My Marriage To A Mute Alpha

Volume 1 Chapter 8 - ch8

Xiang looking out the window, scared but also anxious at the same time to see Suho. He kept on thinking about what he should do, how to greet him, and how to not offend him and so on. But the thing that kept on bothering him was how he was going to communicate with him.

“He wants to chat with me, but how is he going to talk to me. Maybe sign language? No! I shouldn’t stress about it,” said Xiang to himself. By the time he thought it through, he arrived at the destination which was going to change his life.

“Xiang don’t worry. All is well!” said Xiang to himself and patted his shoulders. He then entered the café. He saw no signs of him in the café and checked his watch to see the time.

“Oh! It seems like I arrived a bit earlier. It’s ok. I’ll just wait for him.”

Xiang went and sat in a table for two that was by the window side. He was looking out the window to see if he had arrived.

“Excuse me, sir. Are you ready to order?”

“I’m waiting for someone. Can you take the order later, if you don’t mind?”

“No problem. You can just call me when you are ready. I’ll be right there. I’ll bring you some water for now. Please take your time.”

“Thank you so much,” said Xiang softly.

Xiang was sitting restlessly, looking in and out for Suho. While looking at the entrance door again, his heart skipped a beat. He never once thought that he would come across this situation- meeting his biological Alpha brother, with whom he had had a bad experience during his childhood. Xiang was sweating to death. But his brother didn’t notice him which kind of made him relieved. But it didn’t last long.

“Look who it is! Isn’t this my disgusting little Omega brother that got abandoned! It must be my luck to meet you! How nice!” said his brother. All the customers turned their heads to look at Xiang.

“I am here to meet someone very important. Please don’t make a scene here. Let’s pretend as if we didn’t know each other,” said Xiang with his eyes looking directly at his brother.

Laughing annoyingly, he threw his right arm on Xiang’s Shoulder and whispered in his ear, “Don’t you want to greet your brother. Haven’t your parents taught you any manners!”

“Leave me alone. We don’t have any relationship. I am not your little brother anymore,” said Xiang fiercely while trying to remove his brother’s arm off his shoulder.

He tried to grab Xiang’s neck with his hands while making a mocking look on his face. One of the waiters came to stop it, but Adam said, “Oh! you don’t have to worry about this. This is just me and my brother trying to clear a misunderstanding.”

Xiang struggled to get out of his grip, but it only went in vain. But at the same time, Xiang didn’t want to ask for help and show his weakness. The only person he could think of at that time was Suho, and so did the angels.

Several bodyguards in flashing black suits wearing glasses with opaque black lenses came marching inside, who were led by a tall handsome guy with black hair. It was none other than Suho Lee.

The instant he saw Xiang being held captive, he rushed and pulled Xiang by his arm, grabbing him by his waist. He looked at him with his eyes that looked as if he was saying, “I am here.”
