water, since in fact no road lead there, making it a perfect and natural reserve loved by all the campers and some scientists…

After that my father sail for about three hours, we finally arrived at our destination. There were two long wood docks, which can receive around a dozen boats each. But today it's the first time that I see so few boats. Since we start to come here, there were always at least more boats or even people activity around the docks. Well it's also true that everyone who live near the lake may not be that lot interesting to come here by themselves since not everyone do have a boat, so they mostly just prefere to take the ferry to come here as same as the other tourists.

After we finished to pay the fee for two days, since we also plan to camp here for the night as well, we enter the natural reserve with our bags after got their little brochure telling us about the rules and the map of the park.

"Look likes there is no many people today." Said Claes seeing his lonely boat which was parked at the dock

"Maybe it's because it the end of the summer vacation, even us we will have to go back to Northden tomorrow evening since the school will start next week, specially that Linoa will also enter her first year!" Reply Ichijou while looking at her

"Ahh yes! True.. Even our little Yuuki will enter to his first grade school as well as same as Phoebe and Yumiko..." Reply Ayumi

"Sigh… Time fly so fast, I still remember seeing all of them running on their four legs when they were still a baby like if it was yesterday" Did she say with a nostalgic voice

"And today, they all got their own wand and even be a little smarter than us..." Sigh Sakura while looking at her own daughters who, after the strange 'bet' that Hiroki make to them, got their own wand in a such a young age...

Everyone was nodding at her while seeing the five kids running in front of them, playing hide and seek with each other in the park while Frosty and Hikari were chasing them, making everyone laugh to see the kids trying to hide from their spirit beast without success...

After they had lunch near the lake, Claes join with Ichijou and Takashi start to look for a place where we can install our tents in a quiet place while the my mom and her friends were relaxing, watching the kids who were palying exept for Hiroki who was sit on a stone with Hikari next to him.

"Are you sure about this Hikari?" Did I suddenly ask her

"I can't be sure exactly about it, but for sure I first felt them when we arrived here earlier, and I again feel them just now and they are quiet near." Did she reply to me in my head

"If we consider the sudden lack of tourist today and that your parents suddenly decide to come here today, it may just be a coincidence, making me more thinking about my first deduction..."

"But for sure, there is at least four magicians who look like they are chasing at least two spirit beast which are coming closer from us, and one seem injured. Maybe the reason they are suddenly coming here it's because they also felt about Frosty and me. I supose they are looking for some help!" Continua Hikari

"How about my dad and the others?" Did I ask since they just left after we finished our lunch

"I think that they try to investigate about it as well, but I am not sure since they are at the opposite direction."

"I see! Can Frosty also able to change to his normal form or not?" Did I ask her since I already knew that she could when I asked her few days ago

"Yes, since Linoa as awaken her magical core today, their magic contract is finally complete, making him able to increase and stabilize his magic core as well.", Reply Hikari

"The little problem is just that he still have a low magic level due to his young age compare to me who can use a few more magic, thanks to you since you bring me here as well!"

"But he can also do some little trick, so don't worry"

"Well.. At worst I still have a trump card in my hand, but I was plan to use it at least few years later" Did I say while looking at my bracelet…

"Anyway, just tell Frosty about it and tell him to stay alert and both of you protect the kids, OK?"

"I will also talk to Sakura and think about a plan for in case of emergency" Did I say while turning my head where Sakura was staying.

Seeing Hikari running to where Frosty was, I also start to walk toward Sakura as well, thinking on how I can explain it to her. This time it may be less easy to escape more questions…

Seeing me coming Isabelle, Sakura and my mother turn their head to me with a smile on their face, asking me I was hungry or need some water. Looking directly at Sakura's eyes, I just prefer to tell her directly the truth than turning around the main point, which can make us waste some precious time.

"Sakura, did you also notice about it?" Did I ask her with a serious face

"Ohh.. You also notice as well?" Did she reply while becoming serious as well

"Not really me, but Hikari told me about it.. Did My dad and the others are also aware about it?"

"Hikari told you?? How??" Asked the three women with shock..

"Sigh.. Let focus on the most important things first!" Did I reply helplessly knowing that lot of questions will come later…

"Yes they also know, actually they went to investigate after the lunch." Say Sakura, becoming serious again

"Then we may have some little problems soon..." Did I reply while waving at Hikari to come here with the kids

"Why? What's wrong?"

"They are searching in the wrong area, maybe one of them misdirect them purposely!"

At least we are lucky to have two little spirit beasts with us while looking at them escorting the kids here.

"Tell me everything that you know." Say Sakura while taking out her wand, imitating by Isabelle and my mother.

Isabelle's wand color is a beautiful blue ocean color, the handle was like a quiet ocean with gentle soft wave moving peacefully before a storm suddenly show up. Meanwhile, the top of the wand had several blue colors on in it. Starting from the base with a deep blue ocean color to a turquoise limpid seashore with all kind of different blue color in the middle, giving us the feeling that a monster was hiding in the deep of the sea, ready to attack.

Next to her, my mother's wand color is brown, even if the handle was jus a simple light brown rock it was also look like as smooth and soft as a porcelain while the top was of the wand was a long and well polish at what look like a quartz crystal.

I just had the time to finish what's Hikari reveal me that two animals suddenly appear front of us from the forest situate next to us. There was a big fox, which was bigger than a Doberman and was holding a little cub in its mouth.

You can see that the big fox has many wounds in its body, making its fur even redder than its original orange color.

"Isabelle, take care of the wounded fox please!" Did Sakura ask after she saw all the wounds.

"Hikari... go help too" Did I also say almost at the same time

"Leave it to me" Reply Hikari

In fact, she was already running toward the fox and the baby that she just put on the ground before falling down, exhausted after running for so long to escape while Isabelle was taking out her medical bag from her own space storage and start to look at the fox.

In the same time, Sakura and my mom was checking around them, protecting everyone to any potential attack while the kids was suddenly shocked by what just happened.

After that Hikari bring back the little cub near us for protect him from his pursuer and let Isabelle administrate some curative cream on the fox wound and make it drink a potion as well, four men suddenly appear.

"Give us back the two fox if you wont die, STUPID WOMEN!" Say one of the men

"Wow... What beautiful women we have here... Don't worry... We will take care of you as well!" Say and other man while touching his third leg.

"Sigh... Why there is so much stupid men in this world" Say Sakura while shaking her head while looking at that guy with cold eyes

"That's true... A gentle and real true man becomes a species in danger!" Node Ayumi as well, agree about her friend comment

"Shut up WOMEN!" Reply even more angry the first man

"Don't kill them that fast this time Jack, let us enjoy them a few first" Reply the third guy who has a l.u.s.t regard toward them as well

"Alive or dead it's the same, who care? At least if they are already dead they become more silent, so we can more enjoy it" Reply the last guy, making his three friend shaking their head since they knew his weird taste

"Alala... I think we really find a bunch of stupid guys today girls!" Did Isabelle suddenly say while joining them as well after she took care of the most critical wound on the wounded fox.

"Hiro! There is one more man behind us which have the same smell from the four guys front of us.." Say suddenly Hikari

"And I also sense a spirit beast as well, but something is weird with it and I don't know why yet." Continua Hikari

"Fuc*.. I will really have no more choice.." Did I thought while touching my bracelet when I see that Sakura, Isabelle and my mother were all focus on the four guys in front of them, unaware about the fifth man
