Ayeon reappeared on top of a tree, searching for where the stronger bandits were gathered.

This was a technique from one of his previous lives because there were numerous trees and plants in the forest beside the carriage, blocking his normal eyesight.

Awakened Sight was a technique that made your eyesight see 360 degrees and could see through anything as well as relay information about the object if user willed it.

Ayeon quickly found the bandit leader and three others who were between level 10-15 waiting for the other bandits attacking Myra, Sabrina and Alexia who was now fighting them to finish up.

He quickly took a glance at their battle and saw that he wasn't needed so directly headed towards the bandit leader.

"Hm? Ambush! Get ready to fight!"

The Bandit Leader heard the sound of wind heading towards them and quickly warned, unsheating his sword. As most people in Mystical had Normal bloodlines, they couldn't manifest their bloodline weapon. Only those with King bloodline could manifest their bloodline weapon.

As soon as the bandit leader took notice of him, Ayeon changed his target from the bandit leader towards one of the other bandits.

A flash of purple light was seen before a head was flying. He landed near the body and quickly moved to the right, dodging a sword aimed at his head.

Ayeon jumped backwards with spiritual energy concentrated on the bottom of his soles to create a gap between them so he wasn't surrounded.

"Heh, kid you're go but this is the end for you!"

The Bandit Leader sneered.

"Surround him! He's more troublesome if we fight him by ourselves. I can't even sense his level!"

Bandit 4 warned.

"Eh? Seriously?"

Bandit 2 questioned.

"Is his level higher than us? No, that can't be. He seems to be under 19. So, he started levelling a year ago?"

Bandit 3 became confused.

"Stop focusing on his level! We have to kill this kid. Also, look at those three beauties over there. Even in the Cloud Continent, it would be hard to find beauties at their level, not to mention there are three of them here! Hehehe..."

The Bandit Leader said with a l.u.s.tful expression.

"You guys talk too much.."

Ayeon had already arrived in front of bandit 2 who knows when and stabbed his bloodline weapon into his c.h.e.s.t multiple times before retreating again.

"Dammit! Kid, you're making me lose my brothers!"

The Bandit Leader ran towards Ayeon angrily with a fast swing of his sword.

Still, it wasn't fast enough to overwhelm him, considering the bandit leader was only level 17, as well as the fact he wasn't going all out. Ayeon quickly parried the strike before deflecting it, making him lose his balance and Ayeon took the chance to thrust his sword.

Suddenly, a sword came from the side and Ayeon had to retreat.

"Tch. It seems I've underestimated the skill of the people in this world.. I'll be a bit more serious now..."

Ayeon muttered.

It wasn't that the bandits were particularly strong, it's their teamwork that was in perfect sync that made Ayeon think they were individually stronger than their level. This wasn't his fault since he didn't think people under level 20 could have such great teamwork, much less normal bandits.

Ayeon used the spiritual energy in his body to cover all the way from the soles of his shoes to his ankles. Now, they were three times faster than before. If it was covering both his legs, he could be ten times faster than his normal speed.

He took a step and vanished under the bandit leader's astonished gaze.

"Aargh.."

The Bandit Leader clutched his left arm in pain. It had been quickly cut off.

Ayeon vanished again and this time there were multiple stabs through his entire body as well as the last remaining bandit.

"Kid... you.. never went all out.. dammit.."

Those were the bandit leader's last words before his body fell on the cold ground.

"You were a good opponent.. for showing me that I underestimated the inhabitants of this world!"

Ayeon said, running towards the carriage.

By the time he got there, he saw the other bandits dead, all except one. The bandit was threatened under the blade of Myra's bloodline weapon. She was wearing a set of armour which came with the sword. These were what Myra's bloodline gave her. The Valkyrie bloodline or better known to the public as the Arcadia Family's bloodline.

She couldn't bring herself to kill him. It was obvious due to how her arms were shaking at the thought of reaping another's life. Alexia and Sabrina were beside her just in case the bandit took advantage of Myra's kindness. Still, it couldn't hide their pale faces as they had killed another human for the first time.

This was for the best. Exposing them earlier is better than later. Who knows what could happen if they lacked the resolve to kill their enemies. Ayeon won't always be there for them after all.
