Zero who was on the floor had heard what Smith had said and he started to panic. He started to think internally that this guy was deranged and he would maybe pass away right here and now.

"Listen to my voice and follow my precise instructions. First of all, I want you to stop panicking, this procedure has been tested and proven, albeit only once and on Hirgram, you are smaller so I don't know how that will affect the dosage of poison that is in your blood.

But fear not! You have some poison resistance and that is something! We are doing this in the name of science!

I want you to close your eyes, do you see the countless number of threads in your mind? Those are all the poisons that you are storing in your body now. If you unravel the threads you can see where the poison is heading towards."

Zero closed his eyes and envisioned the threads, they were running all over the body, some intertwining with longer threads making massive ones, some just standing alone.

"Now, find those threads that are standing alone and follow them to the points in your body. Focus your healing manifest on those parts and force your body to dispel them. You have gotten rid of a number of poison and you have stored them into your body which is a good thing.

Next, I will need you to spend some time to unravel the threads and see the components within."

Zero found a clump of thread within that's connected to the different parts of the body. Instinctively he noticed that some of the individual threads he cleared are similar to the threads within it.

"Now, follow the unraveled threads and focus your healing on those areas. After doing it, you should remember the makeup of that specific poison right? This is a compound poison, it affects certain parts." Smith said with an increased excitement in his voice.

Zero silently nodded his head as the different poison components were running through his mind it was as if he had unlocked an entire codex of poisons in the library of his mind. On the flip side, once unraveled the threads also provided him with recipes of antidotes to tackle the different poisons.

"Yess, just keep going on like this, the poison will strengthen your body and eventually I'll create yet another poison immune body. Only this time it's an expedited process, high risk really gives high rewards."

Poisonmancer smiled as he constantly complimented himself, looking extremely pleased with himself.

"Wait… what do you mean by expedited process.. what do you mean high-risk high reward?"

Zero mumbled as he tried to sit up to confront Poisonmancer.

"What?! The poison must be clogging your ears! No one said that! Hurry up and lie down and continue dispelling the poison."

Poisonmancer objected and tried to convince Zero that what he heard just wasn't true.

"Dammit to think I thought out loud again. It was lucky I was smart enough to cover it up. Hirgram took 2 years to absorb that amount of poison. It was lucky I discovered a gem that could do the same in just 8 hours. I shouldn't waste the opportunity! More experiments have to be done!"

Poisonmancer nodded his head as he looked at Zero as he started to salivate.

"Erm, excuse me, but you thought out loud again… come clean! What are you going to do with me!?"

Z shouted as he looked at the smiling face of Poisonmancer.

"Everything is done above board, you should continue!"

Poisonmancer quickly said before urgently walking out the room.

"I need to find Milton immediately to do some snip snip."

Z opened his eyes, his vision was still blurry and he couldn't really bring himself to seeing anything. Loud noises could be heard as he barely made out the conversations around. Z closed his eyes as he tried using his manifest to start to purge the poison.

"You! What have you done to my daughter! I swear if you even harm a hair on her head I would..."

Daymas had arrived on the scene, his eyes bloodshot as he saw Soli being surrounded by these packs of hyenas.

Addison turned his head and noticed the large group of guards and hunters that were surrounding them.

"Oh is this your daughter? Dear sir, You must be mistaken, my men and I were passing by and we noticed these 3 kids fainted by the side of the road, we're just checking to see if they're alright."

Addison smiled brightly, showing his teeth.

Daymas signaled his hands as his guards surrounded the group of people entirely, they were all trained well and they would attack when needed to.

"Hey hey hey, mister, don't need to get so aggressive man, I tell you what, how about you just open a path and let us leave."

As Addison said that, the guards that were surrounding them all started to lose their footing as they went down on one knee.

"Damn you! You're Addison the viper! One of the hunters shouted from behind. Everyone! Be careful of him, he has a poison manifest and is very vicious in the way he operates! I believe that the kids have already been poisoned by him."

Daymas took a step forward as he created an ice wall blocking Addison within, the poison fumes couldn't get close to Daymas as the air around him started to freeze over.

Addison seeing the trouble he was in, walked over and picked up Soli by her collar and held her up, holding a dagger against her throat.

He signaled his men to grab hold of Z and carried him away.
