The Adventurer System

Chapter 134 - Orlan The Owner

Amiya shook her head with a grin on her beautiful face. "Sorry to say, Asarki. But, I can't tell, even I'm her sister I couldn't give any personal information about him." She lifted her head, then gazed at the blue clear skies. "You didn't know, one day, he might be telling it to you."

Asarki knitted her forehead, as she understood, there was something wrong with Grim's attitude.

"Sorry for intruding on your personal matter, I'm just carried away by my curiosity." Asarki slowly bowed her head to sincerely apologize to Amiya.

"No, that's okay. I'm just giving you clues as, why he became like that. But trust me, my brother is a kind person." Amiya responded to her. "It seemed I becoming dramatic. Let's not talk about him, we must enjoy this wonderful place."

Asarki nodded, after seeing Aoiri's tears formed in the corner of her eyes. "Yes! This is the first time, I'm able to see a wonderful sea like this."

When Asarki spits those words, both of them wandered closer to the two NPC and one adventurer.

...

"Where we could find food here?" Yumiro glanced around to see if there's an animal there that they could eat.

Yet, he just saw the place was flooded by the tree and with a touch of a green mountain. So in his mind, if he went there he possibly found something useful to them.

"I'm going to the forest, who would like to come?" Yumiro said.

"You don't need to go to the forest, brother Grim. There are some foods in my inventory that supposedly we are going to use in our expedition with my guild members. But it seems, we could eat since we are here." Amiya suggested.

Amiya knew bringing extra food in every expedition was a huge help for the adventurers. This was the fastest way to recover your fatigue, and also, it is useful since the expedition took several days or one week.

"Are you sure, Aoiri?" Yumiro asked.

"Of course, this is the first time we meet here, so it should memorable. Inventory!" Amiya took all the foods inside her inventory, even her fruits, and dessert.

Amiya placed the picnic carpet on the white sands, then carefully positioned all the delicious food.

In front of them, grilled meat, ice cream, orange juice, and fruit were presently by Amiya.

"Wow! Brother Grim, there are so much foods here." Yuki said, and eager to take a bite.

"Yes, so eat all the food here." He patted her head, then turned to Chirla. "What are you doing? Come here join them." Yumiro invited her.

Chirla slowly shook her head while slowly closing her eyes at the same time. "I can't... The slave-like me hasn't a right to share food with great adventurers he..."

She couldn't complete her word, as Yumiro tugged her hand. Then gave sit Chirla next to her.

"Just eat, and stopped mumbling around it's no use, here." He bestowed juicy meat to her. "Eat now."

"Yes, adventurer Grim!"

5 of them were having a feast early lunch under the blue skies. This kind of scene was memorable for Yumiro. Since even it wasn't their appearance of Amiya, he will still reminisce all those smiles and laughed someday.

One hour passed, then everyone now was enjoying the water of the deep blue sea. It wasn't salty and not too cold, which made them really glad.

"I-I'm so happy! I never experience this feeling before!"

Then suddenly, everyone hurried took a glance at where was the origin of the yell. After a few seconds, they saw Chirla crying under the sun while her maid dress soaked the seawater.

"Oh, it's Chirla. I'm glad that you enjoy it." Yumiro secretly smiles, then dived into the sea so no one could see his reaction.

Asarki and Yuki charged directly to Chirla to hug her.

"Everything will be fine!" Asarki said with a weak tone.

"You're cool, sister Chirla." Yuki kissed Chirla's cheek which made her stunned in the meantime.

Chirla narrowly touched her face. "Thank you, everyone!"

...

Two hours had passed, seemingly everyone was exhausted from their activities. Like beach volleyball, watermelon splitting, and swimming race.

Amiya and Yumiro sat in a place where the sunlight couldn't reach them. They were contemplated at the two NPC fell asleep under the tree.

A breeze touched their bodies. "Brother Yumiro, you received a new quest, isn't it?" Amiya asked in a low voice, so Asarki couldn't hear them.

"How did you know, Amiya? You can see my screen?" Yumiro wondered.

