My Little Spirit Kitty

After that we sat down and start to eat our breakfast. Everyone was as same as usual, while I was eating slowly today, trying to figure out what happened this morning while looking at Hikari who was eating her breakfast as well.

Even thought I do have a sealed box inside my bracelet, which according to Félina contain a rare set piece that contain eight magical crystals that will help me and seven other people to increase a lot our magical core. It will also increase our magical defense and even increase our lifespan and create a connection to each one of us that will be add in my peerage.

But in the letter she did left me, she also explain me that I will only be able to take it out and fuse with it when my own magical core will be finally awake and with the crazy morning I had this morning, I didn't had time yet to check about it and even less time to think about it yet.

"So is this the reason that why I can suddenly heard Hikari this morning when she talked to me? Is my magical core finally awake?" Did I thought.

At least, seeing that the a.d.u.l.ts had no reaction as well when she talked to my mother mean that it's maybe because I do have a connection with her trough our magic contract, making me able to understand her and that is also the reason why that even if they are magicians, they still not able to hear her.

So could it be that I am finally able to feel the magic around me? Thinking about this possibility, I suddenly realize that in fact I felt something unusual when I hug my parents this morning.

There was like a different aura around them. I felt a little cold but with a fresh feeling around my father while it was warm around my mother.

This sudden realization make me almost jump from my chair, but I first prefer want to confirm my theory than to be overexcited.

"Let's try something" Did I think while I took a tissue to clean my mouth before closing my eyes

Using the method of meditation left by Félina inside my space storage bracelet, this time I was finally able to feel something gathering around me, even if it was a little, it makes me happy while suddenly I feel a little breeze around me

"Bless you" Reply both Linoa and phoebe who was sit next to me

"Thanks.." Did I first start to say while I feel something strange. In fact, everyone who was sit on the other side of the table than us, were staring at me with chock in their eyes. Even Yumiko who was sit in front of me was looking at me with her big eyes.

Well to be more precise, they were looking at my hand, which was still caring the tissue that I used for wipe my mouth earlier.

"Sigh... This little brat will never stop to surprise us..." Said Sakura while shaking her head helplessly.

Both of my parents also nodded in agreement, don't knowing what to say after what happening right now, while Isabelle was looking at her daughter wondering if it will be the same with her as well or not…

We didn't understand what's happening and why everyone was looking at us from their side of the table, when suddenly Phoebe shout at her turn after looking at me, well more precisely she was looking at my hand.

"Ahhh!"

Making both Linoa and myself looking at my hand to see some little smoke emanating from the tissue that I was still carry in my hand after I used it a while ago.

"Wow.. Cool..!" We both said when we saw it.

When the a.d.u.l.ts heard our comments, they just wanted to slap their hand on their face.

"No, that's not that cool..." They thought, knowing of some bad consequence that may happen in case of some people heard about it.

In fact, they wanted their children to live a normal life as possible while they were still kids before telling them more about the magical life. But they didn't expect it to become sooner than they was expect at first.

Well, thought that their original plan had already changed a few with the sudden apparition of the two spirit beasts who appear six years ago.

At least they were lucky that their kids were smart enough to not spread it out with their human friends and neighborhood.

"Sigh.. I think we have no other choice than to start to tell them more about it and it may be also useful too Yuuki and Linoa as well." Said Sakura, looking at her friends asking their agreement

Seeing everyone was agree with her, she bring all the kids with her upstairs after they finished their breakfast.

Arriving in their playing room, she asked the kids to sit on a chair while she unpack a big box that she receive few days ago which was kept it until now in her own bedroom.

"Happy birthday Hiroki!" Said Sakura giving me a white box, before taking out four others same boxes and give one to each kid as well.

"This is a special gift from my husband to you, all of you. Normally I was plan to keep the other boxes and give it to you until your eight birthdays" did she say while looking at the other kids

"But with what happened today, maybe it is lot better that I give it to all of you in the same time."

"Thanks you.." Said all the kids being happy to got a gift as well when suddenly they was all startled by what Sakura just say next

"Ok! Here is your first magic test.. Try to open the box by yourself" Said Sakura while sitting in front of them.

