Reincarnation: Love After Death

Elaia drove to the hospital to visit her doctor.

She went directly to her doctor's clinic on the 10th floor of the hospital building and saw a woman standing behind the reception area. This woman is Cecil, they both know each other for it has been a year now that she's asking for a monthly consultation with Doctor Arion.

"Good morning Elaia" Cecil said.

"Good morning. Is Doctor Arion already in?" she asked Cecil.

"Not yet. He has been busy yesterday for there's one patient in the hospital that needed urgent medical attention. I think the patient is involved in a car accident, and needed surgery right away. The surgery even lasted for 15 hours."

Elaia nodded. Doctors really do have a hard time facing this type of emergency.

"I can go back this afternoon if that's more convenient for Doctor Arion." she said.

Cecil immediately picked up the telephone in the reception's desk and made a call to make sure the availability of Doctor Arion.

She knows that Elaia's condition is one of the most important patient case for Doctor Arion so she has to make sure that she gets the confirmation of Doctor Arion himself before making a decision whether they can move Elaia's consultation this afternoon.

After she dialed the doctor's number and it rang three times, Doctor Arion picked up.

"Hello, Doctor Arion speaking", he greeted in business-like manner.

"Doctor, this is Cecil, Miss Chase is already here in the hospital for her monthly consultation but she asked if it can be moved in the afternoon today?" Cecil asked.

"If it's really okay with her, then please. It would really do me a favor to cope up with some rest."

"Okay then" then Cecil hanged up the phone.

"Doctor Arion said that if it's really okay with you, then we can move your schedule this afternoon."

Elaia nodded and said " it's really fine with me. Then I'll be back this afternoon then. Bye."

Cecil waved her goodbye then busied herself with some stacks of other patient's doc.u.ments.

As Elaia walked through the hospital's hall, she noticed a small chapel that contained only one person inside.

What really caught her attention is that the person inside the chapel wears an all black outfit, a black knee-length coat, black combat boots, black shirt, and black jeans. Wow. This guy sure loves black.

She felt a very domineering aura in this man's presence. She didn't even noticed that she was walking towards the man as if he was commanding her to do so.

The man was still looking at the altar of the chapel. But she knows that he noticed her presence for he gave her a side glance that lasted only for a second.

She didn't even know why, but that small gesture made her heart skipped.