"Yes, a little bit. But the thing that convinces me is the dinging sound." She narrowly raised her brows. "Brother Yumiro, can I know what kind of quest did you receive from the system?"

"Of course, Amiya. Give me a second." Yumiro opened the function screen without making any second thought.

He hummed with an unfamiliar sound. "Which one here is the quest..." Yumiro saw a different icon, but he darted his index finger to the "Q" icon that had a sword pierced into it. "Here you go..."

Amiya blinked her eyes while reading the context of his screen. She then placed her hand on her chin, and slowly rubbed it.

"Quest from saving the slave? It's an unusual quest from the system." She turned her gaze at her brother. "What's your plan with this?"

"I'll be sent her free, this is the right thing to do." Yumiro replied.

"Is that so... I'll support you. But, I know who's Chirla owner, I could tell he's a big deal." Amiya warned with serious eyes.

"Did you know the owner? Who is it?" Yumiro raised his voice a bit, enough reason for Asarki to take a glance at them. "What are you looking for? Turn around." He said while hand pointed to Asarki.

Slap!

"Hey, brother Grim! Don't treat her like that! She's doing anything wrong, be nice to her." Amiya mildly slapped his hand, and scolded him. "Sorry for my arrogant behavior of my brother. Brother Grim, I apologize to her right now!"

Yumiro eyes turned into a calm one. "B-But why I should do tha..."

Amiya tugged his head, then both of them bowed to Asarki. "Apologize now!" She yelled with an aggressive tone.

Yumiro couldn't do anything about it. "Sorry, Asarki..." He said with a weak tone.

"Louder!"

"Sorry, Asarki! I wouldn't do this again!" Yumiro shouted.

Asarki sighed of irritation, then placed her hands on her underarms. "If not, Aoiri apologize to me. I'll not accept yours." She turned around and walked closer to Yuki and Chirla.

...

"Brother Yumiro, don't treat her like that, she's not the reason why you have an illness." Amiya explained.

"I'm sorry, b-but I can't easily forget that." Yumiro replied.

"I understand what are you trying to say, but she's different. Asarki didn't do anything bad to hurt you."

"I'll try..."

"You should not try, brother Yumiro. You must do it."

After a few seconds, Yumiro remembered their conversation earlier. "What are you trying to say, who is Chirla's owner?"

Amiya nodded. "Yes, I know him. He's Orlan, a member of the 5 strongest guilds before."

"Oh, it seemed Orlan is quite one."

"Of course, you need to be careful with him. I know his capabilities, so don't look down at him." Amiya warned him once again, hence to caught his brother's attention.

"Tell me about something about this Orlan."

Amiya took a deep breath while recalling some information in her head. "Orlan belongs to the rogue class, which means if we depend on your class you had the disadvantage."

"I will not fight him, Amiya. I just talk to him to free Chirla from being a slave." Yumiro said in a low voice.

"What are you trying to do? Buy Chirla from Orlan? I don't think that idea will work out. Orlan is an aggressive adventurer, he resolves all his problems with his strength." Amiya said.

Yumiro was confused now. "What do you want to mean by this? I'm going to fight him?"

Amiya nodded as she was assured by her words. "Probably, brother Grim."

"What should I do, Amiya? Help me."

"I'm going to help you, brother Yumiro. I'm just warning you Orlan is a tough opponent even me I don't stand any chance win against him."

"You're not helping me, you trying to scare me. Amiya, you're stronger than me, so which means I'm also couldn't win with him."

"Sorry, brother Yumiro. I'm not scaring you, I'm just being honest here." Amiya raised her three fingers. "You have three options, the number one try to buy out Chirla from her owner. The second one is to invite him into a duel match and set the condition. And the last one, let Chirla have by Orlan. So which one you will choose?"

"I don't even know right now, but I'll make sure Chirla will be free and have a new life." Yet, Yumiro asked her last question. "Did you know what Orlan's level?"

Amiya nodded. "Yes, if I'm not wrong. He's level 37 rogue ahead one level from me."

Yumiro smirked. "Level 37, huh?"