"Test??" Reply everyone with sad eyes while looking at their white box on their hands

Each kid try to figure out how to open it since there was no lock or even whole to open it while Sakura was looking at each one seriously.

Everyone was trying to open it in several way like Yuuki who was tapping it on the floor for maybe try to break it or Linoa who was trying to open like a normal box, even the two sisters try to rub it, but seeing it was not working they try to asked their mom some advice which she look at them back while shaking her head.

Seeing it, I thought about something and decided to try what I did earlier during the breakfast.

Closing my eyes, I try to again feel the magic around me as I did an hour ago until I finally heard an unlocking sound coming from my box.

I was looking curiously at my box who suddenly become purple and was a few opened in the middle.

"Teach me too! Teach me too!" Said both Phoebe and Yumiko after they saw me successfully opening my box

"Sigh... He really got a purple wand" Whispered Sakura while confirming her doubt she had about him since she first saw the real form of his spirit beast six years ago...

In fact, there was a beautiful purple wand reposing on white and soft silk tissue inside the box

"A stick??" Shout confuse Yumiko who both were sitting next to me this time and which was expecting like a beautiful necklace or even a bracelet as same as both Linoa and Hiroki already have.

Shaking her head helplessly, Sakura smiled at her daughter who looks disappointed about what was inside.

"It's not only just a simple stick, but a magical wand! The most basic and important items for all magician who want start to learn magic." Explain Sakura to her daughter.

"Can I hold it?" Did I asked since I was a little impatient after seeing my first wand

"Yes you can, the moment you arrived to open the box it become your personal wand and no one else can use it for now" Replied Sakura to me

Taking the magical wand in my hand, I could feel it was a little heavy and cold at first but then it become warmer and even lighter after I handle it, even thought it was still a little too long for me and my five years old small hand.

The wand was made in a kind of metal rather than wood that I often saw in movies or novels that I did read in my previous life, but lot surprising, it was much more comfortable to hold than an common metal stick.

"Isn't a little big for me to use?" Did I ask while trying to find balance with the 15cm long wand in my hand.

"Well no worry, compare to the old wood wands that magicians made in the past, this one can adapt to his owner need. Just try to think your wand fitting your hand and it should work as same as your bracelet that you have in your wrist." Did Sakura answer me

Looking at my hand where is the bracelet that I received as a gift six years ago from Félina for my first Christmas. I indeed remember that it became smaller to fit my small baby arm and since this day, it always fit perfectly my arm.

So I concentrate to my new wand, asking it in my mind to fit my hand for then feeling a little vibration coming from it and starting to become smaller in front of the other kids eyes who were looking at me with sparkle in their eyes.

"One day you will even be able to change his form as you wis…h" Sakura had not yet finished her extra explanation that she saw Hiroki's wand was already changing its design without she first told him that he can do it as well, making her jaw falling down form the chock she had.

"How did you know?" did she asked while looking at a completely new wand in my hand.

"I didn't! I just think that since the wand can become smaller or bigger, maybe it can also change design as well, that all" Did I replied while I was admiring my new wand.

The Handle of the wand was an asian dragon body type, making it easier to grip it with my hand than being smooth as before. The tail of the dragon was even forming a pommel in the end of the wand making it harder to slip out while on the other side of the handle was the dragon head with his mouth wide open, which like a blade, the top part of the wand was coming out. There was even some lightning drawing all along it. Making like the wand was alive.

I was really happy of this new design for my wand while Yuuki, Phoebe, Yumiko and even Sakura were looking at me with their eyes almost popping out and there jaws were almost touching the ground.

Sakura was wondering how such a six years old little brat was able to create such a beautiful and well designed wand at his first try, and even at his first day using magic without even need advice on how to make it possible.

It's really hurt her pride of being called the genius girl of her generation, but in same time she was also happy that her daughters met him, it will be a good challenge for them to become a great magicians as she is, thought Sakura seeing stars in her daughters eyes while they was looking at him

"Why I still can't open it?" Said suddenly Linoa who was stayed focus on her own white box, which its color becomes all turquoise..
