My Little Spirit Kitty

Everyone was looking at, My grandfather and Linoa's grandfather look at me with an interesting gaze at the spell I just perform and started to talk to each others about how it may work, while the parents of Ingrid and Lisa was looking at me and then also at Linoa with their jaw almost touching the ground by after seeing a six years old kid could do before turning their heads where their daughters were still looking for their first wand. But I think the most shocked one was both Miss. Skanaw and Priscilla, who both were still looking at the wand box that just appear and that was actually on my hand.

"Ohh? Ho-how did you do that?" Asked Miss Skanaw

"Haha… Well our little Hiroki is quiet lot of surprise, doesn't it Gösta?" Asked Nicholai to his old friend

"For sure! I was already surprised by his action yesterday, but this… Even if I did heard it from Takashi, to see this from my own eyes it's quiet different!" Say my grandfather while smiling at me

"Grand-ma, why do you keep it?" Ask Priscilla, while looking at her grandmother

"Of course I keep it, after all this wand is your first creation, I can't throw it away." Did she reply her while smiling at her

"But you know that this wand is…"

"…Incomplete!" Did I finish her sentence while looking at the black wand that was in the box

"…Unstable! Huh?" Reply Priscilla one second after me

"Incomplete? What do you mean by this?" Did she ask while looking at me

"I don't know, I just feel it…" Did I say while taking the wand in my hand

But I didn't expect that this wand would suddenly move alone and point at a trunk where Miss Skanaw was working earlier just after I injected some of my magic inside the wand, for then seeing a gold crystal ball of a ping-pong ball size appearing in front of me, which lot look like an eye with the black iris in the middle and was kind of looking at me before it suddenly disintegrate itself into dust and fly toward the wand, for then feeling the wand remodeling in my hand under everyone astonished gaze.

"Can you let me see me the wand?" Asked suddenly Miss Skanaw who just come next to me while looking at the wand at the totally new wand.

The handle that was until now all black had now some gold stripe on it with even had a pommel on the top down, which look like as the crystal that appear in front of the wand earlier, except that it was more than half smaller. After she examined it for a long minute, she returned the wand to me.

"I only see once in all my life what just happened today, I think I was almost the same age as you." Did she says while looking at her granddaughter "I was as same as you, helping my father in his shop… So nostalgic!" Did she say while remembering her childhood

"Anyway, this wand is yours now, it clearly choose you! Take care of it very well!" Did she say while turning back the wand to me with a happy smile on her face

"What's happening?" Asked suddenly a voice behind us, starteling everyone

"Ohh, you also find your own wand too? Come here and let show us which wands did you pick." Did Miss Skanaw turn her head to both of them while looking at them

It was Ingrid who just came back with Lisa with a rectangular box in each or their hands. Ingrid did choose a same box as we all got last summer, except that her box was blue while Lisa choose a wooden box, not as all black as mine, but more light and strong since it was made from a cornelian cherry tree, one of the best wood among the woodworking.

"Hmm interesting…" Did Miss Skanaw says when she saw the box in Lisa's hand "So? What are you waiting for? Try your wand to see if they fit you."

Lisa starting to open her box while Ingrid closed her eyes to concentrate herself for opening her box until the little < Click > reveal that her box is unlocks. Lisa's wand was surprisedly made of a rare yellow wood, which is famous for it's strength and flexibility and suppose to provide a better control when chanting spells while Ingrid's wand was as blue as her box, and since she did took an high grade wand, she also might be able to change her wand as well as we already all did, except for Yumiko who didn't change it yet since she prefer to wait first to got her spirit beast while Phoebe modify her wand few days after she got Natsumi. Compare to us, the pommel of her wand is a beautiful Phoenix's head, which is putting its wings toward the handle that fit gently Phoebe's hand when she carry it.

"Good, I will finish the paper for your wands!" Did she nodes at them, "I will also make yours in same time Gösta! Don't worry, I will give you a little discount…" While she wink at him

"Sigh... Very well, thanks" Reply My grand-pa

"You will give me a little discount as well?" Joke Linoa's grandfather making Amanda laughing at him before nodding as well to him

"Eh? You also buy a new wand? I didn't saw you coming for choose your wand." Said Ingrid while looking at Hiroki's new wand on his hand

"He didn't even need to left…" Sighed Priscilla while looking at him, "But maybe I should also thanks you to buy my first wand that I create."

"Ehh? It's you create this wand?" Asked Lisa surprisedly

"Yes, I made it during last summer vacation. I got an idea when I saw the rune on the awaken test, and honestly I believed that I failed at that time. I never think there was need something else, I did learn a lot from you today. Thanks!" Did she say while looking at me

"I did nothing special, it's the wand itself that did it, but thanks a lot for also making this wand. I will take care of it!" Did I reply her, and since I was plan to buy a new wand as well since my dragon purple wand is a little too 'eyes catching'.

Seeing Linoa's grandfather returning they both thanks him a lot for their wands while my grand-pa was looking at his poor little wallet while sighing since even the little discount, my wand cost more than 4,000Gold coins, which is almost double than Ingrid and Lisa wands together. I feel a little pity for my grandfather, and I thanks him a lot.

