The Adventurer System

Chapter 135 - The Dark Guild

Yumiro smirked after hearing Orlan Chirla's owner was just level 37 adventurer. Although this man was a man ahead by 17 levels, still, with help of his Zexel. He was assured he could win against him.

"Level 37, with the stats I have right now, I'm already level 40 brawler." However, his current problem he didn't know how rogue-class actually fight.

In the VR world, the rogue class is specialized for making sneaks attack, or to be exact, it was like an assassin that will eliminate the main threat in certain opponents in an instant. However, the rogue capability would change if they choose sub-class when the adventurers reached level 40.

Yet, picking sub-class depends on your status and the book item. This book was called by the adventurer "Upgrading book." By using this, it could enlarge the probability to complete the upgrading. As sometimes, there's a tendency for adventurers to fail to acquire their subclass.

"I think... I could know it, once I meet Orlan." In his mind, he will not directly attack him. He will try to have a peaceful conversation with him and offered some coins to sell Chirla to him.

Ring!

Yumiro took a glance where the origin of the sound, he then saw Amiya opened her function screen. As someone called her.

"Who is it, Amiya." He asked with a weak tone.

Amiya's face was quite serious while her index finger slowly touching the green button on her screen. "This is my guild captain, Verden."

Verden is the guild-captain of the Radiance guild. He's the man that belonged to the other mage/arcane class, which means he possessed strong magical power.

"It seems important, Amiya. Why you don't try to accept it?" Yumiro suggested with a clueless tone.

Amiya nodded with a few nods. "Yeah, I guess so... What Captain Verden want to me?" She asked herself.

"You will never know, so accepted his call." Yumiro said, then walked toward his sister. Since he was quite serious about his identity.

Amiya pressed the green button for a couple of seconds. Then there was a new view screen appeared right before her eyes.

Yumiro glimpsed at the screen, seeing a man who had brown hair, cross earrings, and green eyes. It was Verden calling his little sister with an anxious expression.

"Where are you, Aoiri?!" Verden asked with a hasty tone.

"We are just handing out in the Draven sea, Captain Verden." Amiya frowned her brows, as she noticed there was something wrong with Verden's face. So she didn't hesitate to ask what was the reason. "What's going on there, Captain Verden?"

The man on the screen was looking at his window, then whirled around once again as he heard Amiya replied.

"We need you here right now. Because one of the Dark guilds is going to attack our base, you should here. So you could stop them before reached our main base.

Dark Guilds, there's just the same with other guilds in the VR world. However, they're the guilds who wanted to take over another guild base and PK each guild member. Or to be exact, this is the guild wanted to eliminate all the strong adventurer, so they're the one who could climb in the Heaven's Dream.

The Dark Guilds don't consist of just one group. This has a big scope in the VR world, as the Dark Guild was divided into 10 guilds that each one them had a thousand member.

Ferebo Guild, Axire Guild, Nidux Guild, Aries Guild, Driad Guild, Beast Guild, Trapest Guild, Lighting Serpent Guild, Bloody Guild, and the last guild, the number one sector, also the strong guild among them the Cultribe Guild.

"Ha? Which Dark Guild attack our base?" Amiya replied in shock.

"The Aries Guild, our scouts determined 50 adventurers are aiming our guild. So you must be here right now before we run out of time."

Since some of the guilds were located outside of the same zone, which means the invasion by Aries Guild would be a bloody battle. Where the adventurers also came from the real world.

Amiya stared at Yumiro with meaningful eyes, as she knew this day, was a special day for her brother. In her mind, since she part of the Radiance Guild, she needed to fight with them to defend their base that others called "Home."

Yumiro swayed his hands, as he making gestures to leave Amiya now. "You can go, Amiya. It didn't matter, we have tons of time to do this again."

"Thank you, Brother Yumiro. B-But, how about your quest? This quest can't you complete on your own." Amiya said with a worried tone, as there was a chance her bother would fail. If she wasn't around him to complete the quest.

Yumiro chuckled, then pushed himself into a stood-up position. "You already forgot, I'm Grim Draigh. I can handle this quest without any help." Yumiro pretended to be optimistic, so his sister rush with her important matters.

"This is the first day we meet in the VR world, and a new dilemma transpire." Amiya bowed her head. "I'm so sorry, Brother Yumiro. Promise, I'll end this fight in an instant so I could help you."

Yumiro shook his head with a grin on his face. "No, I will end it before you come. So go ahead, we also leave this place when they woke up."

"You're silly, brother Yumiro. I have to go, let's meet at our house. I'll wait for you there." After Amiya spits those words, she took a violet crystal inside her inventory. Yet, her teleportation was quite different as it had a logo in the center.

"See you, brother Yumiro. Bring me into the Radiance base!" A violet light easily encircled her body.

So Yumiro closed his eyes, then after a few seconds. When he slowly opened it, Amiya already vanished along with the violet.

"What happened, Grim?!" After Asarki noticed Amiya used the teleportation crystal. She hurriedly went to Yumiro's location.

"I didn't even know, but I heard their guild is attacking by the dark guild? I'm not sure." Yumiro responded nonchalantly.

"Huh, the Dark Guild? How unlucky are they." Amiya bestowed her sympathy to the Radiance Guild.

Yumiro suddenly turned around in an opposite direction. "Amiya doing her job, I should do mine." He murmured.
