*Knock on the door*

“Hello! Can I come in?”

“Yes,” replied Suho. Cheng Mu then opened the door and went in.

“Hello Mr. Suho! I have brought your lunch made by Mr. Xiang.”

“Thank you. You can keep it there. Take a seat.”

Cheng Mu sat on the seat opposite to Suho and said, “Xiang told me that you wanted to talk to me. Is it something important?”

“I wanted to thank you for being by Xiang’s side all this time. He really values you a lot.”

“he! he! There’s no need to thank me for that. I got through my boring childhood only because of him. More than him, I was the one who relied on him a lot. I wanted to at least repay him back by staying by his side. But it still won’t be enough. Please take care of him with all your heart!”

“I will. But please continue to stay by his side. There are some things that only you can do as a friend.”

“You don’t have to worry about that,” said Cheng Mu while smiling. “I’ll never leave his side.”

“Also, can you tell me how Xiang’s childhood was after he became a part of your family?”

“Of course! I would love to talk about our childhood. I’ll start from the day when he first came.”

“I’m glad.”

“Ok! Our family was informed that we will be having a new family member. So we all gathered in the main house to welcome him. They also told that it was a boy who was about my age. So I was one who was most excited to meet him, as I had no relative in my age group. When he first arrived, he was quite shy. But as you see, I wasn’t! So I ran and jumped up on him which seemed to have startled him a bit. But it was all worth it at the end! Because he clung on to me from then on! From that day onwards, I would visit him every day. We would read, eat, and sleep together. I was really surprised on how well mannered he was compared to me, who was a brat. He was the one who taught me to be who I am now. There was a time during middle school when I used to get into a lot of fights. Xiang would always come to my rescue and apologise in my place. Seeing him apologize all the time, made me feel guilty. So I stopped fighting. Later when I gave up on fighting, a guy used that opportunity to punch me on the face as revenge. But this time, Xiang actually didn’t apologise! He punched him on the face the same way that guy did to me! I was shook! Then, I asked him why he did that. Do you know what he said?”

“What did he say!” asked Suho curiously.

“He said, “Hey! I asked you to not get into fights on your own. I didn’t tell you to stick your face out to get hit when you did nothing wrong!” He looked so cool back then! I even talked about him as my role model in my English class.”

“He really is an angel.” said Suho while he gave a soft smile.

(NOTE: CHENG MU KNOWS THAT SUHO CAN TALK. Both secretaries and xiang are the only ones that know the fact that Suho can talk.)