"Don't worry Hiro, the most important it's that you find yourself a nice wand, I am sure you will do great things in the future, specially with your unique spell, you will have to teach us as well!" Did he say while laughing and looking at Linoa's grandfather, which was nodding at us

"Last little thing, here please choose a storage ring" Said Mi Skanaw while showing us a box with several rings of different color and design, "This is special offer for everyone who buy an high grade wand, you can choose one too Hiroki since your wand is also an high rank one!" Did she say proudly while looking at her granddaughter

"And I am sure you will be a nice wand maker in the future!" Did she wink at her

"Thanks grand-ma!" Reply Priscilla with some tears in her eyes

Ingrid did choose a blue ring as same as her wand and well also as her blue dress, so I suppose that she like this color while Lisa choose a basic silver ring set with an emerald, which fit perfectly with her green eyes. Seeing both of them finished to choose their rings, I take a look as well for then seeing a black ring which has a gold line in the middle and even had a beautiful small amethyst incrusted without disturbing the perfect round shape on the ring, making one with it. Look like this ring was specially create for me, and even if the storage space wasn't that big, I was at least able to put my two wand inside it and was also able to easily switch between both of them more easily than with my bracelet.

After giving our address in Orimaen to Priscilla, we finally left the wand shop for go meet our parents who should wait for us at the restaurant since it was almost noon now. Well, we were supposing to go, except that we were stop by a tall man and a young boy having a Doberman next to him. Both of them lot look like each other, certainly the father and his son, but for sure both of them look quiet arrogant.

"Ohh look at who do we have here, Lord Helwina and his famous little lackey, and even their little grandchildren." Did he say while looking at my cousins, and even at Phoebe, Yumiko and me in disgust, imitate by his son

He was wearing a long white coat and had a sharp face with a long beard. With his strong body and long hair, he just needs armor and an ax and he will be perfect to play the role of a Viking in the cinema, well maybe the villain's role though, while his son was an identical copy of his father, but in a smaller version.

"Ohh Lord Hatwook, I didn't know that the circus came back today!" Reply Lord Helwina, "Gösta, remind me later to tell them that they lost their abominable snowman and his son! It will be regretful if someone tries to capture them. After all, we are supposed to take care of the species in danger, doesn't it?" Did he smile at them

"Sure Nicholai, I will sent a message on our way back!"

"Hmph, laugh until you can before it became too late!" Did he snort

"Yeah, my dad is right, you better to return with your uncivilized friends!" Did the kid say to my cousins while looking at Phoebe and Yumiko, which become lot angry and was ready to take their wands out before I stopped both of them

"Hikari, is his dog is a spirit beast?" Did I ask her

"Hmm, yes it could be but unfortunately it is lot weaker than a real spirit beast!"

"What do you mean?"

"It's a breeding species, which its blood is mixed with a non magical creature, making it become weaker, but it can still use a few magic as well. They are lot appreciate from magicians and more important, easier to control. In fact most of the spirit beast we saw here are mostly breeding species."

"Ohh I see… Can you take care of both of them then?"

"Of course, even if his sprit beast look a little stronger than others around us, it still even weaker than Eldräv!" Did she reply happily while jumping in front of us from my shoulder and start to whistle and spit at the young kid and at his breeding spirit dog.

"Haha, look at your pity spirit beast, mine will only need one bite to kill yours!" Did he say proudly without realizing that his poor little spirit dog start to walk back when he saw my little cat. Even his father snort at the view of my small cat in front of them.

"Hmph, what a pity spirit beast you have, trying to protect his master without knowing its place! Show them Viktor!" Said his dad

"Yes father! Gunnar atta…" He didn't had time to finish his sentence before seeing his spirit beast running away while in the same time Hikari jump toward him. taking in same time her real form. Seeing this sudden huge black tiger jumping on him, his face become even more white at it was, for then seeing some yellow stain appearing around his b.u.t.t after he fall down on the snow.

Seeing this, his father try to took his wand out, except that I was already took mine from my new ring, hiding behind Phoebe's back and already chanting a spell toward him.< Clysterius > for then suddenly seeing him putting his hand on his belly and also on his b.u.t.t, with a panic face while looking around him.

"Ohh sorry… I didn't had time to train well my little spirit beast, she is still a little savage sometime." Did I say innocently just after putting back my wand in my ring without nobody notice what I just did, except Phoebe since I was using her for cover me.

"Hikari, don't play in the snow, you may catch a cold!" Did I call her before she come back to me with even almost a smile on her face before becoming again a little black cat and jumping back to my shoulder.

"Come on, let me help you…" Did I continue while offering my help to help Viktor to stand up with a sincere smile.

Looking at me and then at my cat on my shoulder he get scare and start to run away, followed by his father while leaving some brown traces on the white snow behind him.

Seeing both of them running away, my grandfather and Linoa's grandfather start to laugh at the show that just happened in front of them, even the few people who were on the street and did watch it start to laugh as well, looking lot happy too of what just happened to them.

"What did you do to Lord Hatwook?" Ask my grandfather between two laughs while looking at me

"Me? I did nothing… Fine I just give him a little enema!" Did I admit when I see him staring at me…

"You did what??" Said Linoa's grandfather before start laughing louder while my grandfather shook his head with a smile on his face
