She just thought he might have a chance, but just half an hour later he broke through.

If this news was passed to his family they would be shocked and happy for him.

As the cultivator reaches his peak condition he feels strong pain all over his body from tempering his body. Many cultivators can't endure the pain and after reaching the peak condition, breaks through the layer and steps into next layer.

"What? He broke into 2nd layer so soon", Qin Yu is shocked with his speed in cultivation.

She knew the pain a person has to go through in order to reach the next level in Body tempering realm. But Liu Ye, he just gritted his teeth to breakthrough to 2nd layer.

It's as if he didn't experienced the pain others would experience in tempering their body.

"With his weak body, his body endurance might not be good and reached the second layer with less pain?", Qin Yu thought it might be, because Liu Ye is suffering with the corrosion of death qi in his body, so his limit might be less than others.

Just as she was contemplating and observing his cultivation, she saw the weird scene again.

Body tempering realm 3rd layer!

With his body reaching the limit, Liu Ye broke into the third realm of Body tempering realm.

He didn't stop there, covered in murky substance he continued to cultivate.

After a long period of time he once again broke into another layer.

He stopped cultivating after some time and opened his eyes, fell on the ground spreading his hands. This is his limit after just activating Pure Jade body. In the next period of cultivation, the speed of his breakthrough won't be as fast as now. Accompanying his activation of Pure Jade body he managed to reach 4th layer in Body tempering realm.

As he breathed out, black smoke with impure substances exhaled out of his mouth. His body is covered in a thin layer of black stinky substance. Drenched in sweat he exudes a nasty, unpleasant smell from his body.

He took some time for rest and stood up. He felt a gaze and turned his head towards Qin Yu, who is looking at him with a shocked and strange expression.

"Weird, too weird. Is your endurance and limit too low or is your cultivation speed is too fast? How could you continue to breakthrough to fourth layer of body tempering realm from nothing in a single step?",

Qin Yu shook her head and asked.

She felt it was too strange, she could clearly see his fast absorption speed of qi and feel his aura is not weak compared to other cultivators at the same realm, and even stronger. This can't be the case if his endurance and limit is too low.

She couldn't guage the current strength of Liu Ye.
