My Little Spirit Kitty

Due to the recent event, everyone decide that it was better to return home than to camp here as they was supposed to do, specially that they will need to make some little shopping as well.

On the way back to the boat, they was looking at the egg in Phoebe's hand which become all red, without any more flame on it while the Phoenix took the appearance of a beautiful orange owl becoming quiet eyes-catching and was actually on Takashi's shoulder.

Even thought both Takashi and the Phoenix decide to no make a magical contract yet, the Phoenix also decide to follow him on his own for a while first to see and help him to protect the spirits beasts around the world against bad magicians while about the two spirits foxes, the little baby was in Yuuki's arm while his mother was walking next to Ichijou like a loyal dog. In fact, both of them change their appearance into a beautiful c.o.c.ker, which it fit perfectly to them with their orange fur that was so beautiful when she was still in her Fox form just a few minutes ago.

After that everyone embark on the boat and left the natural park behind them, Yumiko, Linoa and even me turned our head toward Yuuki and Phoebe, and especially to their new partner.. Even thought the partner of Phoebe is still in its egg, and we all wondering when it will hatch.

"Yuuki, did you find a name for your little fox?" Ask his sister while taking the little puppy in her hand, happy that her brother got his own spirit beast as well..

"No, not yet" Reply Yuuki timidly

"Maybe his mother already names it so.." Did he continue while looking at his father, which he also just make a magical contract as well.

"Don't worry my son, most of time the spirit beast that make a contract with a new magician ask them a new name to complete the magical contract."

"So you can freely choose a new name for your own little spirit fox." Reply Ichijou while looking at his son

"For example, I decide to rename my new partner Aurora! I think it fit perfectly for her..!"

"Which I think it fit her perfectly since the sunrise is almost as same orange as her fur, and it's also mean a new day… A new start! What do you think about it.." Continua Ichijou while he was looking at his new partner who was jumping on him happily as for validate her new name.

Yuuki was very amazed by his father to find such a cute name, and not only him was surprised, everyone else in the boat also think that name was perfect for her.

"How about you Phoebe? Did you find a name for your Phoenix?" Ask Yuuki, trying to maybe get some idea from her as well.

"Hmm.. I already have some idea, but mostly it will depend of its gender and if or not there is something special about him or her.." Reply Phoebe while she was hugging her egg to give it some warm.

Yuuki was looking at his little puppy front of him and then at Frosty, the white puppy of his sister, having suddenly an idea…

"Sister, can you give me my wand please?" Did he suddenly ask

"Sure, no problem!" Did she reply while taking out his wand from her necklace before to give it to her brother

Even thought he didn't see clearly his spirit beast original form, he clearly see Frosty and Aurora true form just a while ago, giving him an idea about his wand design, and in same time a name for his own spirit fox as well.

Slowly, his wand start to change in his previous and basic design to become suddenly a fierce and warm red fire designed in all his handle while on top of it a fox head suddenly spout out from it with his claw front of him, connected to the top of the handle, which became an orange smooth stick.

"I did it!!" Shout Yuuki with a big smile after he succeeds his own wand transformation at his first time.

"And I also find a name for you.." Did he say while turning his head to his new spirit beast

"Eld-Räv… Eldräv!" Did he suddenly say to his little puppy which make his spirit beast look at him strangely.

But also Phoebe, Yumiko and even me look at him strangely since we would like to know the meaning of this name, and I suppose that also why his spirit look at him.

"Eld Räv, it's mean Fire Fox! It's the native language in Northden" Explain Isabelle when she see all the kids had a little confuse face by the sudden name that her son choose for his spirit beast.

Hearing the meaning, the kids and even the little spirit fox really like this new name and think it perfectly fit with the new design Yuuki create for his own wand.

"I really thanks you for saving me and my son." Say Aurora to Ichijou while she saw her son being happy by the new name he just got.

"Well technically, it's more my wife and her friends who did save you. And well, also our little Hiroki and his spirit beast too… I guess. So don't worry!" Reply Ichijou while c.a.r.e.s.sing her head

"I am really glad that I try my luck to ask their protection. I was a little afraid that you were also bad magicians who chase our species for their own benefit.."

"So why did you take that risk?" Ask Ichijou curiously

"Honestly, even if it's true that I was reaching my limit due of my critical wounds. I also try to trust a little voice I heard inside me telling me that they were able to help us." Reply pensively Aurora

"A little voice huh.." Whisper Ichijou while looking at Hiroki and his daughter who was next to Yuuki and their new friend, Eldräv!

After that everyone come back home, Sakura, Ichijou and Isabelle prepare themselves for their little shopping trip. Even Yuuki suddenly asked them if he can join them as well.

Seeing about it, Linoa also decide to accompany his brother since she was also interesting about their shopping, and who know, maybe she can also find something for Frosty as well.

The house suddenly start to be a little more quiet with so many people suddenly left, specially that my parents were still at the lake, cleaning the boat and tidy up the camping equipment since we will no more need it for this summer since we will start the school soon too. Making only Takashi, his two daughters and me going back our home.

"Hiroki.. Can we talk together for a moment?" Ask suddenly Takashi after closing the door behind us and went to the kitchen, waiting for me to follow him.

"Sure!" Did I reply him while going to the kitchen as well, followed by Phoebe and Yumiko.

"My angels, can you go up first? We will not be that long. Ohh Phoebe, find also a warm blanket to put the egg on it!" Say Takashi when he see that his daughters was coming as well.

Seeing that Takashi wanted to talk to me alone, I start to wonder what he may ask to me. Hearing his daughters start to walk the stairs, Takashi look at his new friend then at me with a serious face.

