My Little Spirit Kitty

Feeling comfortable, I open my eyes for find myself still in the natural park where we had our little fight earlier, for then suddenly remember that I did fall asleep since I was lot tired by the last spell I help to perform with Phoebe!

Sitting slowly, I realize that my head was reposing on Phoebe's legs until now, and she was smiling at me with some little sparkle in her eyes.

"Did you feel better?" Did she asked me

"Hmm… Yes! Thanks. How long did I fall asleep?" I ask her while looking around

"Not too long, just 10 minutes!" Reply a voice behind me

It was Yumiko who was pouting at me since I did slept on her sister legs while she just had to watch at me from apart while my mom who was also here as well, was checking my temperature with her hand on my forehead.

"Look like you are all fine, don't do that again..!" Shout my mother while looking at me

"But thanks to you, everyone is safe!" Did she also say happily with smile on her face

Wondering where was the others, I see most of them were next to the spirit Fox while the spirit Bird was still near me with Linoa and Yuuki as well while Hikari and Frosty was protecting us just in case. Both of them were still in their original form, a Black Tiger for Hikari and a White Fox for Frosty. Thought, when Frosty saw I was finally awake, he return next to Linoa and sit at her feet while Hikari come to me and rub her huge head to me while purring, making everyone looking at our direction when they saw it.

Everyone come to see me, even the spirit fox who was badly injured a while ago was now completely healed.

"How did she heal so fast? Did I really sleep only 10 minutes" Did I ask while looking at Yumiko

"It's all thanks to your new little friend" Reply Takashi while pointing at the Phoenix with his thumb

"Are we going to have one day to have a normal Anniversary or even a simple Christmas without any 'special' happen?" Asked Sakura, shaking her head while smiling

"Sorry..!" Reply both Ichijou and my father when both of them was looking at us

"Ehhh!" Both Linoa and I shout when we heard our father apologized "It's not all our fault... Doesn't it?"

Our remark make everyone laughing for a moment, until Ichijou, Takashi and Isabelle remind us that there was maybe two little spirit beast who would like to say something as well, making everyone looking at me.

After that Sakura reveal them what happened, they discover that Hiroki was in some way able to understand his spirit beast while when they asked Linoa about it, she just felt some basic emotions.

"I see.. So you need me as a translator" Did I said while looking at Hikari..

First, it was the spirit fox who ask pardon to involve us in this fight, she was almost out of energy to run away when we suddenly appear here, giving her some little hope that we may be able to save at least her baby after that her partner died while trying to protect his family in this early morning. Unfortunately, we were unable to find his body since it was already takes out by some other magicians who already left.

While the phoenix, to show his gratitude to the persons who also saved him, he helps to heal completely the wounded spirit Fox, but also me too, that is also why I was able to awake so soon after faint from exhaustion.

After reporting their stories and gratitude to us for saving us, the spirit for take her baby in her mouth and deposit it in front of Hiroki while Hikari was translating her meaning.

"Hiro, she would like to give her son a chance to live a safe life with us than being afraid that an other group try to find them again, and she also would like him to make a magical contract with one of us as well."

Hearing about it, I turn my head to Hikari

"Do you think that if her mother also make a magic contract with someone among us, they can communicate to each others like us? And also asked her if she is afraid of a colder country in same time.." Did I reply to her, while looking at both Yuuki and Ichijou

Hikari who saw at who I was staring understand what I was thinking and start to explain it to the spirit Fox which she suddenly turn her head toward Frosty and Linoa, then to me.

"At first she was few hesitating, but when I explain what was Ichijou and Takashi job, she suddenly agree about your proposition and she is also lot thankful to you to let her stay with her son as well." Say suddenly Hikari

"Perfect..! Ichijou, Yuuki, can you both come here please?" I said while looking at them

"What happened?" Ask Ichijou while bringing his son with him

"Nothing, I just wants both of you to meet your new teammate!" Did I reply while smiling at them.

"Ehhh??" Shout everyone while seeing both the spirit fox start to walk toward Ichijou and Yuuki as well and sit just in front of them while lowering their head.

"Hmm.. I am also lot interesting about it as well" Say suddenly an unknown voice who resonate in everyone head while a small fireball suddenly appear front of the Phoenix and slowly float toward Phoebe.

Everyone was looking at the small fireball who just stop front of Phoebe, but strangely, nobody even try to stop it.

"Please little girl, don't be afraid about it and take it in your hand" Say again the voice

Phoebe turned her head toward her parents, wondering what she should do about it. When she saw both of them nodding at her while smiling, she took the fireball in her hand, but surprisingly, it wasn't hot or even burning her hands, but just a little warm.

"Thank you very much!" Say Phoebe toward the Phoenix, even thought she don't know what it was yet, she just felt warm inside herself while she was holding it.

"Takashi… Is that what I am thinking of?" Ask Ichijou, making all the kids turning their head toward him since they also want to know what is this as well.

"Yes my friend.. You are right! This is a Phoenix egg.." Reply Takashi while looking at her daughter, and more precisely, at the egg that was in her hand.

"An egg?" Shout all the kids, realizing suddenly the meaning about it..

The one who was more chocks about it was Yumiko, when she realizes that her sister just got a spirit beast as well, becoming the last one without one. She was in same time happy for her sister, but also a little jealous..

First she performs her first magic and now she even got her own spirit beast as well.. She even got her wand before her..

All of this suddenly makes her felt she will always be in the second place behind her sister. Seeing her daughter sadness, Sakura felt a little pity for her and start to walked toward her for comfort her when she saw that Hiroki walking as well toward her and taking her in his arm.

"Don't be sad Yumi, I will help you to find your own spirit beast as well.. OK?" Did I said to her while hugging her

"Really? You promise?" Reply Yumiko feeling more comfortable when he hugged her

"I promise! So don't be so mad at your sister, I am sure we will find you a nice spirit beast as well, deal?"

"Yes, deal! But I want a spirit as cool as Hikari, she is so cute!" Say suddenly Yumiko with lot of joy in her voice, and sparkle in her eyes when she looks at Hikari in her Black Tiger form..

Seeing that her daughter felt a little better after Hiroki's promise toward her, she shake her head helplessly while looking at them, specially at the crazy demand her daughter just ask him.

"Sigh... Why it's suddenly become so easy to tame spirit beast when this little brat is around…" Whisper Sakura.

"I have no idea as well…" Reply both Ayumi and Isabelle who was next to her, watching their kids and their new spirit beast.

"Sigh.. I suppose we will again need to make some new shopping.." Say Isabelle when she saw both her husband and her son who just finished to make their magical contract with the two spirit foxes

"Yes.. You are right.." Reply Sakura while also watching her husband who was talking with the Phoenix and at her daughter, which was caring carefully the Phoenix egg in her hand, afraid to break it.

"I am sorry that my son give both of you so many trouble" Say Suddenly Claes who just appear next to them while hugging his wife

"Don't worry.." Reply Sakura while smiling

"I am also lot grateful to him to take care of my daughters so nicely, and well don't you both also asked me to take care of your son since you plan to go live in Northden?"

"I am sorry to bother you about it.. It's just that…" Start Ayumi

"Don't need to say it again Ayumi, I know it as well!"

"Don't worry, we will protect him and it's not like you will not meet again each others, right?" Reply Sakura

"Thank you Sakura" Reply both Ayumi and Claes

"Don't need to say that, it's natural and he is also kind of part of my family too, right?" Did she said when looking at him and her daughters who in fact are always around him

"And at least it's a little more fun when he is around" Say Sakura while starting to walk to her daughters and their new family member, even thought one of them is still in an egg.
