Scythe, Sword And Steel

As Lesley and Gusion left the Moniyan Empire, they pass through Crystal Hills, a nearby grassland with beautiful rivers and tall trees. This was usually where they train their skills together, or sometimes hang out. There would be a cold breeze that would breathe through their skin and birds chirping in the trees. Except, everything was quiet. Something was wrong.

Lesley saw a familiar figure who was sitting by the river bank. "Hey, who is that?" she asked. They finally recognized the person as they got closer. "Hey Alucard!" Gusion shouted.

Alucard was one of Gusion's close friends. He was actually the first person he met in the Moniyan Empire. He travels with him around the town, helped him apply as a hero, and relax in the plains with his other friends.

"Hey Gusion, Lesley! I didn't expect to see yoy here!" he said. "What are you doing here sitting by the river alone? Do you have any problems?" Lesley asked. "You know I really need to see a man named Roger. He's an old friend of mine and I want to talk to him as soon as possible." Alucard said, who seems to be worried and serious. "I can't do it alone though."

Gusion and Lesley nodded at each other. "We're actually on our way to Dark Forest too. We were sent to a mission to go to Antoinere." Gusion said. "Wait, wait wait, Antoinere? the city in the north?" Alucard surprisingly asked. "I always wanted to go there... Hey, would you mind if I tag along you on your way to Antoinere? I'll help you going there!" Lesley slowly came near Gusion and whispered, "It seems he needs our help too." Gusion smiled. "Sure you can come with us! We help you, you help us. Pal's jobs!" He said. "I knew I could count on you two! Damn I'm excited to see what a city really looks like!" Alucard replied, as the trio exchanged a brofist.

"Let's have some first lunch guys!" Lesley said. It was 1pm in the afternoon and it really started to get hot. They stayed under the tree to protect them from the sun. Gusion started to take a bite on his sandwich as they talked.

"So Gusion do you know about the new smartphone release?" Alucard asked. "Uhm, I dont know about the newest technology in Moniya." Gusion replied. Alucard took out his phone and showed it to Gusion. "This is a Vivo Y9000. 1 TB of storage and a 12GB Ram! Cool huh?" Gusion took out his Samsung J200 Prime. "Well this is my phone. Nothing really special about it. I dont even have the money to buy a phone like yours! Gusion said.

"Yeah Samsung and Vivo are the most common ones around here, but I think Vivo is better." Alucard said. "Why? because of the Eudora advertisment?" Gusion bursts into laughter. "You really are into girls are you? Gusion said witha suspicious smirk on his face. "Hey I'm not like that! Well what about you?". "You two really are techy geeks. Hurry up and we dont have time waste." Lesley said.

The two guys finished their lunch and started fixing their stuff.

Now Alucard, Gusion and Lesley walk into the Dark Forest, where things seem to get even worse. A thick forest filled with wolves and beasts await them.