"I will be straight, is it true that you have a 'Mystallis Set' ?" Ask Takashi while he was also looking at the Phoenix next to him.

"A mystallis set?? What is this?" Did I ask him, hearing this word for the first time.

"Sigh... Look like you not know what you just got..."

"A mystallis set, well the real name, which come from Latin, is < Mystice Crystallis >, which mean 'Mystical Crystal'."

"It is a very rare and special crystal, which can create a set of several crystals from it and that can grant some special ability to his owner." Explain Takashi

"For be simple, it's look like a little power up which can help a magician to increase the control of his magic as same as his own wand, but with more benefits, which may depend of it's quality." Continue Takashi.

"Origin? Is there many kind of.. Mystallis?" Did I ask, wondering if the special box, which contains several crystals inside, is in fact a special Mystallis set.

"Yes.. Let me to explain to you.."

After almost half an hour of Takashi 'special' lesson, I discover that some spirit beast who reach an high rank may left a kind of legacy behind them after they died, called as the mystical crystal, which can be used to create the famous 'Mystallis Set' from it.

Thought, it was almost forgotten by the magicians since they start to hunt the spirit beast long ago for their own need to create magical items as Sakura told us already a week ago.

In fact, even if most spirit beasts do have a longer life span than a human, not all may produce this rare mystical crystal, which is necessary to create a mystallis set from it.

And that is also the first reason why magicians start to hunt them than to wait all their life for a potential hope to find such a rare crystal.

"That's also why today I protect the spirit beast around the world, first is of course to protect them from an unnecessary poaching and a part of me also hope that one day I may find such a rare crystal as well and create at least one set, which mostly contain eight piece, and offer this to my daughters."

"A set of eight piece??" Did I suddenly ask when I heard the last part

"Yes, mostly this rare mystical crystal can create a set of eight piece in general, even thought some low grade crystal can even create less piece according of some book I find about it"

"Is this what you are talking about?" Did I ask while taking my peerage box outside of my bracelet

Since Takashi already figures out about it that I may have a Mystallis set, I guess there was no need that I hide this anymore from him.

Well… Maybe it was better to not show him about my box when I suddenly see Takashi who suddenly froze and become white when he saw the box containing my Mystallis Set.

The box that was actually on the table was well carved and designed. On the top of the box, you can clearly see and Dragon, an Asian Dragon type which was flying among the cloud, surround by lightning.

At first I thought that's the reason why Takashi suddenly froze just after he saw the box, which was containing the seven crystals left inside. But I was totally wrong… I think he was more shock to see the Lightning Dragon that was draw on the box.

"Cough... Today was really a crazy day!" Say Takashi, trying to calm down a few.

"I would like to…" Start Takashi while trying to find his words

"I know what you may ask!" Did I interrupt him, making Takashi looking at me confusedly

"You would like me to give one crystal to both Phoebe and Yumiko! Doesn't it?" Waiting him to nodde at me before I continue

"Don't worry, I was already plan to give one crystal to both of them in the future!"

"Huh? Why not give them now? It will be the perfect day since they just awaken their magical core!" Reply Takashi as if it was the normal things to do.

"Ohh.. I think I understand what you think! Don't worry, compare the issue to start use magic when you have a young body, it's even better to put a mystallis crystal in a young age, the younger is the magician, the better it is!" Reply Takashi after he saw my perplexed face.

"That also the reason why I start to talk with you after I heard from the Phoenix that you already fuse with one mystallis piece."

"Why?" Did I ask him

"Because it will help the girl named Phoebe to make the magic contract with my sister a little easier and more important to make the egg able to hatch as well" Reply suddenly the phoenix that we almost forgot it was here.

"Ohh right, I almost forgot to also thanks you to give an egg to Phoebe. Thanks" Did I say while turning my head toward the Phoenix

"And do you also have a name?" Did I also ask just after

"No need to thanks me, it's me who is lot grateful to you. First you help and even give your protection to two spirit beast that you never met before, but then you even help me as well even if I was in the enemy side..." Reply the Phoenix

"And most important, I can finally give my sister a chance to be born in a warm family, which will take care of her after that our mother sacrifice her life while trying to save both of us and hide her inside me when she was still an egg." Continue to explain the Phoenix.

"Your sister??" Did I shout while seeing Takashi who node at me, as he already knew about it.

"Yes, I am his older brother, but for a name, I would like that Takashi give me a new name" Did he say when he turns his head back to him

Takashi nodded to the phoenixm accepting the honor the Phoenx just asked him before returning his attention to Hiroki.

"So are you agree to help us and give a stone to Phoebe, and well… Yumiko as well?" Ask again Takashi

"Sigh.. If you say it's better to give them as soon as possible, then I am also ok as well if they are also agree. The problem will be how to do it.." Did I reply while starting to have a headache

"A problem? What is the problem?" Ask Takashi confusedly

"How about your wife? Is she will be ok about it? I mean, even if the stone may help both your daughters, that's also mean.." Did I start

"Don't worry about it! As I told you I was already looking for this same stone on my side, and both Sakura and I already agree about it in case our daughters include you in their peerage" Reply Takashi while smiling

"Ok then.. let's talk about it with them first" Did I say while starting to leave the kitchen with Takashi following me.

"At least, even if they are always following me, they are already part of my family! I just hope that they will not become the same scary as their mother in the future" Did I think while starting to climb the stair to the attic..

Meanwhile, in a red minivan who just parked itself in parking, you can see the driver suddenly sneeze!

"Atchooo.. Gosh.. I am sure that it is Hiroki who is thinking something bad about me.." Say Sakura while turning off the engine and opening her car door, while everyone in the care was shaking their heads helplessly..
