Scythe, Sword And Steel

Gusion and Lesley started to walk down into the Moniyan Castle. They see the Dragon Warrior Zilong guarding in the gate.

"Yo Gusion!" Zilong shouted.

"Hey bro." Gusion replied"

What are you here for?"He asked.

"I need to see King Tigreal. This is urgent." "Sorry man. King Tigreal is busy and he doesn't want to be disturbed..."

"It's an order from Commander Yi Sun-Shin"

"Oh, that letter thing? Sure, c'mon in."

Zilong leads Gusion and Lesley to King Tigreal, who was busy planning on the war against the Dark Abyss.

"Your Highness, Paxley and Vance would want to see you." Zilong said. King Tigreal was holding a lot of papers in his arms. He seems to be awake the whole night. "Gusion! I knew you would come." King Tigreal with a smile on his face. Let's have this conversation on that room shall we?"

The room was lit by lanterns, A table and a few chairs were placed in the middle .This room was used in meetings, battle planning or any issues that involve private conversations.

"So about the letter", Tigreal said, "When did you recieve it?"

"Earlier this morning" Gusion replied.

"So it was from Commander Yi himself huh?"

"Uhm actually no. The letter was from Layla Malefic. An old friend of mine."

"Oh, that marksman. She used to serve as a guard here too you know?"

"She told me that years ago."Gusion said."

"Anyways we are not here for some chit-chatting. I want to know more about your letter. Do you have it?"

"Here."

Gusion reaches out the letter to Tigreal. Lesley with a confused mind asked:

"So how did you know about the letter?"

"I had recieved one too. but from Yi directly. He was also talking about sending you to Antoinerei." Tigreal replied.

"So why would he want Gusion to go there? It's too far and dangerous." Lesley said.

"It's almost been seven years since I last saw or heard from him. He was a close friend you see. To be honest, I have no idea on what that man wants." Tigreal said.

He stands up, taking out a map in one of the bookshelves and gave it to Gusion.

"What's this?" Gusion asked.

It's the full map of our country. Extending for up to 5,000 square miles, you can see how small our empire is here right?"

"Yeah." Gusion answered.

"So you see the city of Antoinerei in thenorth-west part of the map right?"

"Yep."

Tigreal pointed out a road that extended for hundreds of kilometers.

When you head there, do not pass through this part here. Tower 17, one of our outer turrets has been taken down by terrorists."

"So what's the point?" He asked.

"

Step in that place and you're dead in a second." Tigreal replied.

"So why don't we cross this mountain on this road so we can avoid the terrorists? Lesley asked."

"It's too dangerous." Tigreal said. "Demons live there. I guess there's no other route than Dark Forest. Be careful though. This is a home to a lot of wolves. When it's night, find a safe place to hide. Wolves come in packs and you won't want to fight against an entire army of them."

"Okay." Gusion said.

"So I guess that's all I have to say. I grant you the permission to continue to Antoinerei. May the gods of the Land of Dawn bless your journey!"

"Thank you very much, your Highness!" Gusion and Lesley bowed.

And so they went back to the barracks, packed up their bags and started their journey towards the great city of Antoinerei.
